Review: Soften Fabric Conditioners

We are very impressed in this product. My husbands uniforms are always hard and tough and now he cant stop commenting on how amazing they feel. Such an easy product to use and makes such a huge difference.

What a great fabric softener with a great price, my clothes have never felt so soft ill be buying this everytime I need softner...great fragrances I tried the soften sensitive qnd will do so again..ill never go ba vs to the oether brands as this is a great item and works as says...10/10 for sure

When I first used this soften I was like ok let's see just give this a try I know it won't work. But I was wrong it did. It really soften my clothes in the first go and after that it is just a must buy product at least for me. It smells so good that after washing you will feel so fresh. As you know your family members are going to happy .

My DIL gave me some of this when I ran out , trying to get me to change. I was amazed at how well it softened my towels. The family loves how it smells and their softer clothing. Upon finding the costs I now no longer use any other softener. I would recommend this to anyone who asks about it.

We had to recently change fabric softener and washing liquid and we thought we would try soften sensitive and it's great. Mine and my eldest daughters skins very sensitive and we have a lot of reactions to softeners and ectut this one isn't making us break out or itchy. Great value for money too

My washes have been coming out softened with a beautiful fresh, long lasting fragrance. I was pleasantly surprised that a low cost fabric softener performed as well as this does. I usually purchase either of the 2 leading brands but I will be buying this next time.

So happy to receive a sample of Soften Island Oasis fabric softener to try. While this is not a scent I would choose I was pleasantly surprised at the clean fresh fragrance. My clothes were easier to iron, towels and sheets were lovely and soft and smelt devine.

I'm on week 2 of using the laundry cleaners and softener/conditioner and i'm loving it even more then i did the first week. Absolutely the smell it leaves on my clothes and how soft it leaves them feeling. Definitely likely to recommend these products not only for the smell and feel but the cost effectiveness.

My hubby asked why the house smelt so nice and if we had a new candle after I used this! He also commented how soft his clothes felt after, noticing how much better it softened then previous products we have used.

I have been using "Soften Sensitive" for quite a few weeks now and I am totally converted. Excellent value for money. It smells great; a clean fresh scent that the family loves. I just wish it was available in a bigger container.

I wanted to try the clean range once I smelt the fragrance was coming out of the box, its a beautiful smell and leaves your clothes nice and clean, smelling great and feeling nice and soft, add the fabric softner for even more softness, and 2kg so last awhile and great value for money...go try it, im sure the smell you will love...10/10

This is the 3rd week I have used Soften Island Oasis and can't get over how lovely my washing smells. Because it was raining here in Queensland I dried my clothes and towels in the clothes dryer. My towels were so soft but still absorbent. My clothes are so easy to iron. So for me this is such a versatile product

I love the smell of soften sunny glow softener and the price. This product is long lasting . I really love getting the kids clothes out and having the lovely scent of sunny glow. I will definitely try the other scents too. They all sound delicious!! As my three year old said about our clothes.

Good smell and good products, worth the money

These products are so similar, I wouldn't pay the extra. The clean brand is perfect for my refluxy babies clothes

I have bought this product and have used it. It is shuch a delite to use. It just made my clothes feel very soft and smelling brilliant. I would recommend to any mother who wishes there washing to turn out excellent from start to finish.

I switched to soften a year ago. I have always made up my softener, jut like my grandmother before me. I found that a lot of softeners on the market were quite expensive for what they offered. Soften on the other hand is inexpensive, and easy to make up. It leaves my clothes soft and smelling great. Would recommend.

I never used to use fabric softener. To me it was just another unnecessary expense for something that didn't really do much. I have been using the Soften Sensitive and am now sure to include it in every wash. For a sensitive product it still has a great smell, and I know that I can wash my family's clothes with Soften Sensitive and whether it's my partner, my teenagers or my 9 month old baby, everyone will have fresh, pleasant smelling and comfortable clothes without having to worry about reactions. Definitely a product I will continue to use.

Each time I use Soften Island Oasis I am continually amazed by how soft my clothes feel and how clean they smell. I have put my clothes on the line and I have also put them in the dryer. The clothes in the dryer seem softer than now that I use Soften

My towels for years have struggled to regain softness after washing. Ive used other brands that I've found just smell to strong or leave them feeling sticky. Soften fabric conditioners have ticked all boxes for me and im really impressed. I'll be using it on my sheets this week and hopefully will have similar results

The best softener out there! I can't recommend this enough. The whole house smells divine and the scent lingers on clothes in the wardrobe and drawers. Strangers have even asked which perfume I'm wearing! Everything is incredibly soft and wonderful. I received some for product testing and bought more. Absolutely love it!!

I love Soften fabric conditioner and use it on my woolens. It works well, has a lovely fragrances and leaves my clothes smelling wonderful and my woolens soft and warm. I find this range to be value for money and would highly recommend to others. I will definitely keep using Soften fabric conditioner.

