I have purchased my granddaughter a Optus prepaid phone and sim for a reward gift. I love the idea that the amount of messages she can have and the value this sim has to offer. I only purchase update monthly and it is easy to purchase and very convenient it is also flexible and can be used for the whole family. I know I can purchase and forget it for a year with no worries. We trialed the Optus prepaid SIM for my son and found it to be extremely cost effective as well as convenient. During the trial we had many conversations about the prepaid sim as well as the features included in it and because of how much we loved it my sister ended up purchasing two of the prepaid sim plans for my nephews as well! It gives great peace of mind to know that for a whole year the credit won’t run out and the kids will be able to be contacted.

I actually let my daughter trial this product because she has been nagging me about getting a better credit plan for a year or so now and I was going to get her one soon anyway. But because of how much she loved it and how cost effective it is, I bought my son this plan too and he loves it too!

The amount of data and credit you get for a plan of this price is ridiculously good! My daughter loves this plan and is so grateful that she got a shot at trialling it because it is so useful for her and it is a fast and efficient plan too in terms of the data portion.

With a child in their first year of high school and making their way there and back, I was looking for a cheap way to keep in contact without having to pay a monthly contract fee. The Optus Epic Value Plan does just that! It means I know she will always be able to ring or text me and vice versa. It also has enough data for her to check key things like bus/train times when she is out and about. Perfect.

I actually have this for myself! I am not a big phone user so a plan is too expensive at minimum $30 a month when I only call when needed. Now I have unlimited calls & 60gb data which is plenty for what I do. When my daughters get a phone this is the plan I will get for them also as great value for money.

I was really easy to setup the mobile phone sim. Came with a tool to open the back of the mobile to change sim cards. My son installed it in a matter of minutes with the phone operating as usual. Just follow the prompts on the phone. Anyone can do it.

So far my son and i are loving this Optus Prepaid Sim. We found it extremely easy to set up which was fantastic as we are a busy family constantly running around to sport or other commitments. My son was over the moon when i told him he could finally have his first phone and it put my mind at ease to know that he would be able to text or call me at any time without the worry of him running out of credit. The convince of this prepaid SIM is second to none. I haven’t heard of any other companies that offer a product like this and i find it to be working so well at the moment.

My son is loving being able to chat to his mates without me telling at him to stop or he will use all of his credit.
His Nan and Pop are travelling Australia and now he gets to ring them and chat for as long as he wants with the unlimited talk and text.
As you can see from the pic his phone is almost as good as ice cream!!

My son is loving his new Optus prepaid mobile sim plan.
We dont have to worry about recharging and it’s great that credits don’t expire and require you recharge every month in order to keep that plan.
We live rural and have no issues with reception. He calls me after school and we don’t have to worry about talking too long and using up all of his credit.

When I received the Optus Prepaid SIM, I found setting it up very easy, and I’m not very tech savy. I at first thought $180.00 what a lot of money, until I started to see the real value. I love the liberation the Optus plan allows, it lasts 365days to use. I like to check how much data I had used and was able to type a text to allow an update of how much I had actually used. To my surprise I had so much still available. The $180 shows the real value when you consider the phone calls, texts and data roaming I have done. This allows my son to keep in contact with me when Im out running. Well done Optus, and thanks MOM’s for this opportunity.

The Optus Prepaid SIM was really easy to set up. Within a few minutes, we had my daughters phone up and running. It is a great deal that my daughter is excited to test. I love the freedom of this plan and I love that it lasts a whole year.

My 13 year old teen Chloe and I got the opportunity to review the new Optus 60GB sim and we are both so impressed!
