Review: Wiltshire Staysharp Duo Set

I really love these new knives! So much so, I made my husband also try them!! We have an older set approximately 10 years old. They are still used here daily. The new ones are sharp, with a great handle, functional design and sleek cover that also sharpens. I would definitely recommend them.

I had no idea how long I had been struggling with inferior dull knives until I tried the Wiltshire Stay Sharp knives set. They are the perfect style and size to suit all meal prep needs. I especially love the added bonus of the sharpening sleeve and knowing they are being stored safely away from prying hands. I would definitely recommend these o family and friends!

These staysharp knives are absolutely fantastic. I cut up my vegetables with such ease. Normally I have trouble cutting through a full pumpkin, but not with the bigger knife. The handle is great and I'm not hitting my knuckles on the bench when cutting up food, which is an added bonus. The smaller knife has been just as fantastic cutting my smaller stuff. Couldn't fault these knives at all.

I absolutely loved these knives, when they say stay sharp they aren’t over exaggerating! Its normally my husbands job to sharpen knives as I am notoriously clumsy but now I am so happy to be able to know I can reach in the drawer and pull out a sharp blade without the risk of me severing a finger sharpening it of cutting fingers getting getting out of the drawer with the sharpener also acting as a sheath. I also love the fact the sharpener acts as a sheath to keep the kids fingers safe when they are rummaging in my drawers. The packaging is easy to open which is amazing, the RRP is even better and hope to get a few more different knives like this in the future

I absolutely love these knives. They feel so comfortable in my hand, they have a really strong and sturdy handle, the knife is so sharp that it makes food prep easier than it has ever been. I feel comfortable storing the knives in the drawer because the cover is secure and safe. I used one of these knives to prep our dinner and I was amazed how much faster I got all of the vegetables chopped up because the knife is so sharp and requires little pressure to slice through the food. I am so happy with these knives and I highly recommend them!

I love that these knives not only each have their own case, but the case is the sharpener - so practical! We trialed these with our kids and the easy to hold handle and it’s smooth sharp cutting ability was an absolute winner. It’s definitely a go-to in the kitchen now and is the first knife my daughter feels comfortable using as we are doing food prep together more and more. I have used both for various foods including those which were frozen, semi-frozen, firm, crunchy, fresh and soft...all of which sliced with ease. I felt confident whilst using the Staysharp knives due to the ergonomically designed handle which allowed for a comfortable and secure grip. I would recommend Wiltshire Staysharp to those wanting a stylish, safe, always sharp, versatile set of handy kitchen knives.

I love trialing these knives as they are always sharp when i need them. Easy to use and great to store. Very safe to keep in my drawers without cutting any fingers. The bigger knife is great for cutting meat and bigger food items. Looking forward to using them more often in my kitchen preparing food daiky.

Absolutely loving these knives! They are stylish, and comfortable to hold. I love that they have their own stay sharp protective covers, not only does it help keep them sharp but it's a great safety feature and when you have 3 young kids, safety is a must! I made a super yummy chicken noodle soup using these knives to cut up all of the ingredients. They made my job so easy. They are also easy to clean and they cut beautifully! Love, love, love!

Today I tested out the Staysharp Knives by Wiltshire. They have made chopping, slicing and dicing a breeze. They seriously just glided through even the biggest potato and make precision slicing look easy. They have good strong handles which make for more confident safe cutting and I loved that every time I put them back in the scabbard they are sharp again ready for next use. Try them out for yourself, they are certainly making meal prep time for this busy working mum simple, practical and speedy.

I have now been testing these knives out for a while and I have to say they are on another level compared to my old ones. The quality is fantastic, they slice through soft tomato without squishing them at all, cut sandwiches and rolls without any effort, cut up fruit and vegetables easily and wash up great. The built in sharpener is excellent, super easy to use and I love that everytime they get washed, put away and pulled out the for the next use they are as sharp as the first time I used them. I am quite picky with knives as is my husband and we have been beyond impressed. We will be buying more to replace all of our current knives!

The Wiltshire stay sharp knives really do stay sharp. The ergonomic grip makes it easy to hold for cutting and slicing and are a gem for food prep. They arrive sharp and they stay sharp! Loving my new Wiltshire Staysharp Duo Set which consists of a 15cm Santoku Knife and 13cm Utility Knife. I think that its super clever that the knives get stored in a holder which doubles as sharpener too. I struggle to keep my cooking knives sharp so this is a brilliant idea. Being that its self-sharpening every time you insert your knives into the holder means that you have a sharp knife the next time you go to use it. This makes chopping, dicing, slicing so much easier. The knives are slim and feel nice to hold and use. No more blunt knives in my house! Would recommend to get some for your Kitchen too. You will not be disappointed.

