Playskool Fold ‘n Go Busy Elephant

Includes elephant plush.

Fold_N_Go_Elephant_hasbro_250x300

This busy elephant plush packs big fun with lots of colours, textures, sounds and 7 activities for your baby to explore. Little ones can discover themselves in the mirror, squeeze the squeaker, shake the rattle and much more.

And don’t worry if this blue elephant friend gets dirty – just toss it into a pillow case and into the washing machine to clean. When it’s time to pack up your next adventure with your baby, you can quickly fold it up for easy storage and portability.

Playskool Stack ‘n Stow Cups

Includes base, cover and 7 cups.

Hasbro_Stack_n_Stow_Cups_250x300This adorable lion and 7 colourful cups help little ones to develop fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination as they pile the cups on top of the base or nest them altogether. Easy grasp tabs and colourful cut out shapes make it simple for little hands to grab and place the cups.

When you’re on the go, nest them together and lock the base so they’re securely stowed and compact enough to fit inside a nappy bag or purse. You can even use the lion’s tail as a hook and hang it on your bag.

Playskool Pop-up Rollin’ Ramp

Includes ramp, 2 cars and instructions.

Hasbro_Pop_Up_Rollin_Ramp_250x300The Playskool Pop-Up Rollin’ Ramp toy will keep your little on entertained with action packed, imaginative fun. Kids press the launcher at the top of the ramp to send 1 of the 2 included cars zooming down the ramp. The little characters spin as the car rolls. and your toddler can also spin them by hand to develop and encourage fine motor skills ad hand-eye coordination.

When it’s time to pack up and go, simply park the cars on the base and secure them into the pegs, and then collapse the 14-inch-tall ramp down to less than 3-inches tall to fit easily into a nappy bag or storage space.

Playskool Pop-up Shape Sorter

Includes shape sorter and 4 shapes.

Hasbro_Pop_Up_Shape_Sorter_250x300The Pop-up Shape Sorter will help your little ones distinguish different shapes and colours, practice matching and hand-eye coordination, and begin to develop their fine motor movements all as they play.

Not only will the shape sorter keep your kids entertained, but as an added bonus for parents, the kitty collapses down flat to fit in a nappy bag and stores the pieces securely inside for easy home storage or portability.

Playskool Roll ‘n Gears Car

Includes car and 5 gears.

Hasbro_Playskool_roll_n_gears_250x300The 2-in-1 Roll ‘n Gears Car toy helps kids explore how gears work and cars move, helping to promote the development of their motor skills and understand cause and effect. The gears are also stackable for more exploration.

Then when it’s time to pack up for your next adventure, snap the gears securely inside the car or on the wheels, close it up and toss it in a nappy bag for space-saving storage and transport.

My little has so many of these toys. we have even named his toys as ele for the elephant.... roller for the car slide. My baby instantly knows which toy is being talked about. Compact, Fun, Enjoyable

by
5 out of 5

Going away for the weekend and each child is allowed to bring one toy, my son is taking the Playskool Fold ‘n Go Busy Elephant, all our other daughters are jealous because the elephant turns in to multiple toys all in one. He will never get bored, so many things to touch, hold and play with. Love that its compact, which means easy to store in the car and doesn't take up much room and you can always enjoy the elephant for hours on end.

Absolutely love the Playskool Fold ‘n Go Busy Elephant, it is true it does fold to compact, great for travelling and wanting your child/baby to enjoy playing but with minimal room. I love the multi functional toys that associate with this product, my child/baby will never get bored, so many things to play with. My Child/Baby has learned already so much from this wonderful playing Elephant.

My little niece absolutely loves playing with the shape sorter, she is forever trying new ways to place them in the matching holes. Great little toy for eye-hand co-ordination and cognitive development. It's bright and colourful to and draws attention with its appearance too. I'm glad I bought this for my niece.

