Review: Oral B Clinical Gum Protection Toothpaste

I love this toothpaste its the best toothpaste ever tried. I've also tried the whitening toothpaste that works too it does not have a bad aftertaste and because I drink a lot of coffee it gets the stains off my teeth and make my teeth look really good

I have been enjoying using Oral B Clinical Gum Protection Tooth Paste with its great taste and I have bought multiple tubes so we can have one in the bathroom and one each in our toiletry bags for when we go away and I have also given one to my mother to try as well. Hopefully she will be able to spread the news on how awesome it is as well.

I have been reading other posts and I didn't think to say as well, I have been trialling this tooth paste for a while now and Yes I to have had bleeding gums for most of my life as well and since using this tooth paste it has become less and less to almost minimal no bleeding which is absolutely awesome, fantastic and to anyone that gets bleeding gums, give Oral B Clinical Gum Protection Tooth Paste a go!

I have been using this tooth paste for a while now and its been fantastic, healthier gums and I have sensitive teeth and with this tooth paste my teeth feel less sensitive and more cleaner and smooth and shiny. My 3 daughters think that I have sparkly teeth now! Like Cinderella! :) (all I need is the dress now) ;)

As a mum I am definitely trying to find ways to take care of ourselves and our families and I have found the solution just like other mums most likely have. Oral B clinical Gum Protection Toothpaste is not only great for our gums and teeth but gives us the protection we all need and with proof! Love the tube that it comes in! Its small compact and great for when going on holidays or away for the weekend. Its great as it makes your teeth feel a whole lot cleaner and healthier, great for the whole family! My husband loves it, uses it everyday morning and night and we can already see the difference!

If you want your teeth feeling fresh and whiter than this is the toothpaste for you! If you want your teeth reducing plaque than this is the toothpaste for you! I saw this just as it closed & thought I'd buy it, have been using it ever since, I didn't mind the taste/smell. It was refreshing, partner wasn't a fan. My teeth had damage from coffee & smokes. The yellow tinge is gone. 100% gone... They aren't white, but they are a lot better & I do reccomened this to everyone, although they ask as they see me smile more :-) Thankyou again oral B

I highly recommend the oral b clinical gum protection toothpaste. It leaves your mouth feeling so much more fresh then any other one I have used! Even my husband has changed over and he is really fussy about what he uses. My daughter has even given it a go and has said her mouth feels cleaner than normal. It is amazing.

Have been using Oral B Clinical Gum Protection toothpaste for quite a while now and the results are amazing. My gums are healthier, my teeth are whiter and cleaner and more smooth and shinier. After brushing twice a day for the last 2 weeks with Oral B Clinical Gum Protection, I am really happy with the results, my teeth appear to be a lot whiter, my gums feel and look healthier and my breath is always fresh, I highly recommend this product, I have more confidence when I smile and I know I am using the best product available.

Ok, it has been 2 weeks. I posted a review on the first day saying how great it tasted, felt refreshing and like it was really bubbling up and doing work, about the good size tube etc. But now I can tell you that not only is it STILL TASTING GREAT, it has made a BIG DIFFERENCE in the health of my gums! They used to always bleed and I have had no bleeding or sore guns since using Oral B Clinical Gum Protection toothpaste. My mouth feels fresher for longer and they feel and look cleaner and whiter. I love it. This is the only toothpaste to ever stop my gums from bleeding so this is what I'm sticking to!!!! Thank you x

10 days into this trial now and my third review. Instantaneously I was impressed with the presentation of the product, the smell, the flavour. All rather unassuming in their individuality however as a sum of their products, there is no other word but WOW! This product is effective from the onset, not only do the teeth feel dentist clean instantaneously, the clean feeling truly lasts for the entire day. Long gone are the days of waking up to fury teeth even after the twice a day brushing ritual. Long gone is the burning tongue of the intense flavours of other brands, which incidentally makes me question now what is actually in those other toothpastes that aren't actually necessary. AND most importantly, long gone are the caffeine stains. in just the 10 days of using this Oral B product, I have noticed that my teeth are at least 3 shades whiter and people are starting to comment on how bright my smile looks. So thank you Oral B and thank you Mouths of Mums for this opportunity, you have a devotee right here!

for the first time ever I finally found the most wonderful toothpaste this really does work. the moment I started to brush my teath I felt a ting then they stated to shine and gloss and then all the gung was gone. ive never seen anything this brilliant work so fast. I will forever be using this paste from now on thank you for letting me try this out as I was at whits end with all the paste's I have tried and nothing worked always a waste of money and this item is the best ever. a huge fan.