I have been using the Wiltshire Staysharp Duo Set for 2 weeks now, and so far, so good. I would love to see how they wear being sharpened after every use, but I’m happy to know I won’t be stuck with blunt knives! The added bonus of the covers, is that I can reach into the drawer and not worry about cutting myself on a knife! Probably the only downside is that the markers that tell you which side the sharp end needs to be inserted is quite small so I have to make sure I pay attention when putting them away. All in all, I’m really enjoying these knives! They are used daily! (My poor knife set is sitting on the bench, untouched and glaring at me!)

I paid $9 for the smaller knife from Woolworths on special, great and easy to use, and very budget friendly, the keep sharp is an excellent idea as it kind of acts like a security measure for the knives so that the little kids can't easily get them out and harm them selves. My mum had some of these brand knives for years and she was very happy with them. Great quality product at a great price

These knives are a game changer! They stay so sharp! They are easy to use and clean and the sharpening case is such an innovative idea! I have tried them on so many different foods, cheeses, watermelon, veges, meats etc, and haven't had any issues cutting anything I have tried! I will definitely be getting some more of these knives for my kitchen!

After using these knives more and more, I can honestly say that the Santo\'s knife is definitely my favourite. It\'s my go to knife for chopping up practically everything from seafood to hard vegetables. The ergonomic handle prevents me from getting blisters which is what one of my other knives did when I was chopping vegetables before I received these knives.

My second review and still in love with those knife.i must be getting old since good knifes is what I need to be happy. Cutting and preparing food is such a pleasure. Only just need to remember to watch out for my fingers as they are SHARP like a good knifes should be. They are already replaced mine 10 years old set of knifes. Have always used the Wiltshire brand in our house they are a reliable well known brand that have been around forever my dad recommended them to me when I first moved out of home and have been using them ever since so I was pretty excited when I found out I was able to trial there new product. I love how the cover not only protects them but sharpens them! As a busy mum it saves time and effort sharpening them and also having a sharp knife on hard makes preparing dinner a breeze. I also don’t feel very safe sharpening knifes using a sharpening steel worried I’ll cut myself there is no worry about that with these knifes. These knifes are great at cutting everything and and are now going to replace my currently very blunt knifes in my kitchen. Highly recommended

I’m loving the Wiltshire Stay Sharp Duo Set mostly because I can have sharpened knives at the ready without ever having to worry about slicing and dicing with a blunt knife. The 2 knives, utility knife and santoku knife, have now replaced every other knife in my kitchen. With these 2 knives always available and always sharp, food prep is a breeze. They’re easy to handle, have a good grip and between the 2 of them, I don’t need anything else for my cutting needs.

These Wiltshire Staysharp Knives are truly superior in quality. My husband and I were actually surprised as to how good these knives are. Here in action is the 15cm Santoku knife cutting through the toughest of tough pineapple! Highly recommend this duo, priced at $46 for the 2, it’s a product I wouldn’t go past at Big W.

These knives are great. They are amazingly sharp, easy to hold and use and don’t feel heavy or clunky. I’m not the best chef but these helped me to get a really fine dice, to debone meat and to whip up quick fruit trays and veggie medleys in seconds. I love these knives and will slowly replace my knife block with these knives.

I don’t usually get excited over knives but these are so good!!! They are light and easy to use, the blades are super sharp and I was able to get a nice fine chop with very little effort. The case with inbuilt sharpener makes it feel like a new knife each time you pull it out and also protects it whilst being stored. These knives easily cut through meat, watermelon skin, frozen mango and helped fillet a fish. They are extremely versatile and are so nice to use, even my partner wanted to help chop things for dinner just so he could have a turn and he never helps….like ever!!!

