A blend of crunchy almonds and peanuts with a delicious maple flavour, a hint of sea salt and finished with a layer of velvety dark choc. A source of protein and fibre,  it’s your answer to a filling snack that keeps you energised on the go, between meals and makes a great pick-me-up for teens.

  • My new favourite treat!

    I ate these so fast, I nearly forgot to take a photo for my review! These Roasted Nut Maple & Sea Salt with Dark Choc bars were SO moreish. I wasn’t expecting to like them as much as I’m not normally a huge fan of dark chocolate or chocolate on protein nut bars… but WOW these were delicious. The perfect mix of sweet from the maple syrup and salty from the sea salt. Great protein and fibre content too. These are definitely going to be on repeat as my “coffee moment to myself” while my toddler sleeps!

    Texture-wise this bar is a winner. It’s packed with whole and chopped roasted nuts, primarily almonds and peanuts. Nutritionally it provides a good balance – around 7g of protein and 4g of fiber per bar. The maple and sea salt combo is spot on, just the right amount of sweet and salty. It’s really crunchy from the nuts and feels substantial. I love that the ingredients are simple and recognizable. It keeps me full for ages, way better than a chocolate bar. Perfect for a 3pm energy boost. Would definitely buy again.

  • Sweet and salty, delicious treat!

    Super tasty nut bar! These are a perfect combination of sweet and salty. We all devoured them! Super quick snack for the kids as we race off to soccer in the afternoons, keeps them going through training and gives them a good boost. Perfect with a culpa for my 3pm work slumps too!

  • New Favourite That Didn't Last Long!

    As a busy mum, I’m always looking for snacks that taste great and actually keep everyone satisfied. These Roasted Nut Maple & Sea Salt with Dark Choc bars were a huge hit in our house. I bought them thinking they’d be for me, but they disappeared faster than I expected!

  • Wonderful snack for a busy mum!

    I have a 1 year old and often get low blood sugar; these nut bars are great for just that! I sometimes find myself a little bombarded with tidying the house and looking after my little one that it’s easy to forget to eat! When my blood sugar drops though, these are a fantastic pick-me-up! They aren’t overly sweet, and taste great with a soft hint of maple. I will definitely be keeping one in my hand bag at all times!

    ​I have tried a wide variety of nut bars over the years, but the Nice & Natural Roasted Nut Bars completely top them all.
    ​The maple and sea salt flavour profile is absolutely spot on. It hits that perfect, elusive balance of sweet and savoury without being overpowering, and the roasted crunch is incredibly satisfying.
    ​It is rare to find a snack bar that actually delivers on both taste and texture, but this one nails it. If you’re looking for your next go-to snack, I highly recommend giving these a try—they are definitely delicious!

  • Truely delicious protein treat!

    All I can say is the Nice & Natural Roasted Nut bars are my new favourite way to add protein to my diet in the most delicious way! As a busy mum I appreciate the bar format to be able to eat on the run literally as I chase my 6 year old into the car for the school run with a baby on my hip!

    Massive tick of approval for our family! The Nice & Natural Roasted Nut Bars are so tasty and delicious. We trialled the new Maple & Sea Salt flavour and absolutely loved them. The layer of dark chocolate is the perfect combination with the nut bar and the texture is so soft and chewy. Will definitely be adding this to our weekly shopping.

  • NUTTY & YUMMY 😋 LIKE ME

    I couldn’t wait to try the new Nice & Natural Roasted Nut Bars in Maple & Sea Salt, and they definitely didn’t disappoint. The first thing I noticed was how generously packed they were with crunchy peanuts and almonds. PThe maple flavour adds just the right touch of sweetness, while the sea salt balances it perfectly, so they’re not overly sweet.

    I also loved the little pieces of dark chocolate scattered throughout, giving each bite an extra treat. They’re satisfying enough to keep me going between meals without feeling heavy, and they’re so easy to pop into my handbag when I’m out and about.

    If you’re looking for a tasty snack that’s packed with nuts, has a great crunch and a delicious sweet-and-salty flavour, I’d happily recommend giving these a try.

  • Delicious Nut Bars

    I really loved the taste of these nut bars. I kept one in my bag for when I was out and about and it was surprisingly filling. I loved how chunky it was in texture and the maple flavour was delicious. I shared these with my kids who also really loved them.

  • Tasty sweet and salty snack

    The bars have a great balance of sweet and salty, and you can definitely taste the maple flavour. The nuts are still crunchy, and the bar isn’t too hard. Definitely a new favourite in this house!

  • A great tasting bar

    This flavour combination is right up my alley. There are plenty of nuts so it’s a great option for a protein hit. It’s not too sweet and the sea salt is a nice counter to the maple flavour. I’m a big fan of the dark chocolate as well. I love that there is nothing artificial in the bar. It’s a great snack option.