This product is great!! The flavour is not to over powering and doesn't feel thick in your mouth. The freshness last all day and even after eating my teeth still feel clean, no hiding my smile after using Oral B Clinical Gum Protection. Am definitely keen to keep using this product in the future and introduce it to the whole family.

I never believe the hype when it comes to television advertisements for products. Particularly when it is for an oral health/ dental product. I inevitably find that the product always falls short of the expectation and to be honest, I expected that to be the case here too. So I was extremely surprised, when after the very first use, my entire mouth felt so clean! I truly felt a difference immediately! I have very soft gums and extremely sensitive teeth, so it is very difficult to find a product that doesn't cause pain and bleeding. But I absolutely LOVE this product! It tastes great, it doesn't leave a gritty after texture on your teeth and tongue, it freshens your breath for much longer than you'd expect it to, and it doesn't burn horrendously! I just tried the toothpaste with my usual toothbrush, but now that I've fallen in love with the toothpaste, I'll definitely be seeking a brush and mouth wash to go with it! I usually hate people who extol the virtues of their toothpaste et al, but this is truly a remarkable product. I really do recommend it. :)

Love these products, you can feel them working! They taste great and dont burn your mouth like some! I could Definitely see a difference and will buy again and use. I will also recommend it to other people because it is fantastic! Oral B is a brand I wouldnt usually use but I will be from now on, very very impressed! i tried Oral B for the first time and i must say this is too good for the teeth.i actually felt some great taste in my mouth with longer effects.and with continues 5 days use it gives me a perfect white smile.i'm really happy with my decision to change the toothpaste and move on to Oral B. No bleeding in my mouth and longer freshness in my mouth. i'll definitely keep buying this for everyday use and definite a paste to recommend all my friends and family.

i used to use oral b but then switched back to colgate. when i saw all the ads for this new version from oral b, i thought i might give it a go. i think that the taste of it is ok and it cleans effectively. I will be taking the 2 week challenge again with this and see if it is still a winner.

After using this product for an extended period of time I can highly recommend this product to anyone wanting healthy teeth and gums. I wasn't convinced at first but I now am this is an excel by product. B

I have been using this product for over 2 weeks now and I can see a difference in my teeth! They are definitely whiter and my gums inflammation have come down! I am definitely going to invest in this rather than using a standard toothpaste! It feels so much better on my teeth and at least I can see an improvement! They just had a massive oral b special at woolies last wek and all oral b products were 1/2price, so I stocked up with me so I can continue with this. Definitely made me realise that sometimes it's good trying something different as it can always be better!

amazing, I had a check up at the dentist and he couldn't believe the difference in my teeth, he says continue to keep using the toothpaste it is clearly showing improvement, this is a great result and I will pleasantly keep using it I actually just brought another tube.

i loved it so much i bought six tubes. My daughter loved it too. My husband was the only one who did not like it but hes more of a traditional guy so i went out and bought him 9 tubes as a present.

My whole mouth feels so clean and fresh after using this. I have been using a manual toothbrush for ages now after my electric died, so when I started using this system, it was like my teeth were brand new. I even noticed my tongue was cleaner and the taste in my mouth was fresher. I won't be going back to a manual toothbrush anytime soon - it just feels too good!