I was pleasantly surprised with how sharp and easy to use these knives were. I could easily fillet chicken into thin pieces or slice roast beef. Wiltshire Stay Sharp Duo Set is a great knife set for everyday. The Santoku knife is great for preparing meals, and the Utility knife is great to easily grab out for any quick use throughout the day. I like how sharp they are and that they have the lids with built-in sharpness to keep them that way! They have strong and comfortable to hold handles that make chopping nice and easy. Are not my favourite things to do, I just want to skip to eating! But wait, I'm a mum.???? So I do them anyway for the family because 1.) Fruits won't be eaten if I don't cut or slice them. 2.) Wiltshire’s Stay Sharp range is convenient as it has a self-sharpening sheath to ensure your knives are sharp every time you pull it out to use. Blunt and dented knives are extremely annoying! Love how the case protects the knives and also sharpens at the same time. The utility knife is great for fruits and to take out on picnics etc whereas the larger Santoku knife is a great all rounder for meat and vegetables. However, as a habit, I do like to give it a quick rinse every time I use the knife as I don’t want to consume knife shrapnel no matter how small they may be.

Our family love to cook together, so the opportunity to try the Wiltshire Stay Sharp range was exciting for all of us! Both my husband and I have memories of our parents having Stay Sharp knives when we were younger, so we were anticipating the range to be good, but to say we were blown away is an understatement! The knives are simply packaged, but have definitely had a glow up from how we remembered from our childhood. The sharpening case is a simply matte black, with a nice pop of lime green. The knives themselves have a beautiful, ergonomically designed handle with nice triple river detail, providing style and safety. We used the knives for all our normal cooking preparation, but where these shone the most was during meat preparation for our barbecue/smoker hobby. I love these knives they are well balanced and therefore easy to use. The fact that they have there own protective case with a built in sharpener is a big benefit, no more accidental cuts when getting knives out of the drawer or getting a knife out of the drawer only to battle to slice or chop vegetables or meat. The only negative I can say is I accidentally put the smaller knife back in the protective case upside after washing up, luckily my husband got it out, all good though.

My mum had a wiltshire knife like this when I was growing up and using these has me wondering why I haven’t owned one sooner. It works better than the super fancy ones we have, has a safety case and makes chopping a breeze. It seriously cut my prep time in half (no pun intended) can’t recommend these highly enough

I have only just received my Wiltshire Staysharp Knives, and so far I am thoroughly impressed. The packaging was a bonus that I didn’t need to cut the plastic and nearly slice myself like I do with most knife packs, so this was already a win in my books. The knives themselves are really comfortable to use and hold, and I do like the small sizing of the duo pack. These first few uses, the knives have stayed incredibly sharp, but I would expect that with any brand new knife. I have my fingers and toes crossed that they stay this sharp with the inbuilt sharpener sleeve. I will also comment on having them in the sharpening sleeve, does stop my potentially slicing myself open when grabbing them out of the drawers.

Those knifes surprised me 3 times so far. 1st time when I read on package that they have sharpener in their covers 2nd time when I wanted to open the package and I didn't need a scissors or knife to cut the package. Someone who create the packaging is just a genius. I wake up my husband from his nap to show it to him . 3rd time - they are so easy to use. Handle is perfect and comfortable to hold. Not to heavy or to long. Those knifes come with 10 years warranty and I hope they will last that long.

I started off with just a single knife and was so pleased with it that I am going to replace the knives I have already. You feel like nothing is too much for these knives.

I've gone through knife set after knife set, purely because I'm not one to sharpen knives often (if at all) and they end up completely blunt and dangerous to use. This set, is genius!!!!! For one, I keep my knives in a drawer, so the fact that it has a cover, is already a bonus for when I stick my hand in to grab a knife quickly without so much as a glance. And then without the need of a built in sharpener?! That in itself is a godsend for lazy people like me! Lol Though I should mention, a quick wipe before using each time is necessary to wipe off little metal bits from sharpening

To say I am shocked, would be an understatement. I am incredibly impressed with their sharpness, they have been used on regular rotation and the way it maintains it’s edge and the ease of cutting is something I never thought it could do. I favour these knives over my current knife block and whilst my chef husband maintains their edges, I am so glad I scan use these knives and just know they will do the job I need it to do!

So being a stay at home mum, it's safe to say I'm always cooking and need good knives in the kitchen. These Stay sharp knives by Wiltshire are that and more. They are easy to use, safe when not in use (in case little hands are around), work great and cut everything so easily from fruit to meat and always stay sharp! It's so great to not have to think about having an extra tool for sharpening when it is inbuilt in the product.

I bought one of these from Woolworths as all my knives were dull and not sharp, they were on special that week and I thought why not. They are very well worth the money, stay sharp and easy to use. Great low cost but very good quality knives.