Who doesn't love an elephant that you can take anywhere!

by

The Playskool Fold 'n Go Busy Elephant is so cute and fun! I recently gave this as a gift to my friends baby and he loved it! It seriously entertained him for so long! There are so many elements in this Elephant that Baby never seems to tire of it. I just asked my friend if she has had to wash it and she said unfortunately yes due to vomit - however it came out good as new. I would definitely purchase this toy again in the future.

My 6 month old daughter has the playskool fold n go busy elephant and absolutely loves it. It has so many little toys they can play with including a small mirror which she loves. Very compact and can even fit in a handbag. We keep it at her great grandmothers house as it is so compact and easy to store.

Playskool Fold ‘n Go Busy Elephant

by
5 out of 5

This Playskool Fold ‘n Go Busy Elephant is awesome, great for any little age really, I have a 8 week old and he loves it and twin 4 year olds and they love playing with it too. They are very intrigued with the mirror especially but do like the rattle as well. One thing they all enjoy is the hugging and squeezing of the elephant, so cuddly and makes them feel happy and content. I do recommend to anyone this is a real eye giver (they love it). For myself I love the fact that all you need to do is throw into a pillow slip and easy to wash and ready for the next fun play.

My 2 year old loves this, he has not stopped playing with it. It’s very easy to fold down and pop back up, and when folded, fits in a bag nicely. I love the colours, the shapes and the pictures on the shapes. It will definitely be a toy we take on the go. Its great for sensory and fine motor skills and hand-eye co-ordination. A great educational toy the whole family will love too.

Great when waiting at the Doctors

by
5 out of 5

We reviewed the Pop-Up Shape sorter. We received this in the mail the day we ended up at the Duty Dr with the kids as Daddy was sick. As we couldn't wait by the kids play room and no one could care for the kids this toy arrived just in time. It kept the kids entertained for the entire duration we were there. Our 3.5 year old helped the 1.5yo to open and get the pieces out and popped it up and down, stacking the pieces and sorting them. I have since seen these toys pop up at our local Toy shops and are looking at them as great Christmas presents for friends and my niece.

Fantastic for on the go! This is our go to toy when leaving the house for an outing. Easy to fold up and carry. Just grab and go! With seven senses in one toy it's so worth it. Affordable, soft and fun to play with. A great toy to have or to buy for someone.

Love the Pop Up Shape Sorter

by
5 out of 5

I received the Pop Up and Go shape sorter in the mail 2 weeks ago and it has gone everywhere with us. My 20minth old daughter has thoroughly enjoyed playing with it. It is definitely one of her favourite toys. I love how compact it is but pops up into a great sized shape sorted. It definitely helps develop her skills in a variety of areas, including shape and colour recognition and fine motor skills. It is easy to transport and holds her attention for a good amount of time. The only thing is she has trouble opening the flap at the back to let the shapes out once she has sorted them so it\'s not a toy she can play with completely independently. But in saying that, we have had great times together with this toy and I would definitely look at purchasing other toys in the range. Thank you for the chance to trial this. Very happy with this product.

colourful, fun, clever, portable, a very handy and useful toy!

by
5 out of 5

I was really impressed with this toy. It has wonderful colours shapes and has a unique design to compact comfortably. The toy I chose was a stackable cups with a lion. The lion has a cute friendly face. My 9mth old baby boy loved playing with just the lion and he also loved playing with the stackable cups. He only smacked them around and tried to put it in his mouth. Even though its probably better marketed for older than 9mths he enjoyed smacking them about. The cups were cleverly composed. I was impressed by the co-ordination of how it fits together and shapes together as a flower. Its great for mothers with ocd who want to continuously order the colours and cups. I did see a lack of textures though and two shapes were repeated which could have been replaced with another shape such as a diamond or rectangle. Instead they repeated the square shape and triangle. I did like that they introduced most of the shapes. Overall this has been a wonderful toy that both my child and I have had playing with. I actually like sitting down with him to play with his cups and to show him how to stack them or put them together. This toy also clipped on great to my nappy bag. It fits comfotably into a small bag and I would definitely consider taking it to the beach or even letting my bub play with the cups in the bath. Its that versatile. After receiving this toy I actually went looking for more toys like this because it definitely wins with advantage of being compact for mothers on the go.