I was really impressed with the size of the sample sent out. The packaging is very eye catching - love the colours of the tube!! One thing I really liked (and noticed when using it) was the grainy feel AND look of the paste. Unlike other brands, where the paste is smooth and almost 'fake' you could see the tiny grains in this paste; it made me feel a little more confident that it's not just the brush doing all the cleaning! My teeth always felt clean after every use =) The taste is pleasant, strong enough to really feel the burst of mint in my mouth. One particular thing I didn't like was the screw on cap...with kids in the house and in the midst of the morning rush, it wasn't always convenient. I found myself screwing the cap back on at some point in the evening; this may pose hygienic concerns considering the cap roll off the basin and onto the floor (especially in bathrooms where the loo, shower & wash basin are all in the one room). Overall, I was very impressed with this product and would definitely buy it in future!!

First impressions are good, nice looking packaging and I like how it stands up on its cap. A flip-cap is a bit more convenient than a screw cap but I can live with that. The next bit is the really unusual part. It tastes unusual - kinda spicy aniseed minty - not unpleasant and as you use it you get used to it. And when you start to brush, it actually feels warm in you mouth! What is that? I don't know, but I must say after a couple of weeks, I have only once noticed a dot of gum-blood and I think that was my over-zealous brushing, and I sincerely think my teeth look a little bit whiter! Woohoo! And my mouth feels fresh for a long time after brushing. Overall I give it a big thumbs up, and look forward to continuing to use Oral B Clinical.

From the first time I used this product I noticed a feeling of freshness. A cool breath feeling. I love using ORAL B Clinical Gum Protection. I will be changing brands from today. I have already bought enough supplies to fill our bathrooms with this new formula. My husband and kids love it too. They say their mouth feels fresh for longer and they enjoy cleaning their teeth knowing this.

This product is fantastic. The flavour is not too much, the freshness lasts a long time, even after drinking my coffee my teeth still feel clean.

my husband likes colgate, the kids have their age related toothpaste and i like oral b. So we buy all three. Other brands burn my sensitive skin so im careful in what i use

I love this toothpaste, my mouth feels fresher, my teeth look and feel cleaner, my mouth just generally feels better. I have also tried the mouthwash and feel that the whole combination, of this, the toothpaste and my electric toothbrush, have all helped . As an older person it is I think more important to look after my teeth and gums , and to find a product that does all that it says is amazing. I will not use another brand now and have my daughter and her family trying it as well. Thanks for the sample and giving me the chance to try it and find out how wonderful it is.

My favorite thing about this tooth paste is how smooth it leaves your teeth feeling, and that feeling lasts for hours! I think my gums are healthier and teeth whiter. I think the taste could be improved, my husband tried it but the taste turned him off.

Love it. I've grown used to the taste now - and can definitely see a difference in plaque build up, especially behind my teeth. My gums are more pink than red now and I've had no bleeding from the gums at all. My teeth feel smoother for longer. I loved it so much I stocked up when I saw this toothpaste on sale recently. thanks for the opportunity to trial the new orab b toothpaste i absolutely loved it except for the smell. It smells like dencorub at is very overpowering maybe you need to invest in another flavour. Otherwise my teeth felt so refreshed after the first time i used it will recomend it to friends. Thankyou :)

WOW - What a difference my smile is, considering how bad my teeth are due to medications I am on. The medications are ruining my teeth so they just fall out. It is so embarrassing seeing my dentist, each time another tooth needs to come out. Using Oral B Clinical Gum Protection Toothpaste gives my teeth a smile that I didn't expect. I have a great deal of teeth missing but the teeth I have left, felt so clean for the first time ever. I will be buying it more often.

from the very first time I tried Oral B the fresh minty taste hit me & not in an unpleasant way. I don't usually like mint flavour but this I like. My mouth stays fresher for longer. I've noticed less plaque, seems a bit too good to be true but so far I'm sure I see a marked improvement in general overall oral freshness colour & less plaque. I like the packaging too

Hubby was always set in the brand of toothpaste he would use until one day I purchased the oral b clinical one. After hearing me rave about it and seeing the difference it made to my teeth and gums he decided to give it ago and now it's all we buy. I had very sore gums due to pregnacy and after trying this oral b range is saw a great difference. We highly recommend it.

