A blend of crunchy almonds and peanuts with a delicious maple flavour, a hint of sea salt and finished with a layer of velvety dark choc. A source of protein and fibre,  it’s your answer to a filling snack that keeps you energised on the go, between meals and makes a great pick-me-up for teens.

  • Roasted Nut Bars Amazing!!

    I seriously was amazed and surprised at how good these bars are!! Taste was phenomenal, perfect for an afternoon pick me up snack on the go! Highly recommended, great source of fibre and protein.
    Just what you need as a snack between meetings, school pick ups and sports activities!

  • Suprisley not excessively sweet

    These were great! Held together well, great crunch, not overly sweet for the maple, you can taste the sea salt, taste the chocolate, whole nots not puréed nuts. Other similar bars I’ve tried are overly sweet, I really enjoyed these. Would buy again and try the other flavours in the range.

  • Very delicious bars

    These bars are just the perfect texture with a very delicious taste! Me and my husband enjoyed them. They are a very good size as well, we had them as a brunch and they are perfect

    I really enjoyed these Nice & Natural Roasted Nut bars. The taste was a perfect between sweet and salty without being too much of each. The maple syrup is quite sticky but you would expect that anyway. I would recommend these bars to others!!!

    I love these Nice & Natural Nut Bars so much! The flavour was so subtle with a great ratio of sweet and salty flavours. The almonds and chocolate were so delightful and so filling! They are such a generous size too.

  • Tasty, satisfying and delicious

    These nut bars are sweet, salty and delicious! They are easy to eat and not chewy with the right amount of nut crunch. The maple is subtle and the sea salt rounds all the flavours out. I shared these with a good friend and they also enjoyed them – they are very moreish!

    Really enjoyed the maple and sea salt flavour, texture is good and size is good. I would definitely recommend having these in your pantry at all times for when you need a quick snack, a treat or you’re on the go and need a quick pick me up. Am now keen to try other flavours.

If I was being critical my only criticism is that the maple syrup is quite sticky but you would expect that anyway. I would recommend these bars to others and will definitely buy them for my family!

  • Nutty-licious!

    I was so happy to try out the Nice & Natural Roasted Bars Maple & Sea Salt flavour.
    First impressions, the pack looks soo good and the description definitely sounds inviting.. the combination of nuts with dark chocolate is a stand out
    Biting into it, i could taste the salt.
    It didnt affect the taste but brought a savoury vibe.
    Overall, the bar was delicious.

  • Nutty goodness!

    I go nuts for nuts and this nut bar did not disappoint. Packed full of peanut and almonds, with a delicious layer of dark chocolate and coated with maple syrup- it’s the perfect combo. I couldn’t really taste any seasalt.

    The dark chocolate helped to offset the sweetness from the syrup. My teenage daughter gave it a shot, and while she usually does not enjoy dark chocolate, she actually enjoyed it on this bar.

    This is a great way to get your protein hit!

    On the downside, it is a little high in sugar content and only got a 2.5 star health rating. So although I love that it’s natural and packed with nuts, I do wish it was a little healthier so it can be eaten on a regular basis. I feel this is more of a treat. And one to be eaten if I’m about to do a work out!

  • May not suit everyone

    In our household that consisted of toddlers, children, teenager and adults most of us tend to avoid overly sugary foods, so opinions on the Nice & Natural Roasted Nut Bars were mixed. About half the family found the bars a bit too rich, likely due to the maple syrup, and mentioned feeling a slight tummy discomfort after eating more than one.

    On the other hand, the rest of the family really enjoyed them and even found them a bit addictive.
    We loved the chocolate and lingering roasted nut flavor, which gave the bar a satisfying, natural taste.

    One downside we all noticed was the texture with warm hands, the bars became quite sticky because of the maple syrup.

    Overall, they’re a flavorful snack with a strong roasted nut flavor, but the sweetness and stickiness may not suit everyone.

    My two teenage sons both like the new flavor nut bar. Would definitely buy again and recommend to others. Convenient snack and easy to eat when in a hurry. Not too sweat and the small amount of salt enhances the maple flavor. Taste good. Probably one of the best flavor.

  • Nice & Natural (Maple & Sea Salt)

    We are a big fan of the nice and natural nut bars and we buy them quite often.

    These indulgent nut bars are the perfect on-the-go-snack, loaded with a mix of gorgeous roasted nuts, (peanuts and almonds ), mixed with a subtle maple syrup and sea salt, with a dark chocolate layer that honestly just pulls it all together.

    I like that there is no artificial colours or flavours and they make the perfect after school snack, or the kids can keep them in their sports bags for a pre-or-post game snack. They are a good source of fibre and protein, helping build strong bodies, keeping their guts, brains and bone healthy and strong, and also keeping their belly is full in between meals.

    We really liked this flavour. We would definitely purchase them again.

  • Tasty treat for my bag !

    These Nice & Natural Roasted Nut Bars in Maple & Sea Salt have become a staple in my snack stash. They have a great crunch, a delicious balance of sweet and salty flavours, and are really satisfying when I need something quick.   • DELICIOUS

    Wow I loved sharing these during a picnic, the crunch and taste of the roasted nut bar filled my mouth instantly! Super nutty taste and the chocolate complimented so well and balanced out the sweetness and nuttiness! I like the size and it was perfect to snack on during lunch time

  • Relatively nice tasting nut bar

    The nut bar has a distinct nut taste which may seem obvious but if you are not a fan of peanuts, I would steer clear. I didn’t get a strong maple flavour but it did taste sweet with the peanuts which was nice to eat. There is a thin layer of chocolate and no sea salt flavour. I would say it’s a mix of sweet and mostly savoury.

    Nice tasting bar, not too sweet and the salt gives a nice flavour. The maple and dark chocolate work well together, and the texture isn’t too hard (teeth breaking like some bars) or too soft and sticky. Makes for a good snack on the go, would definitely buy

  • Nice and Natural Roasted Nut Bars Maple & Sea Salt

    The bars were a nice crunchy texture which I liked. I liked how the saltiness balanced out the sweetness! The maple syrup was a little bit sticky on the hands though and made a bit of a mess but overall was a lovely treat and would recommend and would buy again.

    Nice & Natural Roasted Nut Bars Maple & Sea Salt are delicious! The salty and sweet combination works a treat when needing a satisfying snack. They are more salty than sweet though. The peanuts and almonds are not overly crunchy and it’s easy to bite through the bar without sticking to your teeth. The size of the bar and packaging are simple and easy to through in my bag. My daughter has enjoyed these in her lunch box as a treat with having dark chocolate on the bar though she gets some fibre and protein and they have no artificial flavours or colours. I would purchase in future!

  • Easy on the go snack

    Perfect for on the go snack. So handy when going for early morning gym sessions before work. Crunchy with combo of mixed nuts, maple syrup adding healthy sweetness and the perfect blend of dark chocolate. A guilt free treat. It is a definite yes from and my family. Love it.

  • The perfect wholesome afternoon snack

    I have two very active, sporty kids so nut bars are a mainstay of our snack drawer. Because of that, I’ve eaten my fair share. (More, probably.) These are tasty, crunchy, satisfying and not-too-sweet, which is possibly the biggest compliment I could give. The maple flavour comes through, but is tempered by the salt. All in all, they’re very morish. They’re also perfectly sized for eating alongside a piece of fruit for a balanced afternoon snack. My household loved them so much that the box was gone in less than two days.