    I try the bar and straight away like the combination of flavours, the sweetness from the chocolate/mapple …and the sea salt ..yumm ..exquisite! I really like too the crunchier of the nuts, bar is perfect for snacking and good sizing as well.. I would definitely buy again and recommend it…

  • My favourite nut bars by far

    Nice & natural is my favourite nut bars brand. Maple & sea salt are great favourites and textures. It’s not too sweet and not too salty for me. They are a perfect match.
    I’m a remedial massage therapist, it’s also a fantastic size of snack for me during the 10 minutes break.

  • Perfect travel snack

    We trialled the roasted nut bars on the road, and they turned out to be the perfect travel snack. After long outback days in the car, they were an easy grab that filled the kids’ hungry tummies fast. The sweet‑and‑salty flavour had a great crunch, and honestly, we were pleasantly surprised, the kids have already asked to buy more.

  • Looks and tastes delicious

    These new bars are delicious and so handy to take with u for a snack. Not hard bar a little chewy but easy to eat.good balance of flavours too. Love the chocolate as a base. Doesn’t melt quickly. Friends tried it and loved them too. I will buy again. My new favourite bar.

  • These nut bars from Nice and Natural were delicously convenient! I have a toddler and often I forget or don’t have time for breakfast so these were great to chuck in my bag and have on the go! I love that there isn’t any fruit in them and that they are truely a nut bar, infused with maple and dark choc on the bottom add a taste of sweetness. Will definitely be repurchasing these!

  • Nutty Bar

    It is a very nut filled bar with dark chocolate on the base of the bar.

    With every bite you get more nuts a hint of maple flavor and sea salt.

    It is a very chewy bar you can definitely taste the mixed nuts of almonds and peanuts.

    I really enjoyed the roasted nut bar and would definitely try other varieties o this products.

  • A great pick me up for mums!

    I am a busy mum to a 1 year old and also work from home. Sometimes I get so stuck into what I’m doing that I forget to eat and my blood sugar drops. These are a fantastic snack for a quick pick me up and aren’t overly sweet, but have a light maple taste. I really enjoy them and will be keeping them in my handbag for when I’m on the go!

  • A Nutty Goodness

    First time trying these and am amazed. The flavour is delicious with a nice layer of dark choc. The great amount of nuts is an extra bonus. The mild but delicious taste of sea salt makes this a perfect in between snack.
    The packaging is inviting, decorative and appealing. Made in New Zealand this product is a pantry staple from now on.

  • Roasted nut bar delight yummmmmy

    I love nuts and they are sooo good for you to get fibre source with no artificial colours or flavours and maintain the natural roasted nut blend not to mention the added naughty little chocolate dip to make it even more decadent. These Nice and Natural brand roasted nut bars meet all the ticks your gonna love them like i do and make them part of the regular purchases as i do. Take it from me they are every bit worth purchasing and good on the budget as well. Five stars 😁

  • A delicious snack

    I’ve already submitted a written review, but wanted to add a video too.
    I was pleasantly surprised by these. They weren’t as sweet as I thought they might be. A bit sticky, but a great snack to have on hand at work or on the go. Full of nuts and a nice layer of chocolate.

    I received the Nice and Natural Maple and Sea Salt nut bars to try and I was interested to taste them as my family already enjoys other flavours in this brand. They were so yum! There is a hint of sweetness but not too sweet. The nuts were plentiful and the dark chocolate was really pleasant.

    The new roasted nut maple and sea salt dark chocolate bars are so delicious a good source of protein and fibre. A great snack on the go very filling and tasty. It keeps my teen full between meals. The roasted nut maple works perfectly with a hint of sea salt the choc on the bottom makes the flavour balance just right . I will buy these again. Yum

  • Deliciously nutty treat!

    I love snacking on nuts generally so having mixed nuts in a bar form is the perfect treat in between meals! The maple syrup adds a lovely sweetness and the salt balances the sweetness. It is convenient when I am at work, on the go and also great for a post workout snack especially as it is a source of protein.

  • Surprisingly delightful

    Family really enjoyed the Nice & Natural Roasted Nut Bars though before trialling it kids doubted it would tastes as others but as soon as my eldest tried soon I was surprised as they are asking me if there some more.
    The Nice & Natural roasted nut have a great crunchy texture with a nice balance of roasted nuts and sweetness. They’re a convenient snack when I need something quick, and they taste satisfying without feeling too heavy.

    The nut flavour really stands out, and the chocolate, the combo makes it even more enjoyable. Perfect for a snack on the go or to keep in your bag for when you need a little energy boost. Definitely a tasty treat it will be an add on to trolley shopping!!