Its been one month since I started trialing the Oral B Clinical Gum Protection Toothpaste & I'm still loving it - so much in fact that it is almost time to but myself another tube ! My teeth are sparkling & I love the taste (not too strong) , I will continue buying this toothpaste from now on.

I do not think it whitened as good as it should, but the toothpaste was great. It gives a great mouth clean.

I was concerned that the package contained Metsal or similar product. I was only semi wrong. The toothpaste itself is a thinner style, coming out of the tube. It is not gritty but still feels like it gives an overall excellent clean feeling. It is low foam, which I prefer. The main thing I noticed was that about 10-15 minutes after brushing my mouth (cheeks, inside lips) felt like they had been exfoliated and I noticed, what I presume was dead skin, sloughing off. It is a most peculiar phenomenon and feeling. I do love the toothpaste and would like to try the whole regimen but I am a little concerned about what it would do to my insides. I would not recommend this product be used for anyone under the age of 12.

It's my wife that got me hooked on Oral B Clinical Gum Protection Tooth Paste, she was selected at part of the review team and lucky for me I got to trial it too. At first I thought the minty taste burnt my mouth but as you use it more, each day I became use to the taste. This product has helped my teeth become less sensitive and remove that unwanted plaque. It is definitely noticeable now and am loving it!

I have had gum problems most of my life with bleeding and the gums receding. I have to say after about 2 weeks I didn’t have bleeding anymore when I brushed my teeth. I didn't get chosen for this review but I have recently bought this tooth paste an I have to say I'm in love no other tooth paste has given me the same look or feel my teeth have today, Ive always had red An bleeding gums, but after using this tooth paste I've noticed my gums don't bleed any more an they are not so red. I would recommend this tooth paste to anyone it's just that good.

I used to use aim toothpaste but I unfortunately have not been able to find it anywhere so I had to switch to Colgate, colgate is good and all but I hate the flavour and it just burns! So I was keen on tryng something different. Oral b is great! I noticed a ton of difference especially in y, bottom front teeth after 2 weeks the biggest problem area for me! I would deffinatly consider using the toothbrush but I don't know if the mouthwash is for me! However would probably give it a go. :)

I will be 100% honest as there is no point in posting a review otherwise. Upon using Oral B Clinical Gum Protection toothpaste for the first time, my thoughts were along the lines of "I'm glad this was free" I didn't like the taste or the texture at all and my mouth felt a bit dry after use. However since using it for (not quite) two weeks I have been really looking forward to posting this review. Despite my poor initial reaction after two or three days my teeth looked whiter and feel cleaner for longer. I don't know if I am dreaming or not but I have gum recession and I swear it isn't as bad, and most certainly not as painful as it was. I would definitely buy this toothpaste again, and recommend it to others. I would also love to give the other products in the range a try, in case they are just as fantastic. Have been using this toothpaste for a little while now and its very good, it makes my teeth shinier and noticeably whiter the longer you use it. Not sure of the taste though, has a weird after taste, needs to be a little sweeter or something. Even with the taste I would recommend Oral B Clinical Gum Protection Toothpaste has it makes your teeth feel cleaner and healthier.

so i tried this for the first time 3 and im really happy with the outcome of it, my teeth and mouth feel much cleaner and i dont seem to be having so much left over crap on my teeth, my breathe smells much nicer for longer when using this toothpaste. I highly suggest everyone gives it a go and see how they like it also.

Oral B Clinical at first glance looks a little gritty and a little more slimy than ordinary toothpaste. it smells quite potent a little bit like dencorub so i was expecting the toothpaste to burn which it did not i was suprised that the flavour was so mild and quite enjoyable. After using this product for 2weeks my teeth look nicer and my gums feel great too

My daughter and I have been using this product for just over 2 weeks now and I can write a more accurate review after this period of time. Initially, the taste was off-putting but like I thought, I did get used to it within a short amount of time. The grainy consistency didn't bother me nor did I notice it that much to begin with. I think it's this quality that helps give the results you're after. I would really love to try the whole regime and products that Oral B provides with this line. I think the results with continued use, would even be more prominent. I'm expecting a good report when I next visit the dentist!

