In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in ReviewbyYOU programs, product reviews, related events and activities, and use of equipment, I acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:

1. There may be a risk of injury involved in using any of the products provided to me by ReviewbyYOU. The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program may be significant, including the potential for injury, disability and death.

2. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, and assume full responsibility for my participation.

6. Content Uploaded to the ReviewbyYOU Website

6.1. As a ReviewbyYOU member, you may submit content, including written reviews, competition entries, comments, photos, and videos, to the ReviewbyYOU website, or submit content via email to the ReviewbyYOU team.

6.2. By submitting content, members grant ReviewbyYOU a perpetual, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media, now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to promotional and marketing purposes, without compensation to the member.

6.3. ReviewbyYOU may use submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, advertisements, articles, republishing of content on other websites and website display.

6.4. ReviewbyYOU may edit, crop, filter, shorten, modify, or otherwise alter submitted content for clarity, aesthetics, or other purposes, without seeking additional consent from the Member.

6.5. ReviewbyYOU may share submitted content with third-party clients (“Clients”) who have entered into agreements with ReviewbyYOU for the purpose of marketing their products or services.

6.6. Clients may use submitted content in accordance with the terms of their agreement with ReviewbyYOU, which may include but are not limited to usage on their marketing channels such as websites, social media, and advertisements.

6.7. Members are solely responsible for the content they submit to the Website.

6.8. Members must ensure that submitted content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other proprietary rights.

6.9. Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReviewbyYOU, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and Clients from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to the content submitted by the Member.

6.10. ReviewbyYOU reserves the right to remove or refuse to publish any content submitted by Members, in its sole discretion.

6.11. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Member and ReviewbyYOU regarding the submission and use of content and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.

6.12. By submitting content to the Website, Members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

7. Review Compliance
7.1. When members apply to be part of a review, they are required to fill out screening questions, including whether they agree to submit a review, photos, videos, or multiple reviews. Members have the option to indicate their agreement or disagreement with these terms. Selection for review participation is based on a mutual agreement between ReviewbyYOU and the selected Members to post a review and adhere to the review requirements as outlined in the screening questions and any additional terms provided by ReviewbyYOU. Therefore, only Members who have agreed to submit a review and fulfil the review requirements may be selected to participate in review activities organised by ReviewbyYOU.

7.2. ReviewbyYOU reserves the right to contact Members using the contact information provided in their member profile, including but not limited to email, post, or phone, to request review submissions.

7.3. Members understand and agree that ReviewbyYOU may contact them at any frequency deemed necessary by ReviewbyYOU, without prior notice.

7.4. While there are no immediate consequences for Members who choose not to submit reviews, ReviewbyYOU tracks and considers Member compliance with review submissions for future review team selections.

7.5. Members acknowledge that their past compliance with review submissions may influence their selection for future review teams. Lack of review submissions may decrease the likelihood of selection for review teams or may result in Members not being selected for review teams in the future.

7.6. ReviewbyYOU reserves the right to determine review team selections based on various factors, including but not limited to past compliance with review submissions.

7.7. Members understand that non-compliance with review submissions may impact their participation in future activities organised by ReviewbyYOU.

I will notify ReviewbyYOU ownership or employees if I suffer from any medical or health condition that may cause injury to myself, or others, or may require emergency care during my participation.
