A mop that does all the hard work

I hate mopping! The many reasons are because I haven’t been able to find the perfect mop for the job! So call me sceptical. . . I was pleasantly surprised, the mop did all the work. I didn’t feel like I had done a workout after mopping, so there is really nothing more to say. The mop was so easy to manoeuvre & glided smoothly over my floors. The microfibre pad lifted grime off the floorboards with ease. The roller removed dirt & dust from the pad after spinning leaving my floors clean & streak free. The flat & thin design of the mop made it very easy to get under hard to reach areas like the fridge & oven. The bonus feature The mop head is foldable along one side, so you can clean your skirting boards & corners. It’s a big thumbs up from me 👍

Wow, I absolutely love this mop. Before this, I’ve had a spray mop, which was great at scrubbing marks from the floor, but was a real workout due to the lack of water to easily glide along the floor. I also recently purchased a traditional mop and bucket spin mop, which left my floor very wet and didn’t feel like it had the traction to be able to really scrub marks away. This is the best of both worlds! The mop head and material makes it easy to give floors a good scrub, and the fact that you use it with water means it’s far less of a workout to use. I love that you can bend up the corner of the head to get into the corners of the floor and that you can adjust the handle to mop walls, too! I’ve actually sold my new spin mop because I much prefer this one!

This product is amazing I don’t have to touch a yuk dirty mop head ever again and for washing walls omg I have 2 I use 1 for the sugar soap and other with clean water to rinse the walls and it’s easy and fast

I've always used a vileda mop,but wanted something that would help with the skirting and stumbled upon a tiktok video about the oates mop, I was sceptical but found bunnings had the mop and bucket for just under$40 and thought I'd give it a go, it took a few goes to get the hang of the spinning process as I'm used to using a foot pedal,but once I got the hang of it,it was smooth sailing,won't be going back to the vileda, I'm officially an oates convert

This is the mop of the future! A simple yet ingenuous idea. Finally the time for spreading dirty mop water. Around om your floor is over. This mop let's you soak and spread clean water with each stroke. My floors look and smell amazing

I love this mop as it makes mopping quicker then with a normal mop and bucket and is more compact and easier to store between mops. My favourite thing i use the mop on is my walls as it easily gets hand prints off them. I like that it does my skirting boards easily as well. One down fall i had with the mop is trying to get it onto the spinner it doesnt go on as easily as i had hoped it would otherwise it is a good option for anyone that beeds a mop and highly recommend

I first off I love how simple it was to set up the mop. I really like the spin option and found it cleans the mop head and gets it dry enough so the floor wasn't soaking wet. I love that it has the skirting board cleaning edge to and works great. The bucket is also a great size and the handle is really sturdy. Definitely a great mop for all hard surfaces.

This mop really did its job well, it left my floors clean and sparkling, with none of the usually bit of fluff, hair and debris left after it dried. The little Brush in mop bucket cleaned of any bits and pieces from mop head so it wasn’t put back on floor each go. The whole system is easy and compact to store, it’s eco friendly having a re-usable head and the super long handle save bending over .

I have had the best time trialling my new Oates Spin & Clean Mop. Easy to assemble mop and handle, the compact but wide open bucket makes it easy to fill, simply attach the mop head to the base in the bucket give it a few pumps which allows it to spin over the roller ensuring practically a dust and hair free mop each time you go back for more water. One side of the mop head easily folds up to allow you to do the skirting boards and get into corners without getting down or bending it does all the work for you that for me is a game changer! I typically hate doing my skirting boards and leave them longer that I should…not anymore thanks to my Oates Spin & Clean Mop. Then I simply throw the mop head into a wash bag, give it a wash and viola it’s ready to go again.

Compact & easy to maintain I found the Oates mob very compact and that’s why I like it. It’s easy to assemble & set up. Light weight & well made. I agree that It’s definitely not made for heavy duty but the added value of the mop is just enough to make this purchase worthwhile.

There are lots of things to like about the Oates Spin and Clean mop and bucket! I love how well the mop clicks into the bucket for the spin function - I had thought it might be hard to engage the mop in the right spot each time, but the design is really great and it seems to click itself into place. The scrubbing roller in the bucket is super effective at removing dirt from the mop head, so you don't keep spreading dirt onto your floor - excellent design concept! The folding side of the mop head means you can clean right up to the edge of your floor and into corners effectively. The one thing that didn't seem to work for me (and maybe it just needs more practice) was the 'pump fast to spin dry' - it didn't seem to elevate the mop head up out of the water, so I just continued to spin the mop head within the water, meaning my floors ended up a bit wetter than normal. However, overall, there are some great design concepts in this mop!

I find this a nice easy to use mop. I like the feature that gets the mop close to the walls and the spinning feature means I can dry the mop quite easily if I don’t want too much water on the mop. Overall happy with it.

The mop was really easy to set up and the instructions were easy to follow. I love that it cleans/dusts my skirting boards at the same time as mopping my floors. The mop pad velcros into the mop and is machine washable and washes really well. The only thing I didn't enjoy was that I found the bucket too shallow so when spinning the mop head water flies all over my walls so make sure you don't over fill the bucket.

I was super excited to try this Oates Spin & Clean Compact Spin Mop. Honestly, I very much dislike mopping. So I’m all for easy to use products that are effective as well. I found the instructions to follow and set up the mop. They were easy and clear to read and understand. I wasn’t wowed when I actually used it. I used a very basic mop as the moment. It’s an Oates as well. I wouldn’t pick this mop over my current one. It didn’t really provide any easiness in terms of mopping or usage.

I liked the size of the bucket great if you are short on storage space and I really liked the opening in the bucket for easy of emptying out the water. The mop and bucket system is a very clever design with the foldable mop head however throughout moping the mop pad kept peeling off. I didn’t like that I had to bend my body whilst mopping mostly due to the handle being flimsy which meant I had to mop slowly, the top of the handle once attached moves around which became uncomfortable and awkward to hold.