I noticed a difference after about 4 days with ORAL B clinical protection. I would love to try the toothbrush also.

while i found this toothpaste did its job and left my mouth feeling clean and my breath fresh, i didn't really see much of a difference between this particular product and a lot of similar ones by the competing brands. i used this on recommendation to try something new due to my peridontitis (which is a gum affliction) and it really failed to make much of a difference. while i would use oral B as my mainstream brand of toothpaste, when it comes to really wanting to care for my teeth and gums i would rather spend the few dollars extra for a professional dental product in which i can actually see and feel the results. i would recommend to people with regular dental health but it is not helpful or a fix to those with pre-existing issues.

I liked the taste and good clean feeling after use.

You get a real nice clean and fresh feel once you start using this toothpaste and when you add the rinse it feels even better. Fresh breath also that lasts a while. The initial smell is rather weird like a deep heat kinda smell but you get past that and it makes you teeth brighter and a fresh feel and clean mouth. Would recommend using this to anyone who wants to try something different. I went from using sensodine to this and still am using it still. Nil sensitive effects like when you change to another toothpaste and have to go back to sensodine. My teeth look a bit brighter also. more so then when you use the ones that mainly just want to clean and brighten.

I have to say I am amazed on the difference it has made to my oral care over the last few weeks, compared to my regular sensitive toothpaste this is by far better and the results was surprisingly quick, my breath is fresher and my teeth feel cleaner, as I am a regular flosser this toothpaste has helped a lot with plaque build up especially around the back of the teeth very impressed and will be continuing in using this product in replacement to my previous toothpaste, again the taste but im willing to live with this. Its hard to believe that someone like myself that does suffer from super sensitive teeth due to receeding gums it has made a significant difference in the way my teeth feel when I eat something cold and hot. Yay for oral b. good job. !!!

I have sent my first initial review already, I love this tooth paste, and it makes my mouth feel much fresher. My breath stays fresher for longer I noticed when I awoke at night my breath is better with this toothpaste then other toothpastes so far. impressed so far and loving the trial and tooth paste.

I have really noticed a difference since using Oral B Clinical Gum Protection toothpaste. Being a big tea and coffee drinker, I'm aware of the problems I face so have always been on the look out for a suitable toothpaste that helps with caffeine/tannin and plaque. As a long time Colgate user I have to admit I was reluctant to try this. BUT who can resist good Ol Clarkie's face? In all seriousness though, it felt as fresh as expected and it also delivered the goods. My teeth feel clean for longer and they definitely look whiter.

I found this toothpaste to be great. It left my mouth feeling fresh, my teeth looked and felt clean and bright! My husband thought it was great too, definitely made a difference to his stained teeth, they looked brighter and whiter after about a week of regular use. I would definitely buy it in the future.

From the very first time I used my Oral B toothpaste it felt like I had just visited a dentist! The taste makes you feel like you've had a 'real clean' which I absolutely loved. The paste itself is a little runny - when I stood the tube up on it's lid and then used it it ran out too quickly without me squeezing, but apart from that it is FAB, makes me feel as though my teeth are better off for using it and gives me a little more confidence with my breath. I will be purchasing the mouth rinse to see if the combination is even better than just using the toothpaste!

Great new product , the taste is not overpowering and my teeth felt fresh for hours afterwards. I have even felt a difference already with my gums. My whole mouth just feels almost brand new. Can't wait to buy the mouthwash as well.

This toothpaste really surprised me. Each and every day when I brush my teeth, I always gag ... and literally feel like been sick. But, the taste was so subtle, that it did not have this effect on me, which I totally loved. I also felt it was much more gentle on my teeth and gums, for some reason, and I think, I really will continue to use this toothpaste!

I must admit, I am in two minds about Oral B Clinical Gum Protection Toothpaste. While my teeth feel cleaner and smoother, I'm not at all sure they are whiter and shinier. Perhaps if I used the toothbrush and rinse, I might notice more of an effect. The toothpaste itself is a little gritter to what I'm used to and the smell is most definitely clinclialy fresh.

had previously posted a review - this is a little update a few days later. have noticed a slight change in the whitening of my teeth. still getting used to the lack of foam and different taste/flavour. I'm usually the toothpaste in conjunction with the Oral-B mouthwash - so the whitening might be happening cos of the mouthwash.

