I feel better and healthier it was like the weight in my stomach and tightness disappeared. It was convenient to have an easy chewable tablet that I could quickly and easily incorporate into my daily routine. It certainly made me more regular so I felt healthier. I would recommend to anyone who wants a boost in getting their gut health in order.

It's so easy to incorporate this into your diet. Thew chewable tablet makes taking it fast and simple. I usually had mine just prior to breakfast in the mornings and feel amazing. I was very blotted and not regular this pill has changed all that I feel lighter and more regular would definitely recommend this product to all my friends and family i was very sceptical that these pills would work but I'm feeling much better

i decided to try these as iv always suffered when it comes to going to the toilet and after a week of taking them im feeling less bloated and having regular stool motions. I will defiantly continue to use them and see if they continue to make me feel better. Im feeling less bloated.

I tried this product based off some of the great mum reviews off here so decided to try for myself. Lately I’ve been so bound up and nothing has seemed to work other then drinking heaps of water which I struggle to. I eat heaps of food that make me gassy so needed an alternative. This product is so easy to take and I loved that I didn’t have to struggle to swallow it and just had to chew. It doesn’t taste bad and is quite pleasant. Hello fellow mummies, (and anyone else who'd found their way to this super awesome site) I've been trialing the Naturopathica GastroHealth FibrePo Chewable for the last 12 days and I have to say the are the bom! I'm a 40yo mum to 4 kids; the most recent being just 10 weeks old. Before taking these tablets I was really tired, bloated and doing pellet like poops but in just 5 days of taking them I was less bloated and much more regular, I'd dropped half a kilo, but even more importantly I found I had more energy! #sucharelief #winning More energy was an absolute godsend because I was still up every 2-3 hours to breastfeed my youngest daughter. Anyway because I was feeling more energetic I found I didn't need to rely so much on my constant sugar/caffeine hits to get through the day so I decided to overhaul my diet as well for maximum benefits. So I was eating well, and drinking lots of water and feeling pretty darn good about the whole situation and then......... the gas started... and it wasn't pleasant lol. Like I said I'm still breastfeeding and my bubs farts became pretty ripe as well. Now I don't know if this was from the tablets or the extra fibre I was eating or a combination of both but we both managed to clear the room on numerous occasions for a couple of days. My baby wasn't at all upset by it and to be honest with three other kids neither was I - it was actually kind of nice not hearing "mum I'm hungry every 5 minutes" Unfortunately this settled after a few days and we haven't had any peace since. My daughter has also started sleeping in longer blocks ( this may be a coincidence because she's getting older or may be from less sugar/caffeine in my diet I can't really say) and I've also lost another kilo so these little beauties get two big thumbs up from me. i will definitely continue to take them and will be recommending them to everyone I know - especially new mums. Oh and one last tip - If you normally have to have something sweet after dinner like I did - take your tablets then because they are really sweet and satisfy your cravings really well ;)

I need to take fiber more, but I don’t because I don’t like the flag ours or texture of the products. I was quite excited to try Natropathica GastroHealth as an alternative. The tablets are huge, but chewable. They taste ok but not great. They are quite chewy and become a bit yuck tasting towards the end. But, in saying that, they do work very well and I may purchase them again

I have used these for a few days now - found the taste and the residue in my teeth a little offputting at first but it seems to have gotten better. I often take it with a drink to help. However, its shining moment has occurred within the last 24 hours as I had a stomach bug and realised that the FibrePro was the perfect thing to help with its probiotics. I took 2 in the afternoon yesterday and by this morning, things were improving. Have also shared with hubby to hopefully kick his tummy bug too!

the chewable tablets were a great product. they had a pleasent flavour that did not taste artificial and was not over the top but made it more patatable. the product was so easy to take - no water, no mixing , no storage requirements - no excuses. these were so easy to take and very convenient - great for busy mums who are always on the go.

Now replacing other product I had occasionally used with this one as It is easy to make sure I take the tablet being that i can have some in my bag to take if I forget. At first I kind of freaked because I thought "no way can I swallow these tablets"! Joke was on me for not reading the box properly. Thankfully they are chewable. These are super great, not only because they are chewable, taste great, love the texture too but I have to follow a Gluten Free diet and unfortunately it's very hard to get all the fibre you need on a GF diet. This just helps so much. So far so good, I'm loving these and will continue with them long after the trial is over.

I have to admit I wasn't a fan of the texture of these at first but after a couple of days I got used to it and now I don't mind them at all. I have definitely been more regular since I started using them and they are really easy to introduce into your diet I would recommend them.

I was excited to receive this product to test and review. I have been experiencing stomach discomfort for sometime and was told to try a probiotic and wasn't sure which one to try. I started the next day on 2 tablets a day to start off with and for about 3 consecutive days I did experience bloating which was very uncomfortable and some small amount of gas but it all pretty much has gone away. I have also experienced my bladder filling more quickly, so I'm in the bathroom more often. My stomach feels flatter and I feel lighter and all my stomach discomfort has disappeared. Tried this product. I wasn't expecting much. I have been having constipation for as long as I can remember. I felt bloated the first few days but then started to get better after that. I started with the 2 tablets for healthy digestion that were suggested and worked up to the 5 tablets for good bacteria for my gut. I have found that I don't feel blah of a morning like I used to. I think I will need to continue chewing the GastroHealth FibrePro for a while longer to get me regular as I can see the change already. When chewing the tablets, they taste orangey and pleasant, but it feels like I am chewing a bit of cardboard when I get towards the end of the tablet. Not really unpleasant but odd until you get used to them Overall I will continue buying GastroHealth FibrePro as I can see they are working. FibrePro are an easy to chew tablet with a great fruity taste. I have more comfort with the chewable tablets as I feel they are more easily absorbed in the stomach.

