my dogs loved this bit expensive but great colour, and ingredients, i love that its healthier for my staffy who suffers with skin allergies alot. so usually i have to be really picky with what i feed her, and a old dog with no teeth who still hovered them down so really good. im sure i will purchase again for them! hopefully they have more flavours for them to enjoy 🙂 ! ! ! ! ! !

When I first got this dog food I was curious to see how my dog would go with it. He has a sensitive stomach and we have tried many different brands over the 6months we have owned him (adopted). I can say with complete honesty WholeHearted is the first dog food that hasn’t made him throw up at all. This food agreed with him so much I have gone out to buy more of it! He loved it, but he does love food! It seems like a high quality brand of biscuits!

Both my dogs devoured this food!! They had no reactions or side effects from it.I have a cavalier King Charles and a Kelpie, both seemed to really like Wholehearted chicken and pea dog food. I would definitely consider switching from our usual brand.

My dog loved these biscuits. He’s normal biscuits sit there for a while but when these were put in his bowl he was happy to gobble them down straight away. He was definitely sad to see the bottom of the bag.

Lucky enough to get the opportunity to try wholehearted chicken and vegetable dog food. We have now been through a few bags since first trying and i have see vast changes in my dog. One…her poo smells so much better, her skin and fur looks better and even looks like it has a shine. Always excited to get her dinner. Best of all i love all the goodness she is getting with every mouthful

We’ve been using wholehearted for at least a month now and my dog is still enjoying the biscuits. I’ve continued to not notice any stomach upsets on her usual sensitive stomach so we are happy with the product, and would continue to purchase.

I have now been using the wholehearted chicken and dog food, and i am impressed. My dogs coat has become so much healthier. Her breath smells not as bad as it used, she is a much happier dog. Definitely recommend for all families to give wholehearted a go for a few weeks. You wont regret it.

Unfortunately my Miss destiny aged 12 sniffed & reluctantly ate a few nibbles whilst looking at me with a sad face as if to say ohh mum do I have too??
I have continued to feed this to get the past 5 days & she eats a small amount & requires a lot of water afterwards.

My dog Ebbie has been eating the Whole Hearted Chicken & Pea Dog Food for a while now and I have noticed that her fur is a lot shiner and healthier looking than previously. She also seems to have a lot more energy. Thank you for letting me trial this great product. Will definitely be purchasing it again.

My greyhound, ninja absolutely loved this product! He ate the whole bowl and licked it clean! will be buying this again for my big fur baby! I would most definitely recommend this product to other dog owners and prefer to feed my dog this brand WholeHearted over other brands. I normally would make his dinner every night but this was much simpler and easy after coming home from work.

My dog can be picky at times, but safe to say he enjoyed this dog food! He has no digestive issues with the change and is always eager to eat his biscuits instead of leaving them for the birds which he does on occasion with other brands.

My dog is a fussy one, preferring cat food to dog food. It was good to feed him a product made for dogs from healthy ingredients that he was happy to eat all up. It was expensive but if it keeps his health good then I guess it saves on vet bills.

My dog loves this food hes a staffy-x so got it to see if would stop paw licking (it didnt) he loves eating it but unfortunately upsets his tummy his farts are horrendous and runny back poos (sorry tmi) we will be half half the test with science diet which is what he used to be on. I would recommend this product to try for others just not suited for my fur baby.

When the package arrived the dogs were following me excitedly, they knew what was in the parcel before I did, As soon as you rattle the bag, they come running. The look even healthier and better for eating this wonderful product. Will be purchasing this from now on. Thank you

My fussy dogs, surprised me as they really liked these for a change! Normally they really like to stick to only one brand and they will only try something out of curiosity or turn their noses up. This time they all had a go, and the fussier one came back for more!!. I don’t know if they will keep that up or not. I love knowing that they are eating healthy with WholeHearted.

The best judge of this food is my dogs. They scoffed it down, so it’s a pass. I love how it’s Australian for starters. But then I read the list of ingredients, they gave really packed lots of goodness in! Two different flavours so fur babies don’t get bored eating it. And grain free options, just brilliant as I’m told we should avoid feeding our pups grains. I most definitely buy on a regular basis and will continue to do so until my fur babies stop eating it, I can’t see that happening any time soon

My dogs both loved this food, right from the start, no upset tummy like some other dry foods when transitioning to another brand, no hesitation to dive in and eat it all (like other inferior brands tried previously), wasn’t powdery, biscuits were a perfect size for my staffys, not too big or too small. Resealable bag is great, easy to open and close. Can’t fault this product.