This is the 2nd time I have used Soften Island Oasis. The first time I was impressed even though I diluted it a bit. This time I didn't dilute this and the smell and the softness is lingering Ironing my clothes was a dream. I used to work in a laundry and having clean and well ironed clothes I am quite fanatic about. So anything that saves me time ironing is my friend

Absolutely loved this fabric softener. Usually I don't like them as they're strong in smell but this particular one made the clothes smell fresh and clean without being overpowered by smell. Would definitely recommend this one

I tried this product for the first time and I was quite impressed as its true to its name it softens clothes and smells beautiful too. My children have very sensitive skin so I was a bit hesitant had no problems using it as Soften sensitive is not very heavily perfumed it is quite concentrated so you don't have to use much. Get many washes for a fraction of cost value for money. Will use more often and keep you posted with the results but for now I would highly recommend to family and friends to try for themselves.

My clothes and laundry smell divine thanks to Soften! I'm over the moon thus far. Beautifully scented but not overpowering, I'd describe it as soft and delicate. Gives the big brands a run for their money! If you're looking for an alternative, this is the one to try.

On trialling the Soften Sensitive Fabric Conditioner I was pleasantly surprised at the smell, quality and the cost of it. It smells lovely even though it is a sensitive solution that is suitable for all members of the family. It is value for money and easy on the budget in the first place. I would be happy to recommend this product to other friends and family.

Soften really is the best brand of softener on the market. It is quite easy to make up - you just need a 2L bottle, and then also easy to use. I find that I don't use much of the product, so it probably reaches the 25 washes limit posted on the bottle. It leaves my clothes soft and smelling great. I am not a fan of the ocean blue smell, and prefer the sunny yellow one (name escapes me right now).

Soften fabric conditioner is great leaves clothes spring fresh and cotton wool soft, going to sleep under soften washed sheets and doonas is bliss one gets a good nights sleep very important to have an uninterupted night sleep to be able to face the new day , To dry oneself with a soften towel feels just wonderful and makes one ready for the busy day ahead.

Today I put on a load of washing and put the smallest amount of Soften Fabric Conditioner in. Not really expecting much especially because of the amount of fabric softener I put in I was pleasantly surprised, My clothes felt softer than they have in a long time and had that fresh clean smell. In the past I used a concentrate fabric softener and my clothes didn't have any life in them. So I will buy this product again. I am going to Iron now so I will leave a review on how the clothes iron after using Soften Fabric softner

Love the variety of clean products. There is such a great variety that it is all you need to fill the laundry. The freshness smell of each product and the ingredients with no harmful ingredients in each product. I found the smell was long lasting especially the fabric softener which made me feeling refreshed all day. The sheets on the bed are relaxing also.

I love fabric softeners and would never wash my, my kids or my hubbies clothes without them. I love the smell of the soft brand and I also love the price - it is very affordable and sustainable for young families. I would highly recommend this to all of my family and friends with children and those who like soft and nice smelling clothes. Thanks for the nice products

I have never smelt my clothes more amazing or felt them so soft, i picked one of my jumpers out of the pile today and couldn't stop sniffing my jumper, smelt so fresh and clean, it was amazing and the towels have never felt more soft and revitalised, will definitely be going into woolies to buy this softener from now on, i think its become my favourite!

There was something lighter about the clothes as I removed them from the machine this week, including soiled newborn clothes. All a little brighter and somehow seemed cleaner. I also love that this product takes the environment into account.

I'm embarrassed to say I have never even used fabric softener prior to this experience, so was excited! I can say I am thrilled with the results. My clothes are softer and they smell divine! For the price and the results, it is definitely worth chucking in the trolley!

I liked the fact that this product was suitable for front loader and top loader, that it was made in Australia, gentle to skin with no harsh dyes and no phosphorus. It comes with an easy to use scoop. It has a pleasant smell and no reason not to love it.

I love the low cost price for these softening conditioners, they are so affordable and makes them desirable on their own. I love the different types and smells that come with them, they leave your clothes smelling lovely every time. I love that they do a great job to condition and soften the clothes, the most important reason for using them I would easily say. I would let me friend / family / or strangers know how good I think these are. I like the product and will use frequently

What a wonderful fragrance from these products. My clothes came out wonderfully soft and with a magnificant fresh aromal. AND the aroma lasts!

I trialled the Island Oasis one. Love the scent! Nice and strong, yet pleasant and doesn't set of my allergies. I don't often bother with fabric softener as I find it makes no difference to the feel of clothes but I will probably buy this product in the future. The kids were pretty impressed too!

I was pleasantly surprised by the results of Soften. Given the price, you would not expect the best results. The fragrance is noticeable - though I wouldn't say it lasts as long as more expensive softeners. Clothes did come out nice and soft. Overall, great value for money and I'll be trying out different scents to find my favourite one! The pocket friendly price is definitely a winner.

Im in the grocery store at least twice a week and didn't even know this brand exsisted until I seen the reviews on this page! In all fairness I either have my tribe with me or I'm alone so I'm worrying about my tribe, mum life haha. But I thought I'd try it out for myself and I'm loving it!! I actually can't believe how cheap it is for how well it works and I haven't really been a fan of fabric softener because I've been let down before but this definitely restored my faith.