My little girl, 13 months loved the roll and gears car. It's compact so fits into my nappy bag for play whilst we are out. She loves pulling the gears out and putting them back in place and opening and shutting the case. It's a hit here!

The Playskool play, stow and go toys are fantastic! We have the busy plush elephant and it's so easy to grab and then go. When in a hurry and your LO needs a toy to entertain them whilst your out and about it's so simple to fold up and carry. No need to take numerous toys as this one has 7! A fantastic toy to buy and keep or give to someone with a LO.

Love, love, love it! This is one of the best toys we have. I love that it is so many things in one - stacking toy, colours, shapes, stows away easily! So easy to pack away and carry around with us everywhere we go. This is now my son's favourite toy, he wants to play with it all the time. It is helping him develop different skills and will grow with him.

Amazing

by
5 out of 5

This is incredible. It is so compact and easy to store. We have taken to the shops, the hairdresser, friends house and used it in the car. My 18 month old and 4 year old both love it for different reasons. I love that the 4 shapes come about to make 8 we are able to introduce mathematics with my 4 year old while my 18 month old posts the shapes. It has become a family activity that keeps everyone entertained. It was very easy to assemble that even my 4 year old is helping to set it up and pack it up. My 18 month old loves the opening at the bottom and the shapes tumbling out. My 4 year old talks about shapes and attributes. This is an item I will be purchasing for gifts as it is a must have item.

Just Brilliant!

by
5 out of 5

Our Playskool Pop-up Rollin’ Ramp arrived on the 28th, the day before my youngest turned 1! It was the first present he opened and he has played with it a LOT since then. I opened it the night before and was (pleasantly) surprised with how small it was compared to the packaging it came in. I read the instructions and had a play around with expanding and collapsing the toy. It requires quite a firm twist to lock it in place once it's been pulled up to its full height, but the construction is quite robust and handles the rough treatment well. There is ample space at the top of the ramp for one car to rest, ready to go, and the other to wait to go down next. The colours are bright, cheerful and stimulating, the cars are a great, chunky shape for little hands with cheery faces and bright rainbows on the wheels that spin, and everything has great textures for extra sensory exploration. I was thrilled with how compact it became, and how easily it slipped into our little backpack we take around with us. I had two concerns when I applied to review this toy: 1, that the cars would have to be stored separately, and 2, that once they came off the ramp they could go rolling in any direction. Not a problem! There are two firm and clearly-indicated 'parking spaces' to push the cars onto that are incorporated in the collapsed depth of the toy, and there is a little boom gate at the bottom of the ramp to stop the cars from zooming off when the toy is being used in public spaces. I was interested in this toy as a comparable age-appropriate alternative to the Take-and-Play Thomas sets my 3 year old loves (compact, fun, and easy to take while travelling), and it has certainly ticked all the boxes for me. It also has the added bonus of a footprint that will comfortably fit on a plane tray table, and pack down small for car trips or camping trips where space is a premium. Both the kids love it, and the little cars have become a favourite all by themselves! The only thing I'd change, and purely from an aesthetic point of view, would be to have the 'handle' that turns to unlock the toy stand upright once it is fully expanded. As is, it just kind of leans over to one side or the other. It has no effect on the way it works or how much my kids love it, it's just a tiny thing. I'll be sharing this with all the mums I know, because it's a fantastic alternative to a backpack full of bulky, once-and-its-boring type of toy. Love it.

Awesome! On the go toy for my LO

by
5 out of 5

We received the plush fold n go busy elephant & it is wonderful! It is lovely, soft to the touch & cuddly for my LO. The numerous colours, textures and sounds to explore entertained my dd (& my older child, master 5!). So many different senses to awaken. Easy to fold up & take with you which is wonderful, as it takes up hardly any space or you can carry it. Highly recommend this to others with LO's aged 6 months plus.