I have only had mine for a few days now, and They taste pretty good so very easy to take, and I think I am feeling a bit better from taking them so far,, as I said only had them a couple days now, but they seem to be working.

I used the product as directed. I did notice a difference and became more regular. I like knowing it has probiotics in it. I'll be buying more to see how I like it and the effects. I would need longer than 4 weeks to be a hundred percent on a product. If you need help with digestive issues and general well-being give it a try and see how you go!

For me it took 10 – 12 days before I started to see a real difference while using the tablets. I’m a little more comfortable, my system seems to be working better overall, and I just feel that little bit better in myself. I’ve been trialling this product at 2 a day for over a week and I have noticed less gas and bloating. It does say you can take up to 5 a day as a probiotic I imagine this would get a bit expensive. The tablets taste ok but are very big to swallow although they are chewable.

I think this Naturopathica GastroHealth FibrePro chewable helps me to be more regular. But the effect is less than I expected. For me, the taste is okay but I would like it if there are other flavours. Also, the tablets are a bit sticky on my teeth. Overall it is a good product.

I took two initially but found it gave me cramps and bloating and felt uncomfortable, not sure how you could take 5! It certainly made you more regular the tablet was easy to chew and didnt taste bad I might try just taking one and see how i go and slowly increase

Having used this product for over a week now, i am yet to see any significant improvement. Maybe it is to early to tell.

I've taken many types and brands of probiotic and this one, doesn't really work for me. I have lactose intolerance and reacts when I eat sugar or too much junk, so my stomach bloats, and I will know if the probiotic works well or not.

I have found these are great for helping my gut feel better lighter and emptier. I'm not a fan of taking so many tablets though and didn't like the way they felt on my teeth. I didn't feel it was an massive or instantaneous result but I did feel a small difference. Its not something I"d buy again. I'd rather drink a yakult or take 1 capsule/table with a higher potency

It is great that these are chewable, as that makes it easy for the whole family to use. I have shared them with my son who suffers from constipation. Unfortunately I don't like the texture of them when chewing. I personally prefer a powder that can be dissolved in water. But I have only been using the tablets for just over 1 week and I think they have made me feel better. I usually suffer constipation related to my cycle so I am keen to see how they help throughout the month.

It was convenient and the flavour was fine however there was a chalky after effect that stuck to teeth.

I have tried to give Naturopathica Gastro Health Fibre Pro a go but unfortunately I have found that they didn't really work for me. Every time I have had the chewable tablets I have felt unwell and extremely bloated and full of gas. I have experienced terrible stomach cramps whenever I have taken the tablets. My 13 year old son also tried these tablets. He suffers from bad constipation. Luckily they did not make him feel unwell however they did not appear to help his constipation as much as other products have.

This really works ! I am one of the many on the Keto band wagon and you know what that means not a lot of fibre because your on a really low carb diet so not a lot of veggies. I found the tablets pleasant and not chalky as I thought and I started on a half per day so it didn't give me bloat and worked up to 1 x 4 times per day. My only concern is that it has XYLITOL which is bad I mean toxic bad and will kill a dog if it gets a hold of them I don't normally buy anything which has this poison in so I wont purchase them again I don't want to kill the dog if he gets a hold of them by accident. I am also not a fan of the filler Magnesium Stearate is commonly derived from Palm & Cotton Seed oil can contain pesticides is hydrogenated and also Palm Oil is mainly grown in Malaysia and rain Forrest is felled in order to grow it the Orangutans are without homes and the lungs of the world are being cleared so on ethical grounds this would not be purchased again by myself.

I did not like these chewable tablets. They were grainy, tasted strange and got stuck in my teeth. I initially thought they would be great for travel, but on closer inspection, the ingredients are not entirely healthy.

To be honest, I haven't felt hardly any difference to my usual routine which was a bit of a let down! I though i would notice the difference but i have not as yet. Fingers crossed I do.

My daughter tried trialed the product and didnt find that it helped at all with her consitpation. She found that it made her feel very full and bloated. On the upside the tablets do have have a lovely orange flavour.

I didn't enjoy these tablets, I felt really bloated and gassy fit the first 3-4 days which the packet did state would fallout. But continued to be gassy afterwards.. Yes I'm now regular, but I don't really feel any overall wellness from taking these tablets

I found Gastrohealth fibrepro didn't work for me at all. It left me feeling more bloated and worse than I did before taking it. Unfortunately it just didn't work with my body. I found the taste to be pleasant and the texture easy to palate, however i didn't enjoy having to chew so many capsules, 5 was a bit too much for me to stomach. My husband tried taking them for a few days and had much more positive results stating he didn't feel as heavy or weighed down after taking them with no adverse bloating.

They actually made me really sick . So after doctor’s advice I stopped taking them

Hi, I was very excited about trying the product, sadly after I took one pill my body developed a severe allergic reaction that lasts for a week. Not working for my body

I was really optimistic and looking forward to trialing this product. I started off taking 2 tablets in the morning and found the size a bit big, but that was ok. However, I really found the taste of the tablets off-putting and sickly sweet. I thought that I would get used to the taste but I didn't. I pushed on and increased the amount slowly to 4 tablets. Despite this, I still couldn't tolerate the taste and found that at times it made me gag. I didn't notice any difference in my gut health or any difference to the increase in fibre. In fact, I felt I went a little backward and became irregular rather than more regular. I believe the concept is really good and I'm glad I had the opportunity to trial the product, but it wasn't for me.