I,ve not used softeners for washing 4 years this product I would buy again smell nice it,s not over powering, leaves clothes with a nice smell even when dry and put away the smell remains

This fabric Softener is great. I do not usually use softener in my washing as they are too thick and clog up my machine. I normally use the Bicarb & white vinegar alternative. Soften Fabric Softener is a thin liquid that does not leave a residue in my softener container and does not clog my machine pipes. It leaves the washing smelling fresh and feeling soft. I recommend Soften over the more expensive and cheaper brands.

I have not been able to use fabric soften for years as it all made my skin irritated and itchy, soften sensitive is gentle on the skin and i have not had any flare ups since using this product. Our clothes are softer and it has made ironing so much easier, will definitely be buying again.

I'm just a bit mixed about my opinion. I tried ocean fresh which I thought had a lovely fragrance. It was on special and I felt good value for money. I'm not sure it made that big of a difference to my clothes and felt that my ironing was the same as usual.

Very surprised it did such a wonderful job on my clothes. The clothes smelt lovely ,not to overpowering, and they were soft. My skin surprisingly didn't have a bad reaction to it.

This is not a scent that I would usually purchase but it is quite pleasant my personal preference would be Soften Sensitive, which I have now purchased and will continue to do so. Soften is great value for money.

I liked the clean product. Smells good. Not too strong in smell which is good cause I don't like the clothes to smelly. I'm not a fan of powders as they sometimes leave marks on clothes if not dissolved properly. This did not happen with clean brand. To be honest I don't notice much different if I use softener or not. I asked my husband if he noticed anything different about the washing this week and he said he was itchy! That didn't happen to me. I'll keep testing and if possible buy again.

I love how it is so soft on the clothes. The smell is so fresh. I just love that about soften conditioner.

I have been using both washing powder and softener. The power I found just as good as more expensive products. The fabric softener was fantastic left clothing smelling so fresh, clean and soft.

I always used liquid as I found that in my top loader that powder would sometimes still be in the washing machine or go in clumps or still be on clothes/towels but the washing powder I received from mouth of mum's was great and smelled divine aswell I would use again and recommend to family and friends

very surprising, thought it wouldn't compete with my regular softner but I was surprised. it was a concentrate so I used less and the sensitive product was kind to my skin. thank you for giving me a chance to try it.

Loved the way my clothes came out smelling after a wash. Wouldn't have believed this was a low cost softener options at all if I hadn't known beforehand. Definitely exceeded my expectations and I would definitely buy again and have no hesitation recommending this to my friends.

I love clean and gently soft clothes. I love using this product to achieve the best quality result. I would highly recommend this to all of my family and friends for softening goodness. These products are easy to use and simple to understand. They are easy to store and colourful too

This product was quite pleasant smelling, left my clothes soft and smelling fresh. I purchased as they were on sale as part of a promotion. I will purchase again when on sale but otherwise will stick to my regular fabric softener as I have a favourite that I have used for many years

Sorry have had trouble posting. I am very happy with this fabric softener as I have sensitive skin and have to be careful what I use. But this product is fantastic and leaves clothes smelling nice and feeling soft

Have just recived the strike bath and shower cleaner and clean front loader washing liquid. Can not wait to try them

Back to review now I've finished the trial product. I haven't noticed any difference in softness compared to how my washing was before using this (I don't normally use fabric softener.) That said, the fragrance is lovely compared to no fragrance at all and doesn't affect any of us with our allergies so a winner there. I will considering using it again in the future, solely for it's fragrance.

I do like the clear liquid consistency, it does not mark the clothes. I do feel you need a little more than recommended. Would still like the clothes to smell more clean. It is doing a good job of cleaning our clothes. A good solid home brand item, still willing to give it a go!

Product reviewed: Soften concentrated fabric softener sensitive. I don't usually use a fabric softener as I don't want to add more chemicals to my wash. Whilst the smell is subtle and fresh - a big plus - I have not noticed my clothes feeling softer or a change in my child's eczema. I am not saying that this product doesn't work, I am just noting my observations.

This Soften fabric softener did make my towels and clothes soft and smelling lovely but my washing machine did not appreciate it. The soften range is no different to any other liquid fabric softener when it comes into contact with the mechanics of my/your washing machine. If you have ever seen inside the drum etc you will know what I mean. It's Epsom Salts as a fabric conditioner for me and Epsom salts cleans the machine as well as conditions the cloths ...washing soda is also good but its Epsom salts for me and my valued washer.

They don't work. I bought this by mistake thinking it was "soft" detergent for delicates but decided to try it anyway. I feel nor smell no difference in my towels. Granted, I don't have a dryer and hang my towels in the sun so they will always go back to that crunchy feeling. White Vinegar is all you need. It does exactly the same thing as fabric softener. Cheaper. And probably nicer to the environment.