I have the pop up shape sorter for my 6 month old baby and I'm finding it to be a fantastic compact toy to take anywhere. I wish something like this was available for my first born as taking a bag full of toys, a nappy bag and a baby is always a juggling act. Any of these products would be a fantastic gift for a baby shower or a new arrival.

So to begin with I am way to old to have small children but I do baby/toddler sit and my oh my has children's toys come a long way since my youngens were little. Tot came with a large nappy bag complete with change of cloths, spare nappies, toiletries and toys. My precious little tot happily sat on the floor while I retrieved the toys. These consisted of a cute looking cat and a simply adorable looking lion. The cat popped up to reveal different brightly coloured shapes and soon munchkin was showing me how they fitted into the holes. I was amazed at the fact that it collapsed down flat to fit neatly into a nappy bag for travel. The adorable lion face revealed stacking cups and munchkin had enormous fun and spent a considerable amount of time working out the stacking system , we both worked out that if you turn/spin the cup handles you can create a beautiful rainbow effect and if indeed they are locked into place they make a colourful mane, stacking cups were never this good in years gone by. After seeing the reviews here on the mom site and now experiencing it myself I just had to give a review myself. These amazing toys really are "play, stow and go" Playskool has always been a trusted name and gets a 10 out of 10 from me.

It got delivered this morning and my 2 year old could not wait for me to open it. Sheloved the colors and shapes and was so excited. She has been playing with it, pulling it apart and putting back together for the last 10 minutes. She never plays with a toy for longer than 2 minutes, so it's already a win. The fact that i folds down and is portable whilst fitting in a nappy bag ensures that i can take it wherever we go. And she gets to learn shapes and colours.

my 4 year old happily sits and teaches Miss 22 months the animal names and the food they eat, Miss 1 is interested and smiling happily while Being shown what food is on the bottom block, she also enjoys putting the blocks back together and placing in the wholes. Miss 4 loves teaching her sister new things and I like that this Toy is not only about the shape, its about animals, Food and colours as well as the shape. the bottom is a bit tough to open for miss 1 and 4 but also this does save the hassle of having unwanted mess at times it is packed away. I love that it folds down and is compact and light weight.

Well its now been a couple of weeks since we introduced the Fold n Go Busy Elephant. Unfortunately there has been no progress with my 11 month old son. He is still not interested in the slightest with this toy. It's really quite disappointing on my part because I think the concept is great and was so hopeful that it would be a nice, soft, cuddly for him. However, in saying that, my 4 year old daughter has taken custody of it and takes it with us in the car. She will definitely give it a good home!

Fun, portable and durable!

by
4.9 out of 5

We received our Playskool Pop-up Rollin’ Ramp and put it to the test with my very active and.... "boisterous" 14 month old! Setup: Setup was very easy, just twist and click. I was concerned at first that it would break if I twisted hard, but it worked well. My only negative point on this (although I think this may only be on the one we received) was that the handle/garage divider doesn't stand up nicely unless I prop it up with some card. However, this may be an issue with our one only and it didn't affect bubs playing with it. Playtime: Bubs LOVES it! He rarely stays with one toy for more than a minute, but gets fixated with the little cars and pushing the button. Portability: Very easy to pack up, folds flat and the cars slot into their spaces and stay there. Great for being on the go. And perfect for easy storage, especially when there is little space available. Durability: My little guy has put it through its paces - picked it up, looked it over, flung it, pushed it, fallen on it, and it is still in perfect condition. Great for a rambunctious toddler whose other toys are showing significant wear already. Overall, two thumbs up!

Who would have thought that a Playskool Fold ‘n Go Busy Elephant would have so much to do. So many things to play with, look at and feel. It is amazing and a great toy to take away on holidays cause you just need to take the one rather than a bunch of things. My son absolutely loves it and still plays with it at 16 months old. You can use it as a pillow when not playing with it in the car or at home, it has multiple uses which I like. My son has learned so many things from just playing and interacting with it, I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for a multifunctional toy and the fact that it's fun and enjoyable for all ages. I love that its compact and easy to store, with minimal space, great if you don't have much room.

