I have been a lover of Milo my whole life and now my children love it too. It can be a hot or cold drink, made with water or milk. It is a delicious low GI malt powder drink that constrains 8 essential vitamins and minerals. I personally love to sprinkle a bit of Milo over my ice-cream to make a yummy chocolate treat. I have even had Milo sprinkled on hot buttered toast as an alternative to chocolate spread.

My kids and I love Milo!! I buy it regularly as my kids love it and helps them drink milk and it’s not horrible for them! Something. I grew up with and I will never stop buying it! Highly recommended Milo! Made in Australia, what could be better. Tasty and great

I loved Milo as a kid and now my kids love Milo as well. It’s great tasting. I have to make sure i buy the biggest tin otherwise it’s gone in just a few days, they drink it hot or cold and always with a spoon. It’s hood to drink at breakfast, lunch and tea.

I love the Milo can. It always features sporty people on there as I associate Milo with sport. It’s always well labelled, as I can see the name Milo really well on there.
The tins are always really easy to open with a spoon. The colour of the Milo is a nice brown as well.
I love the taste of Milo, it has a great malt flavour with lots of nutrients.

We love Milo. Our baby obviously has not had any Milo yet but myself and hubby both love drinking Milo as a better alternative to a hot chocolate. Plus coming into winter it is the perfect warming treat to have in front of the tv!

I grew up having Milo for breakfast most days and made sure that my children were able to enjoy it like I had, , I now make sure that my grandchildren are able to enjoy the taste of Milo. It has so many vitamins and minerals and when made with milk is even more satisfying.

Milo makes for a tasty treat, served with either warm or cold milk. I like that it includes some essential vitamins and minerals however still only serve sparingly as part of a balanced diet. It is quick and easy to make and good to keep on hand in the pantry. Would buy again and recommend.

Milo is a household staple for us. With 2 children aged 9 & 12 and living in a cold climate nothing beats a hot chocolate on a cold day to warm us all up after braving the weather outside for some exercise. It gives us all a boost to keep going for the remainder of the day. And secretly it’s a winner on ice cream or in a smoothie in the warmer months.

My kids are always on the run, so making a milo with fresh creamy milk boosts their calcium and gives them a good intake of their daily vitamins, great to have after school. Milo has been a favourite of mine since I was young. My family enjoys drinking milo with either hot or cold milk. It’s so versatile as I use it in my dessert recipes or just sprinkled on the kids vanilla ice cream. I love how it has only four ingredients and 8 vitamins and minerals. I know that I am giving my kids a great start in life.

My son starts every single day with porridge with Milo on top. It gives him the energy to tackle all of his sports, from swimming, gymnastics, soccer and just generally being an active 10 year old boy. When we first went into self isolation, he ran into the pantry to make sure he had enough to get him through the winter. I can’t keep up with him.

Milo is a product we’re always stocked up on in our house! It’s perfect at any time of day, whether it be first thing in the morning or right before bed! Perfect little treat for the kids and it makes them feel like they fit in with us adults (who are drinking coffee) and to top it off adding mini marshmallows what’s more perfect than milo?

My whole familys love milo. Bit of debate weither or not hot or cold is better but on its on my weekly shopping list. My partner has it on his ice cream, i love it hot and kids love it cold. I dont really like all the sugar and do find myself buying the 30% less sugar one occasionally.

We love to have MIlo with hot milk and also with chilled milk. A couple of scoops of Milo and add milk and you have the perfect drink. Milo is delicious and loads of recipes too.

This morning it was an early start as I went around to a local garage sale …what better way to warm up than with a delicious steamy hot MILO. It woke me up, recharged my body and had me firing on all cylinders. This will be my last review for MILO and I want to thank MOM and Nestle Milo for the wonderful gift card, but most importantly the chance to voice my opinion of this amazing, delicious and highly nutritious beverage powder. Nestle Milo is a true and very trusted product in our home and will continue to be. Milo was one of my childhood treats. I love it in warm milk and my kids do too. Even better is eating it straight out of the tin!! (But I haven’t shared that naughty habit with my kids!)

Mum used to sprinkle it on ice-cream sometimes or we’d add it to rice bubbles to make our own version of Cocoa Puffs

My kids have Milo every morning either hot or cold. Sometimes they get a bit cheeky and have it straight out of the tin.

My family loved Milo went down like a treat 1 table spoon was enough to give my daughter her intake of iron
It’s a big hit with my daughter and her dad sitting together at night and they have their Milo at night they even like it on ice cream unfortunately I’m not a big a fan of chocolate apart from me. Or being able to have it at the moment with the pregnancy diabetes I have but I would definitely by this again for my family

If I let my 8yr old daughter make her own Milo, it would just be a cup of Milo. I have started looking at recipes and you can make so many things with milo, grom energy balls to ice cream. I do like that it contains vitamins and minerals so I feel good she’s getting a healthy snack. On a side note the big tins are great for me to use in the garden and especially our pond.