I have enjoyed having new knife's in my kitchen. I didn't realise how blunt my others were becoming until I used these. It is a great feature that they can be sharpened although I'm not sure you need it to sharpen everytime. I'd be interested to see how long they last being sharpened every use. They felt nice to hold and use and were good desinges for meal prep at home. Nice product.

The Wiltshire Stay Sharp knife range were nice and sturdy to handle and had the optimum sharpness that seemed to hold. I put these babies to the test with slicing fish, steak and range of vegetables, but the true test was my husband’s thoughts given he’s a seasoned chef. For a mainstream knife brand, he too was pleasantly surprised and I was relieved not to hear a lecture on only using chef-grade equipment. Success!

I absolutely love these set of knives, when they say they're sharp and they'll stay sharp, hmmm that's the truth. Atleast the last week I've used these I've had to be extra careful not to cut myself but now I'm getting the hang of it. I am impressed with the covers because now I can keep it in the drawer and won't have to think about hurting myself when pulling them out. I do however recommend keeping them in a place where little kids can't get them...even with the cover on, I'm a bit sceptical with kids around... But that's just me probably! The small knife is more of my fav and the big one is for hubby ????... So yeah we're both happy ???? I do the veges and fruits with the small knife and hubby does the difficult things lol. Well the packaging is easy to open which is amazing.. the back makes it so easy to pull these out. The price for a good knife set and the sharpener is great. For $44, I think it's a great deal. What a great idea to have a sharpening system actually on the case of the knife! I love them! It’s refreshing to have sharp, safe knives to use! Great quality, great brand! I cut through a pumpkin which I usually struggle with, easily, which makes me impressed. Just don’t put the knife back into the case the wrong way or it will get stuck! ( my partner did that) haha

I am so happy to review these Wiltshire Stay Sharp knives, and so far they are amazing. I love the Santoku knife as it is so sharp and curves which makes cutting up lots of veggies and fruit easy, it also easily cuts through ripe tomatoes. The smaller utility knife is great for all round use. They come with a lid with built in sharpener which will be great to keep my knives sharp with each use. Great knife set and would recommend if anyone is in need of new everyday knives.

These knives are a great addition to the kitchen and are the only knives I will ever use now. They are always sharp - providing you actually put them away in their holder. Each time you put the knife in/out of the holder it sharpens it. They cut everything with ease and glides through all foods with just the weight of the knife. Because this knife is so sharp, it is easy to cut your fingers/nails if you're not being careful. The only thing that could enhance the feature of the cover is a locking mechanism so that children can't take the cover off.

I was super excited to participate this trial. This is a moderately priced and very sharp knife that is also pretty lightweight. It’s strong enough to get through tough vegetables with ease and delicate enough to chop tender herbs without smashing them. I found Wiltshire stay sharp knife lively and responsive in our hands, comfortable to hold and not too bulky. it stays sharp and easy to sharpen because of built in sharpener. It has simple design and finish, easy to hold handle, and dimples along the blade that keep food from sticking to the sides. I feel have greater control over the cutting motion and more of a connection with the knife.

I was so excited when I heard I was selected to review this product! As soon as it was delivered, I just had to trial out this product. Boy, am I impressed. Not only do they look the part, these gorgeous knives were so easy to use. They sliced through my trial-run vegetables so easily. They handled beautifully as well. I will be using these knives as a staple in my kitchen from here on out!

Let's start with the packaging. Not a fan of the plastic but very impressed with the perforated opening at the back. So much easier and safer to open. At first use, I didn't find them super sharp, however, the more I used them, the sharper they became. Meal prep is a breeze. Sliced through tomatoes with ease. Easy to hand wash, dry and pop back in the holder. My only criticism is that twice I have managed to insert the smaller knife in upside down and it took great effort to get it back out again. Overall, affordable good quality knives.

I tried these knives Yesterday whenI had a family dinner and really needed good sharp knives for smooth cutting and chopping. I am very pleased with how they helped me doing my cutting and chopping easily and quicker. They are very light weight and easy to carry. The protecting case is a must for families with small kids who roam around most of the time in the kitchen. I like that the protection cover has built in sharpener which means the knives remain sharp every time I use them. I really like the duo and it is a must have for my kitchen.