2nd review and another opportunity to rave about it. My dog loves these kibbles. Her breath is so much fresher, her stools are easy to scope up and not sloppy and her coat is beautiful and glossy. My kids found the kibbles easy to scope up and feed her. She even seems to have more energy. The only draw back is the price. I would definitely buy it if the price was alot more affordable. I guess it’s standard for premium dog food though.

My dog really took to this food straight away. She actually just ate it and left her old food the first time I gave it to her.

I trialed my dog with wholehearted chicken and pea dog food. The first few days diesel seemed to like it then he went off of it, However the cat loves it more than its cat food, so one of my animals loves it

A natural dog food that actually helps as it says it will.
He eats every last bit in his bowl every time we feed him. It has helped make his coat shine and he has a skin irritation on his lower back and tail which has cleared up and his fur is slowly growing back.
His breath even smells better which is a great benefit to me when he wants a kiss.

The first thing I noticed was the bright orange bag. So different from the dark coloured bag from the usual brand I would normally buy. Very attention grabbing.

The food in the bag had a pleasant smell (as far as pleasant dog food smells go) The colour was a rich caramel and the pellets are a squat button shape about the size of my little finger nail. But what did “Biscuit”, my dog think of them?

He loved them! With his usual food I’d fill his bowl, he’d have a couple of bites, walk away and then go back and forth all day, often taking 2 days or more to finish the bowl. With the WholeHearted Chicken Pea Dog Food he took one or two mouthfuls and then just kept eating.

He loved it so much I’ve taken to just putting a handful into his bowl at a time or he just eats everything in one sitting.

At $29.00 for a 2.4kg bag, it is on par with other high quality dog foods.

When I first got the bag and opened it I noticed the lack of ‘dog food’ smell, and it wasn’t as crumbly as other dog foods.
When I put a cup of it in my dogs bowl he didn’t hesitate to start eating it as he has done in the past with other dry foods we have given him.

I have been feeding our dog,Nibbles, whole hearted biscuits since last week and he is still loving it!
Nibbles has a skin condition and we noticed that he has become better in the last couple of days. We Will continue using these!!

Today boss tried whole hearted chicken and pea dry dog food. He absolutely loved it. The food doesn’t have the powdery residue like some dry food. It didn’t have any offensive odor and I’m sure that will be for the mound left in the back yard (phew). Boss dog scoffed his food down. Normally he would just graze but not with this.

My dog is particularly fussy and for her to even show interest in this was great. This food would definately need a gradual change as the dog did get a bit of an upset stomach but with only adding small amounts to her current food which made it more manageable. The food also did not smell horrible like a lot of other dry dog food.

Growing up with a beagle, I was under the impression that dogs everywhere enjoyed good appetites and low standards when it came to food. Fast forward 15 years and my extremely picky German Shepherd Millie has set me straight. As a bigger breed dog she needs to eat a good amount of food each day but it’s always been a struggle to keep her weight up. Sometimes a bowl of dry kibble will sit for a day or two, untouched, and the only food she ever really gets excited about is raw meat. So in our family, empty calories and fillers in dog food won’t do. That’s why I was keen to try WholeHearted grain free chicken and pea dry dog food. The main ingredient is chicken meal, followed by peas, and WholeHearted actually smells like meat. In fact, just about every ingredient listed on the pack was one my grandmother would have recognised, which gave me confidence that WholeHearted is a dog food full of meat, vegetables and vitamins rather than cheap grains and stabilisers. The kibble pieces are a good size and aren’t dry and crumbly like other brands we’ve tried. Of course the real proof was in the eating, and I’m pleased to report that Millie got through a full bowl within half an hour of my putting it out for her. She has gotten through more food in the last week or so than she usually manages, and actually looks enthusiastic about dinner, which is great to see. My only hesitation in recommending this brand of dog food to other owners is that at $29 for 2.4kg it’s not cheap, but for anyone else with a fussy eater I’d say it’s absolutely worth a try.

Unfortunately my dog is a fussy eater and just wouldn’t eat the wholehearted dog food. I really thought mixing it with her wet food, she’d go for it.
Even though I mixed it altogether, she ate the wet, but wouldn’t chew the dry food and dropped it on the ground.
She doesn’t know what she’s missing out on. If she was a child, I would have told her, if you don’t eat your nutritional meal, there’s no dessert for you.
At least I could get her to pose with the food. ????