  • A great snack

    Really enjoyed the Nice & Natural Roasted Nut Bars Maple and Sea Salt flavour – you can really taste the salt (in a good way)! These are perfect when you are looking for an afternoon snack. One of the main things I look for in bars, is the sugar content per 100g. It was great to see that these bars have less sugar in them than some of the other nut bars on the market that I usually buy.

  • Delicious roasted melting chocolate nut bar

    I love how the roasted peanut and almonds compliment the dark chocolate. It all melts together in your mouth and the maple and sea salt give that extra hint of deliciousness. I found the nuts weren’t too hard where they could crack a tooth, whey were the exact right crunch!

  • Salt is kind of weird

    I know sea salt and chocolate is a classic flavor combination, but I couldn’t get on board. I wanted to like it, but something tasted strange. Maybe it was the nuts, I’m not sure. But I wouldn’t opt to buy these over different flavor varieties in the same range. The texture however was nice and had a good level of crunch.

    Nice and Natural bars are a quick fantastic little snack to keep you powering on through out the day. I like that they have many different varieties to choose from so there is something for everyone. It’s a great source of protein and fibre too. The dark chocolate is what gets it over the line for the kids and keeps them coming back.

    Most of the nut bars in the market are too hard to bite into, but I found the Nice & Natural Roasted Nut Bars Maple & Sea Salt not too hard (but not too soft). The nut mix is also great – the peanut is not overwhelming, and you can still taste the almond within. The maple syrup makes the whole experience very pleasant. The only downside is the content of dark chocolate is quite low; you would have thought they use milk chocolate instead if you have not read the labels! Overall, it is quite a surprisingly good taste with a right balance of mix.

    I’ve really enjoyed these Nice & Natural Roasted Nut Bars. They’re simple but that’s exactly why I like them. The maple flavour with the salt is amazing, it’s extremely similar to a salted caramel flavour. They’re filling enough to keep me going between meals. I also like that they aren’t overly sweet, so they make a great everyday snack without feeling too indulgent. They’re perfect to keep in my bag or pantry for when I need something quick and convenient.   • My new obsession..

    I am really struggling to find the words to describe the taste & how much I am in love with these! Have purchased 2 more boxes since my first & have made them my evening dessert with a cuppa. Are made up of 63% roasted peanuts which are heart healthy goodness! The perfect combination of flavours, there is something so addictive about them I just can’t pin point exactly what it is but I adore them. Could not stop at just one bar at first but have now tamed myself. The perfect size to pop into my handbag too for on the go. So yummy.

  • Nut bar with a difference.

    This was the best nut bar Ive ever tasted. The nuts combined with dark chocolate gives the perfect crunch. The nuts bar will get you wanting more. The kids got to try the bar and then wanted more. The bars would be good to be cut up in bite sizes to be put on a plate especially for snacks or parties. What a treat. Thankyou for the try.

  • Convenient, healthy, and delicious!

    The Nice & Natural Roasted Nut Bars are very delicious, with the sweetness and saltiness balanced well. They’re very convenient to just throw in a university or work bag, as well as just for an everyday, on-the-go snack. These bars are great for when I need a pick me up but don’t have time to prepare a meal. Highly recommend !

  • A moreish filling snack

    These bars make a fantastic snack on the go, easy to chuck in your handbag. The mix of maple syrup, sea salt, nuts and chocolate is sweet yet moreish. They fill you up and are satisfying at the same time. Loved them and will be purchasing more in the future.

  • So delicious

    So delicious and yummy everyone loves them and wanted more . Box didn’t last long even with the fussy teenager. Flavour was full and generous . So convenient for many things . Convenient and easy to snack on. Couldn’t get any easier . Delicious and so so yummy , packed full of flavour in every bite .

  • Jam packed with flavour

    Wow! These bars were such a nice flavour. The maple was not to sweet and balanced out really well by the sea salt and dark chocolate. They were great when feeling like something sweet but that you know is good for you. Will definitely be buying these as a healthy treat in the future

  • Yummy snack

    Overall I found the Nice & Natural roasted nut maple & sea salt with dark chocolate really yummy it was a great snack for my afternoon it filled me up until dinner time and the taste was really yummy, definitely a must to go out and buy it to try you won’t be disappointed.

  • Maple and sea salt

    I’m a big fan of the nice and natural nut bars. They are perfect for on the go for work. The flavour was one I normally wouldn’t have chosen but glad I did as they are delicious! They aren’t too sweet nor too salty. I will definitely be buying these again!

  • Deliciously good!

    I really enjoyed the Nice and Natural roasted nut bars. The flavour was really sweet and delicious. I found that the maple syrup gave it a lovely natural flavour. I would definitely buy these nut bars again in the future. It’s an easy way to get extra protein in your diet.