There is nothing better than having a hot Milo in front of a cosy wood fire to beat the winter chill. My kids start there very busy day with a hot or cold milo it gives them lasting energy through our the day. I also love the milo drink packs for on the run kids who need that lasting energy

Well!We can’t help help but love the extra taste of Nestle Milo both with warm milk on a cold night. But can never resist ice cream smothered with the crunch of milo balls any time of the year. Yummm! Why don’t you give it a go! I’m warning you, it’s tasty,moorish and full of goodness.

We are continuing to love Milo and particularly on the Colder nights we have milo with hot milk instead of a cold Milo. We find Milo taste great and very versatile. Gives the children a good energy boost and it’s great to know that they are getting extra vitamins and minerals to help supplement their diet.

I love Milo so much I used to drink it as a kid and I still drink it as an adult and so does my daughter, we love to put a heap of Milo with milk and before I get to stir our Milo my daughter quickly eats the Milo off the top she loves it so much

Today at lunch time the sun shone so I took full advantage and enjoyed lunch out side. Being slightly warmer I also enjoyed a cold refreshing glass of Milk with Milo. Stirred in the Milo and made sure there was plenty of extra Milo on top of the milk so I could devour the delicious crunchy texture and taste. Oh sooo nice, felt I could even return twice.

I had read that Milo helps boost the breastmilk so being winter it has been a wonderful treat to have it hot at night to keep my milk going. YUMMMMMM

Yes Milo as nutrients etc, but the sugar content is also a concern in my house. I am unsure if the “energy” is the good stuff in it or the sugar in it- as sugar has the same affects on my children. Would I use it as a regular snack… no. But do we have it as a treat. Yes!

My kids LOVE Milo. And so do it. With a good health star rating, it’s got calcium, protein, iron and vitamin D – all integral nutrients for growing kids. Milo helps my kids get their daily calcium needs with their milk, as well as provide long lasting energy throughout the day. As a Mum with kids who are busy with sport, Milo is an excellent drink to help with energy. I love it as well, it tastes amazing and it’s a staple in our house.

Growing up and still to this day I have Milo every afternoon as an energy boost. It’s a filling snack and gives you the boost of energy you need to get through the afternoon. For a nutritious drink it tastes delicious. I also enjoy it hot on a cold morning. When my daughter gets a bit older I will definitely introduce her to Milo! Highly recommend this to other mums particularly of active kids as it certainly was my favourite growing up.

Milo, I drank Milo as a child, as did my children and my grandchildren and it continues to be a go to in the family. I’ve always found Milo to satisfying as a drink and on cold mornings, a warm Milo just hits the spot.

Child minding this afternoon, after a little play out doors and some flower picking it was time to come in out of the cold and warm up and do some serious art work. Oh what a marvellous way to warm ones tummy ..warm frothy Milo and the verdict mmm yummy. This delicious beverage kept the tot happy till dinner.

I will definitely be buying MILO again. The whole family loves it.

Today’s Milo feast was Golden Waffles with Milo Creamed Cheese Topping. (Once again the recipe will be posted on the mom site recipe section.) I have to say I am loving all this Milo creativity and sooo is my family. We have loved and enjoyed Milo for ages but have upped the ante thanks to this trial & review. Milo 8 essential vitamins and minerals …It’s marvellous what a difference MILO makes!
MILO CREAMED CHEESE TOPPING:
250g creamed cheese
1/2 jar Marshmallow Fluff
2 heaped tablespoons Milo
In a bowl beat creamed cheese with Milo (for a smooth consistency mix a tiny amount of milk or warm water to the Milo) or for the crunchy texture leave milo as is. Once well beat fold in the Marshmallow Fluff.

I’ve never thought of Milo as a go to drink or snack in the Winter, but now I find myself making one for the kids and I after a day at school this Winter.
It’s easily done in the microwave, even the older kids can manage it. It’s also great in a flask at sport on the side lines. It is sweet, but an active kid will burn it off.

We hadn’t purchased milo in a while in our house but since reviewing the product it will now be a staple in our house. The kids absolutely loved it and I loved experimenting with it. We had hot Milos, cold Milos, milo milkshakes, had it on ice cream, in muffins and made a cake with it. The possibilities are endless and I loved that it was nutritious!

This beautiful sunny afternoon calls for some pastry. Since we have been loving our Milo for the past couple of weeks I thought I’d give Milo a try by baking with it. What can I say a win again the pastry was beautiful not sickly sweet at all- just perfect and very filling as well. Milo Twist ????