I really like this product. I find the taste to be fresh and refreshing and I feel that my fresh breath lasts throughout the day. Definitely a product I would consider using again in the future. I don't think that there is any real or noticeable difference in my oral health at this stage but I will assess that again at the end of 4 weeks.

I am on my 4th tube, I absolutely love this toothpaste & really feel like it is working & freshening my breath. I have only had 1 lid crack in my 4 tubes so I guess I've been lucky. If I could afford it I would by cases of this stuff. I even feel like I wake up with fresh breath after brushing the night before.Big tube is long lasting. Value of money. Available everywhere. I was lucky enough to get some sample tubes of this toothpaste from a dentist. I found it an extremely good product and will definitely consider using it when I finish my present stockpile of toothpaste! It made my teeth feel really clean and perhaps they look a lighter shade. My gums are nice and pink and healthy too. Highly recommend it!

2 weeks since I've started using the Oral B Clinical Gum Protection toothpaste & I think it is pretty good. My teeth seem to be quite white & is has been good for my sensitive gums. The flavor is also nice - not too overpowering , fresh clean breath afterwards. I would recommend this toothpaste to anyone.

I was very fortunate to be given 2 sample tubes of this toothpaste when I took my youngest daughter to the dentist. So I TOOK THE 2 WEEK CHALLENGE! My gums did feel a lot better and my teeth were a little whiter. A product worth saving up for!

I am on my 4th tube, I absolutely love this toothpaste & really feel like it is working & freshening my breath. I have only had 1 lid crack in my 4 tubes so I guess I've been lucky. If I could afford it I would by cases of this stuff. I even feel like I wake up with fresh breath after brushing the night before. Thank you!

Initially I wasn't a fan. The paste has a medicinal feel and taste to it that was off putting. However, after a couple of weeks I have gotten used to it and the after feeling is a delight. My mouth feels exceptionally clean and fresh. My teeth and gums feel great too. Am really liking the product now and will continue to use it and recommend it.

I have a usual toothpaste brand I stick with. But at the supermarket i did cave to advertising and think I would give Oral B a try. It is a good toothpaste. I believe we focus on teeth as we should,, but forget our gums a lot. It is vital to care for gums, the home of our teeth really. I liked this product. My gums did appear a nicer pink. My mouth fresh. I would use this again and encourage my girls too.

I really love how it added many benefits that I wasn't getting from my other toothpaste. I felt much better - gums felt better, breath felt better but I kept having to rinse it out a few times afterwards. Is that normal?

I was super keen to try Oral B Gum protection on my teeth and in particular my gums. After years of drinking coffee my teeth are in need of tender loving care. I was happy to buy and try this toothpaste and it worked an absolute treat on my teeth and gums.

After using the OralB for the past week, I am impressed by how well it cleans my teeth and seems to keep them feeling clean and fresh for the entire day. I would recommend this toothpaste to anyone worried about their oral health. I am curious to see how my teeth are after using this product for another week and see how my gums also shape up

I felt that it was effective based on Description however I wasn't a huge fan of the 'taste' It certainly tasted Clinical and I also had to advise the kids not to use it based on Age.... due to usage comments on the box. Taste is a litter bitter... maybe work on sweetening it up a bit! Thanks for the experience :)

Its been two weeks and I don't exactly mind the Oral B Clinical Gum Protection toothpaste but I can't say I love it. The taste I find really off putting - its very medicinal. I do like the feeling once I have rinsed, my mouth does feel fresher but I can't get past the taste - it makes me feel in a rush to get my brushing over and done with.

Unfortunately, I have had to stop using Oral-B clinical gum protection toothpaste. It was making me feel unwell. Also, it was changing the colour of my teeth. I have had this problem before with whitening toothpastes.

Unfortunately I could not continue with a review as it reminded me too much of a insect bite cream