My baby girl is such a fussy eater. For the first couple of years she would only eat out of my hands. Eating 1 biscuit at a time. I was lucky enough to be able to get a sample of the Wholehearted Chicken & Pea Dog food thinking my girl would not eat it. She surprised me. Not only did she start to eat out of my hands, she ended up eating out of her bowl and has done so for the past week. I love the probotics in the food whicb is perfect for keeping a healthy balance on my girls diet. I have also seen a great improvement in her coat. Lets say, ill continue to purchase Wholehearted for my girl

I am very impressed with Whole Hearted chicken and pea dog biscuits. My dog normally turns his nose up at his biscuits, leaving them right until the end of the day, to wait and see if what we have is a better option. With the Whole Hearted chicken and pea biscuits he got stuck into them straight away from the first day, eating about half and leaving a few for later. I’m so impressed that we’ve finally found a grain-free dog biscuit that he loves the flavour of.

I mixed the WholeHearted food in with his regular biscuits then slowly gave him them by themselves. He loved it. He gobbled it all up and looked for more. I would definately buy this product in the future.

My little girl (Maltese x ShiTzu) is a real fussy eater and does not as a rule eat biscuits, lol unless it is some of yours. On receiving our parcel she was excited even more so when I opened the bag. A handful just was not enough, so I put another in her bowl. That was gone before dinner! What a fantastic product if u can get her to eat. Thank you!

We have a black and white Border Collie/Australian Kelpie called “Chilli”. We mixed the Wholehearted Dog Food Chicken & Pea with her wet food. She absolutely loved it.

I was really pleased to read the nutritional value and benefits for your adult dog. As the dog gets older they require variation to their diet therefore to find a dry food that supplements the vitamins and minerals that they require.

I would recommend everyone to use WholeHearted Dog Food.

Mr B is still not a huge fan.. for someone that loves his food he just has not seemed to be overly enthusiastic .. when mixed with other food, he eats some of it but seems to leave mainly to leave behind the wholehearted food and pick out his old food. He does seem to eat more of it when mixed with wetter foods, as maybe he finds it too dry.. but for someone that normally likes his bowl clean, he doesn’t seem to be sold.. sorry to say that.

My dogs were very keen & happy to eat the sample I was given and they loved it. When I put it down for them on the second day they nearly knocked me out of the way. Will be switching to this for sure

He also suffers with sensitive skin so some foods can irritate it, but Wholehearted didn’t irritate him at all which was great!

My dogs are very fussy eaters and one has severe allergies, however transitioning to Wholehearted was easy! The dogs loved the taste, one started only eating the wholehearted only and leaving the other brand in his bowl. And there was no adverse reactions from my sensitive dog who has allergies, most cause some reaction in him.

My dogs seem to really like these dog biscuits, i noticed my dog that has sensitive skin seemed to not scratch as much. I read the instructions but did not see the recommendation of slowly introducing this new product. I think that recommendation should be in a larger print so as it more prominent to see. My dogs finished these biscuits every time they had them. Good flavour combinations.

Lizzie is my 13 year old KelpiexCollie, and like me retired from dairy farming. She has had a variety of diets throughout her life and thoroughly enjoyed the taste and crunchiness of this product. I have also noticed in the past couple of days that her joints are not as stiff when getting out of the kennel . She also is keener to chase and fetch the ball. I will purchase this product in the future and would recommend it to other dog owners.

Unfortunately with the amount my dog eats we were only able to feed him for a week on this food, but I was sorry when we ran out! I love that it is is Australian and has a good amount of protein, although there is a large amount of filler and peas aren’t the best. My dog loved it (although my dog loves all food) and he is looking great – lean and fit.Don’t let the sad eyes fool you we were on our way to the vet recently and he got top marks! I would use this again, but advice is to make sure to rotate it with other foods that have less pea/legume ingredients.

Our dog loves it she is normally such a fussy eater but has really taken to wholehearted so much so she was picking out the old stuff from her bowl and putting it aside so she didn’t have to eat it as you can see from the photo so I will be definitely buying this product from now on you have a new fan

Usually my Millie is a slow eater where she’ll leave biscuits in her bowl for up to an hour but today I turned away and turn back and she’d eaten the entire bowl within seconds. She loved it!

I was a bit hesitant at the thought of trying Wholehearted with my two dogs as they can be a tad fussy with dry dog food. I was pleasantly surprised when they gobbled it down the minute it hit their food bowls! The only negative for my toy poodle was that the biscuits were slightly too big for his tiny mouth. He overcame it though, it just meant he took his time to enjoy every bite.