We’ve been using the Wiltshire Staysharp knifes, and to be honest they aren’t quite bad! The handle is comfortable to hold, making cutting easy. It’s good it comes with the sharpener case because when it’s in the draw you won’t cut yourself (if that’s where you keep knifes!) and it’s always sharp because of the sharpener in the case! We are going to be putting these into our camping kit as we don’t need to worry about where the knifes are when rummaging through the cutlery box and cutting ourself’s or taking a sharpener! The case keeps the knife secure inside which makes it a much safer option, especially for camping!

Have been using these knifes for a couple of weeks now, and have pretty much replaced my whole knife block! Saves time and is convenient knowing I’ll have a sharp cut every time I use them! Have only had one mishap where I put the knife back in the holder the wrong way whilst in a rush, and was difficult to get out safely, perhaps the design should avoid from letting this happen.

Staysharp Knives have a nice feel in the hand and make cutting/slicing a lot more easier compared to our previous knives. Built in sharpener makes life easy as it sharpen the knife every time i use. But i accidentally put it in wrong way to sharpen, couldn't get it out. The design means the knife should only be inserted in the one way. How ever my husband managed to get it out slowly when holding it in to the hot water tap. I am lucky the knife was finally safely removed without damaging. I feel like design need to be improve should not be able to put the knife in the wrong way. Other wise i am happy about every thing about these knives.

So sharp which is fabulous but scary at the same time! I was afraid I was going to cut my fingers off. Great little product!

I love the quality of the knives. Even my partner was so impressed. We love that they came with individual cases. And they self sharpening. Surely no more blunt knives. Hope they came in other colours too! Easy to hold, easy to slide, and it is safe to store in the drawers with the cases.

I’ve just received my set of stay sharp knives to try. I already have the carving knife and cooks knife from this range. I use the cooks knife all the time and I know it’s great so I can’t wait to try the santoku and utility knife! I use my santoku knife from another brand quite a bit so I’m keen to see the difference that a stay sharp knife makes!

Anyone who loves to cook would definitely love a good and sharp knife. The Wiltshire Staysharp knives come with a cover for the knives which have am built knife sharpener. My favourites from this review- - Great idea for the knives cover for added safety - Genius for having inbuilt knife sharpener - Well crafted blade and grooves on the knife. - Stylish and durable. Cons - I did not like the design as when you have a lot of chop your hands start to hurt because of the short handles and not much support for grip. The knives if not cleaned and dried straight away start to form discolouration on the blade sort of rust like. Otherwise, really enjoyed the experience of the sharp, fine and crisp cutting of the Wiltshire Knives.

This is a fantastic looking knife set and more than that, they’re incredibly functional & thanks to the self sharpening system, always sharp & ready to be used! The set offers great variety in knives & while I do prefer a little more weight in my knives, this set is well worth the money. The feature I love the most has to be the knife sleeves that ensure there’s no sharp edges out when little hands go roaming in the kitchen drawers.

I really like the safety feature of these knives. The duo serves the purpose and is perfect to be used on a variety of food items. Inbuilt sharpener makes it really easy to sharpen the knife just by taking it out and putting it back in the cover. I have used Santoku knife for my meal preparation and utility knife for everyday use. Both the knivesate contemporary and high quality plus durable to use thanks to the inbuilt sharpener.

Knife pk seemed heavy so I thought the knives would be heavy and hard to hold. Easy sharp very easy to use. I want the set. I realised the heavy Handle gave me a better grip so I didn’t chop my fingers off or slice a nail off. Was very impressed to say the least.

I was so excited to trial these knives and upon acquiring them and first use I was surprised at how easy they were to use, especially the utility knife. I've used them for a few dinners now and after washing they go back in their sleeve and come back out as sharp as the day I got them. It is definitely making meal prep easier and more efficient. Even hubby has had a chance to use them, slicing tomatoes with absolute ease. They are definitely an asset to have in the kitchen!

It was easy to get out of sharpener and was sharp it cut straight through frozen chicken breast and quite thin slices and it was done with ease. Also a bonus my 2 year old can’t open the knife. Only negative it someone has a big palm / hand might not find this knife as comfortable as I have a small hand and I found my hand fit quite welll. But love love them

I'm fortunate enough to get the opportunity to review Wiltshire Staysharp Knife Duo from MoM. I'm not a fan of the packaging. It's difficult to open and tough to recycle. On the other hand, Wiltshire has put very clear instruction at the back of the paper that comes in the packaging. You must be careful when putting the knives back inside the scabbard, never put them upside down. Otherwise there's a chance you can't take it out without damaging it. It's great that it has self-sharpening technology inside the scabbard, a guarantee that the knives will always keep sharp when you're going to use it, and with the scabbard, I can keep the knives easily in my drawer without fear of cutting my fingers when digging into a full kitchen drawers. The knives feels solid in my hand, very sharp and easy to use to dice beef, debone chicken, slice vegetables and peeling fruits.