My little boy sat amazed as he watched the cars zoom down the ramp. We could even use his matchbox cars as well. Due to it's ability to fold up and pack away, it wasn't TOTALLY sturdy and would unclip and collapse if he banged it a little too hard, but just try and restrain a rambuncious 16 month old! :-) Great toy for gross motor skills - well done.

Easy to pack and go.

by
4.85 out of 5

Day one this toy was a big hit something new to play with both for my toddler and the big kid daddy.the cars are a great size for little hands and they soon get the nack of what to do to release the cars down the ramp. After a few days of play the ramp wasn't as interesting as whizzing the cars down the hall way. It's easy to pack up and go, locking and unlocking easily but the top wall flops over with nothing really to hold it in place. As a now and then toy this is great for toddlers.

Stow and go Shape sorter

by
4.85 out of 5

The shape sorter has been in our house for two weeks now, we have had numerous 0-6 year olds come to our house and each child has had atleast one try of the shape sorter. my 20 month old thinks its awesome to now deliberately try and put the shapes in the incorrect shape, I love that they cannot get it in, some sorters are designed so flimsy or cheap that they can put the blocks anywhere. I like that the only way the shape will go in is if they pay attention and get the shape.

Excellent concept

by
4.85 out of 5

I think the Fold n Go Busy Elephant is a great concept. It compacts easily for storage and/or travel. There are plenty of activities for baby to play with. I think the colours are bright and fun and the material is so soft. The most appealing thing about it to me is the fact that it is easily machine washable. However, in saying that, my son really hasn't taken to it. It has been 2 days now of myself introducing the toy to him to play with and he really isn't all that interested. If I am making it rattle or crinkle he will watch, but tends to go to other toys to play. The recommendations are for over 3 months, and my son is 10 months so definitely falls into the age category but unfortunately just isn't interested in this toy. That being said, my 4 year old daughter loves it! A mixed review here.

4.85 out of 5

My first review of the Fold n Go Busy Elephant. This was delivered whilst my son (10 months) was sleeping. My 4 year old helped me open it. She was so excited. She went through it all and said, it has a mirror, squeaker, rattle, pocket etc. She said baby is going to love it. Seems to me that it may be designed for babies, but older children certainly love it as well. She has already asked me to buy her one. I love that it has many different features, is soft and bright and colourful. It folds down easily to make it suitable for travel. Will post another review when baby boy wakes up and has a chance to play with it. That is if Miss 4 will give it up!

These toys are so awesome. I recently purchased these for my todddler twins and baby playing with them and I could see the connection between brain and body (motor skills) and they had so much fun. Good for the bath, sand pit, indoor play and they are amazing quality. Highly recommend Playskool Play, Stow and Go Toys

Playskool play, stow and go Fold n go busy elephant

by
4.8 out of 5

This is my review. My 8 month old Loved and still loves this toy. It has been bashed, cuddled, eaten, washed, played with and explored to its fullest extent. It held up to every test in versatility, travel, entertainment, development and comfort (makes a great pillow too). In the last few weeks the elephant has been played with inside the home in the play pen and out and about on trips to the park, doctors, nanny visits and car trips. For me the elephant was easy to take around, it fitted in the nappy bag and could hang through the ear loop to the pram, cot, nappy bag and car seat. I really like this toy, the quality is great and from the squeaker to the rattles there was plenty of entertainment to be had by my 8 month old. He even pulled it along on his crawling journeys. I highly recommend for babies from a young age to around 12 months old easily. ' Play safe and Have fun from Veronica and Levi

The product. I recieved the stack n stow cups. The good. The product is very very compact and light weight. Is brightly coloured and our toddler enjoyed stacking and unstacking the cups. The bad. The product is not designed to be quickly packed away for stowage. Overall. Compact, simple to use and lightweight product.