I absolutely Love them. They are a Great quality, super sharp product. They have made my time in the kitchen quicker & cooking more efficient. Even hubby was impressed and is helping out more. Will definitely be looking at more Wiltshire products to add to my collection.

I really liked these knife. The concept and ideas were great. I really liked how they came in a cover with a built in sharpener. I just wish they were dishwasher safe and a little bit more sharper for those harder foods. I have smaller hands so the handle shape didn’t suit my hand size so it wasn’t easier to hold. My husband also didn’t like the handle shape. Overall is a good product with a great concept behind it

I pitted these against my ‘old faithful’ Baccarat knives and against my Ikea backup set. They absolutely slayed the IKEA and we’re probably on par with my (unsharpened) Baccarat knives. They do all you need knives to do (bar super professional sushi cheffing!) and keep THEMSELVES sharp, which is the biggest bonus. Would definitely recommend for basic kitchen use!

I'm really enjoying using these knifes. I prefer using the larger knife due to the design of the handle as I find it is easier to use as your knuckles don't hit the cutting board like they do with the smaller utility knife. But the smaller utility knife is really handy to take to work or to picnics/bbqs etc due to the size and it is super safe to transport due to the scabbard. I've been using these knives for over a week and they feel as sharp as when I first received them. It's easy to cut through pumpkin with the larger knife and they making chopping and dicing vegetables and fruit so easy.

I found the Santoku knife preferable to use over the Utility knife, possibly due to the size of the Santoku knife and slightly heavier handle - I found it felt safer and easier to use. Hi I had the pleasure of reviewing the Wiltshire Staysharp Knife Duo Set which consists of a Santoku knife and a Utility knife. I found them easy to use but preferred the Santoku knife due to its blades' height and weight of the handle as I find it gives me slightly more control when cutting. Sharpening is easy as you just need to slide the knives back into the sheath but you need to be careful which direction you slot it back into as I had accidentally placed it upside down - my bad! There is a direction printed on the small edge of the sheath to show which direction to place the knife into, but the printing on the utility knife that I received was already partially gone. I suspect that over time, it will fade more so I might have to scribble the direction with a permanent marker!

I pitted these against my faithful (but un sharpened) Baccarat set and against my ‘back up’ Ikea set. They slayed the IKEA set and came up well against the Baccarat. I probably wouldn’t use them for sushi, but they’re great for basic kitchen use. Would recommend!

Bought some of these after seeing on Mouth of Mums....they are great quality and extremely sharp have already cut myself...hand wash them as dishwasher can leave rust stains after a while..My Mum akways had Wiltshire knives when I was growing up so they have been around for many years so this gives me faith in the product a bit exoensive but worth it.

We remembered these from our childhood homes and was great to try them again. They stayed sharp with the constant sharpening in the case which is such a great idea. Only down side is you need a big drawer to be able to store them as the case is bulky. I found these to cut quite well, and I tried them on numerous veges and meat to really put them through the test. I did find tomatoes and beef were not as easily cut through but things like cheese, onions, were no troubles at all. Overall a 4/5 from trialling them – happy to have them.

I love this duo pair, thank you to Mouths of Mums and Wiltshire for this opportunity to trial the knives. One, there is a sharpener case for both knives which always keeps them sharp and safe for storage! I first tried the santoku knife to chop lemon grass which was a tough one to try. I found it really hard to chop however the handle was very thick and sturdy which helped make me feel safer. The utility knife is perfect for everyday use like slicing and cutting up smaller fruit and vegetables. Love them!

I would definitely recommend the utility knife. It had a great weight behind it and felt very safe to use. I found overall it gave me a much more even cut than the Santoku knife and was really comfortable to use. The santoku knife didn’t give me as much precision and I found the handle and blade to be a little too long. It struggles more with harder produce but cut a sandwich really well. I really love the built in knife sharpener and it not only keeps the knifes safe but did give a very good sharpen on the knives. Overall I would recommend the utility knife for everyday use and the Santoku for a softer item cut on food items.