Fun on the Go!!!

by
4.75 out of 5

My 8 month old loves her Fold 'n Go Elephant. It's bright, colourful and has lots to do. Every part of the elephant has something to keep bub amused, be it a crinkly ear, a mirror (which is her favourite) or a rattle. As she isn't quite able to sit up unaided at the moment, the Fold 'n Go Elephant is great for tummy time. It is also light enough for her to take with her when she rolls around. Being able to easily fold it up, with all the parts easily fitting into each other, it was quite easy to take with us, although it was still to big to fit into a nappy bag (this probably wouldn't normally be a problem but I get a bit paranoid when everything isn't in one place). All round this is a great toy for your little one offering in one great portable toy what you would end up buying in for or five different toys. Highly recommend.

When I first got the elephant plush out my little girls face lit up. she loved the mirror and enjoyed chatting to the baby in it :D anytime she start to get cranky we pull ellie the elephant out she is very happy again. she loves the sound the rattle made. I found it very easy to fold up and pop into the nappy bag to take with us. i loved the bright colours. I really like that it can be put through the wash as my kids love to get grubby and drag their toys along with them.

We got to review the Playskool Roll 'n Gears Car, of which my little boy loved! It kept his attention with the movement, he just loves anything that moves like this (car wheels are his favorite), so this was perfect for him. He changed the formation in many ways once he worked out that's what he could do. I think the only negative I'd have is that when it was closed it was not possible for him to open on his own, but that's about it!

A win for both the 1 & 2 year old

by
4.7 out of 5

Both my 1 & 2yo daughters were very excited to try the Roll 'n Gears Car. They quickly discovered that the gears can be removed & initially they were thrown everywhere and my toddler LOVED pushing the car around on its wheels. Each new time they played with it, they discovered a new way to move & stack the gears. It packs away nice & compact, though the wheel gears don't lock in place so they can come loose depending on how it's being stored (we actually had one gear go missing for a day when it was lost under a couch) - I know if I had it loose in the nappy bag those two gears would likely come loose but the other 3 would stay firmly in place. My girls have never owned any toys with gears so they definitely seem to be enjoying investigating how they can manipulate, stack & of course throw them around. I'm certainly interested in trying other toys in this range!

Roll 'n Gears Car

by
4.7 out of 5

My 3 year old could not wait to tear off the packaging and 'demonstrate' to my 10 month old how to use it. She enjoyed rolling the car along but one of the gears on the wheel kept falling off so I switched it with one of the passenger gears and it was ok. We then opened it up and she stacked up the gears and when the little one finally got her hands on it she threw all the gears off and put them in her mouth. Everyday since she has been curious about the car, trying to roll it along and play with the gears. We have also taken it on various outings and it has been very handy and easy to store in my bag. It will take her a while to get a hang of stacking and turning the gears but at the moment she has enjoyed playing with her Playskool Roll 'n Gears Car.

I was not chosen to review these toys unfortunately.. I don't know how I missed the application, they would have been great for my little one to play with in the early months. Lots of fun

4.65 out of 5

We were given the rock n roll cog wheel car. My 1 and a half year old loves cars so this toy is a winner. It requires more skills than his other cars as all the cogs can be pulled off and put back on, or they can be twisted. The down sides are it's not as portable as I had thought because the wheels fall off quite easily if bumped. My apply bag is full and overflowing so they wait her get buried deep or need to be packed carefully so it doesn't loose a wheel in transit. But I have taken it out s few times to entertain Bub while I have a coffee. I figure he'll grow Ito this toy not as he can't open the car on his own to take the cogs out, but once open plays happily taking cogs on and off. I'd buy this as a gift.

From the moment I unpacked the pop up rolling rump I haven't been able to keep my son away from it. He has so much fun rolling the cars down the ramp and is constantly giggling at it. It has been so easy to collapse down and take to friends and families places and keeps him entertained for more than enough time to enjoy a coffee. Will definitely look at purchasing more of this range for variety in play.

I was given the Fold N' Go Busy Elephant to review and my four month old daughter absolutely loves it! It folds up so nice and compact and fits into a regular size nappy bag quite easily. Folding it is very easy which I love as some toys can be quite complicated. My daughter loves all the different parts of the elephant to play with but she loves the little rattle part as well as the crinkly ear. I find her giving the elephant cuddles all the time as the material is very soft and the plush makes it nice to hug.

Cat shape sorter cool and colourful

by
4.6 out of 5

I took my Shape sorter away on a girls weekend with three 1 year olds and two 3 year olds, All enjoyed the toy. I like how the Shapes come apart into two seperate blocks, one being an Animal like a Cat Image on the top part of the block and on the bottom Piece there is a fish, the rabbit has a Carrot image on the lower block so we are introducing the food chain to our children as well gross motor skills when Pulling the blocks apart and putting them into the shapes. We like that it folds up and is hard and tough to open for the kids but with an adult its easy, we like that if folds into itself and down to a thin nappy bag pocket size but each of us mums agreed its probably still not something we would take out and about in our nappy bag. Too many pieces for a car toy or out and about toy but definately good for weekends away or trips to houses etc. Definately a great space saver and colourful fun also. Playskool is a great brand and has good knowledge of what children love. thank you for allowing us to trial this product. i need to upload images from my phone for the review

The stow and go toys are a wonderful set of easy to transport toys ! They can fit in my hand bag or nappy bag which is essential when you go out and cannot take every toy but need things to keep them occupied to avoid cranky disasters. I think the price is reasonable for the toys too. I haven't had any break which is what you want, durability. All in all I would recommend these and would buy them as present for other mums and little ones ;)

by
4.45 out of 5

Loved how compact this little unit is! We live in an apartment and space is at a premium and this little lion packs away to almost nothing. Really clever design that my baby loved playing with both when it was packed up and when expanded and I loved how much so enjoyed knocking the cups down. Great for their gross motor skills and could see her curiously watching every time we packed it away wondering how the cups fit in such a little place. I took this many places with us when we were out and about and it was so easy to transport and very light. I would recommend this to anyone whether they were short on space or not. Great fun little toys for bubbas

This is a fantastic toy that is compact and easy to take anywhere in your childs bag for on the go play. My daughter loves the pussy cat shape carry case that folds up like a handbag for her to carry around with ease. The cute little shapes are double layer so there is actually 8 shapes not 4 this is great for hand eye coordination for your little one. The bottom of the main compartment opens up for easy access to the shapes. It is very light and easily fits into my daughters bag so we can take it wherever we go for her to play with, which is fantastic for places that don't have children's toys available in their waiting areas. Highly recommend this toy for any busy on the go parents.

Compact and Colourful Toy

by
4.4 out of 5

The toy was a hit with both kids when it arrived. The Small One (20 months) went straight for the cogs, before finding joy in stacking the cogs. The Big One (4 years) showed the Small One how to turn the centre wheel to make the cogs turn, but both got frustrated when the "middle child" cog kept popping out and stopped all the cogs from turning at the same time. 24 hours later, we'd misplaced both the wheel cogs - the 2 moving parts that I couldn't "lock" into the toy. Sadly, the pieces didn't end up staying with the car for too long. The remaining 3 cogs are still being played with, with the Small One enjoying stacking them and pulling them apart. He also likes to use the car (main part of the toy) as a car and loves to rev and race it around on the ground - he got this idea from the Big One, who also enjoys zooming the car around. We hope to take the toy out with us soon. I love the compact size of the toy, which fits easily into the nappy bag.

Fun and educational for littlies

by
4.4 out of 5

This toy pack has got to be the best on the market! The toys are colourful and fun, they're also educational! I think the best toys you can buy for your kids are ones that are fun as well as ones they can learn from. You'll find soft toys and hard toys, toys for tinies and toys for the older bub. They're so easy to clean up and pack away too. There are even ones small enough to pack into your nappy bag so bub can keep entertained when out and about. If they get dirty, they're easy to clean too. The soft toys can go through the washing machine and most of the hard plastic toys I put through the dishwasher or just give them a quick wipe

It's a great feature to include storage concepts in the design of toys. My kids always want to take stuff when we go out and it makes a big difference if you don't have to have lots of pieces floating around in the bottom of a bag! The ramp is a hit with kids of all ages. Not just the cars but also balls and various other things roll down those ramps! I also like how this line of toys avoids narrow gender-specific marketing.

Playskool Pop-up Rollin’ Ramp - Portable and fun

by
4.2 out of 5

We recieved the Playskool Pop-up Rollin’ Ramp. It was easy to assemble and lock into place. However, the top part/handle kept falling/leaning over. It would not stay up unless you didn't touch the toy. I think it may be slightly faulty. Everything has been locked in place so there's nothing more I could do to make it stay up which is rather annoying. My little one enjoyed pushing the cars down the ramp. Not sure what the launching pad is for, it doesn't stay on easily and it is a bit fiddly, a toddler would have trouble (since they tend to be slightly heavy handed and clumsy). My daughter enjoyed pushing the cars down the ramp though. I did like the fact that you could fold it down and store it away, perfect for my little shoebox apartment. The cars lock into place in their parking spot and once everything is folded, you can carry it around like a bag. Very very handy indeed. Overall, this is a pretty fun toy, very simple but fun and easy to assemble and install. If only the handle stayed up.

Thank you for selecting me for this review, we got the playskool roll n' gears car. when it arrived I liked how compact it was. the first time we took it out with us, it easily fitted in the already full nappy bag, so yes it is very portable. My little one had a little trouble opening the car but once mummy opened it for him he loved pulling the gears out (they were also fun to bang together and tasty). Not a huge problem but i found that if the car was closed and you rolled it along the ground, the 'wheels' easily fell off. I think as my son gets a little older he will get more use out of the toy, in being able to twist the wheels and watch the gears turn and be stack them up. All in all it is a good toy to take out and about with you.

I was given the the ramp and car set to review , my little boy did enjoy playing with it , I however was a little disappointed and found it a bit flimsy especially for a toy marketed to young children .... The idea is fantastic and I love how it compactly folds for easy travel and storage , but I found I was continually having to fix it as it would colapse frequently whilst my Bub played ... I think with a little more thought this could really be a great toy that benefits both parent and child ..... Well done Playskool great idea ....

Playskool Stack & Stow Cups a dream for nappy bag.

by
3.7 out of 5

My kids love playing with my nesting measuring cups so when the Playskool Stack and Stow Cups came up for review I jumped at the chance to trial it. Both my 1 year old and 3 year old enjoyed playing with this product. I love how compact it is and how all the pieces lock together making it so perfect for the nappy bag. I also loved that Playskool have embraced every opportunity to help the child learn by incorporating colours and shapes as well as the obvious size and sequence. I found the locking mechanism a little touchy in that the face of the lion only slides on and off at the marks indicated on the base which can be a little tricky to see when all the cups are in place. Other than that it was a hit in our home!

Roll n Gears Review

by
3.5 out of 5

The portability of this toy is very good with all the components packing away tidily and in a compact way to fit in mums handbag. I also like the way the cogs can be removed and stack to create another activity so the toy can be played with in 3 ways- as a push along car, as turning cogs and as stacking toys. On the negative side though I think the toy would be much better if it was a little wider so that the car could be pushed and remain upright when released from the hand. The cogs themselves over time stretch at the base and then don't clip onto the car properly especially the wheel cogs which repeatedly fell off our car even when pressed on tight. My daughter and the four other 1 year olds in my mums group were unable to open the top clip themselves so needed help to move between the different ways to play with the toy. I think the toy could be improved by making it a little more interactive- maybe some car noises could be added so that the toy holds the childrens attention longer. Over all for the price a fairly good toy that with a few tweaks to the design could be a great one

We ended up throwing away our old Shape Sorter toy because this one is much better in that it collapses and contains all its parts. It seems to be built quite well and the vibrant colours and fun designs on the shapes are great. My kids are unable to open the latch to release the toys (1 and 3 years old.) Overall if you are looking for a shape sorter this is the one you definitely want to get!
