Review: Maggi Best Ever Beef Burgers

My kids loved the burgers and ate every last bit which was so great to see as usually they leave half behind or feed it to the dog but this time they were actually asking for seconds. They loved the taste and I loved how easy they were to make & that they stayed together when cooking in the pan. I will certainly be buying this product again and trying the rest of the range. Thank you for allowing us to trial this product as it was loved by all.

The name says it all! They're the best burgers I have had in a longtime! I love that they simple and easy and there's only a few ingredients needed to make a great tasting meal! Definitely will be regular on our shopping list!

Very easy to make, patties held together well and did not break apart in the pan. My whole family loved the taste and went back for seconds and the children actually cleared their plates as well. I certainly will be stocking this product in my pantry for all future meatball meals.

Maggi Beef Burgers had a really nice flavour without being over powering. It was so easy to use and really help the mince stick together so they didn't fall apart when I cooked them. They were quick to make & a little bit of fun choosing your own toppings on the burgers. Even our dog wanted a piece of the action!! Delicious & would definitely recommend for a quick easy dinner or lunch. Would also be nice with a little bit of chilli to give it a little bit of a bite!!

One of the easiest and tastiest burgers I've made! These were so good that I've already been asked when we are having them again. So much better than the take away burgers and the fact that the whole family can't wait to have them again is always a great sign :) They are on the shopping list.

My family of 4 and a Japanese Student staying with us just loved these burgers! The kids gave them 10/10! These really are the best ever beef burgers and I will certainly buy the Maggi flavour powder again! I enjoyed not having to add egg as well - that's always so gooey!

I didn't think it would make as much difference to the flavour but wow was I wrong. I can't wait to get another packet and do hamburgers again! They were so tasty and so easy to do as well. Just mix the packet in with the mince, cook and enjoy. I didn't add the toppings that were suggested but I don't think that really matters - the meat patty was the star.

Everyone loved these. I only got these on Friday so we tried it over the weekend! Everyone enjoyed them and wanted more.

When I was mixing the packet with the mince, I had to reread the instructions thinking it need water, it didn't which was a surprise. My 8 year old daughter loved the result of the burgers but wouldn't eat them with the salad on them. A very easy meal to prepare.

Wow I never have any luck making burgers - they always fall apart no matter what recipe I try. I was skeptical that all I would need was mince and this little packet - I followed the instructions and with great hesitation put them in the pan - carefully turned them expecting them to completely fall apart but was pleasantly surprised when they held their shape and were perfectly cooked. Hubby was most impressed that I had made a burger that didn't fall apart, and the kids asked for seconds!! - I made my burgers small sizes than what was recommended as I was feeding two adults and 2 kids. We served them with BBQ of course and garlic bread and salad - was so much tastier and better than a store brought burger - will be buying and using this mix on a regular basis

The herbs and spices selected in this blend are so fragrant and yummy. We made sliders with them and everyone had 3rds or 4ths until we ran out.The only complaint was there wasnt enough! This is a huge feat for our family of fussy eaters!!

I have already left a review for this product but I thought I would share another. I have a birthday party next month and I have purchased 5 Packets of this mix so it will Make 2.5kilos of burger mix in Mince. I average that i will get at least 25 midi burgers for my party, this is only about $30.00 dollars all up. in the shop you would expect to pay double that for real mince burgers so I can only say that this product has many uses and I love it, its Become a family favourite and I always have a sachet in the cupboard for those Too lazy to cook night :-)

These are delicious and super easy to make - my teenager takes over the burgers now. They've got a good everyday taste to them, a little plainer than we like, but a dash of Worcestershire sauce took care of that! Its a nice basic to have in the cupboard, a great way to use up leftover mince, or eve good to make up in advance and freeze the patties.

My kids love this burger rissoles. They were simple and easy to make and I have now added them to my shopping list. There were no left overs and I was surprised to see the kids go back for seconds which they have never done in the past. They also stated they tasted better than my usual mix, so well done you are certainly onto a wiinner here.

Perfect for those night when your running late with dinner , this certainly made burger making a whole lot quicker. Of the 4 Maggi products I trialed this was by far the biggest hit with the kids, They loved their burgers to which I added lettuce , tomato and cheese not to mention the dreaded tomato sauce. We loved our sample so I simply had to buy it again. Found it in the supermarket and it is so quick and easy to make. I think I will be purchasing this regularly.

So simple to make, I had to read the Maggi instructions twice as I though sure they must be more to add to the mix but no I had it right. The whole family commented on the rissole taste saying they were much better than the usual ones I make. All plates were virtually licked clean, kids included so this was a winner for me as it is usually so hard to get the kids to finish their meals. I will be trying more of Maggi's range is this one was anything to go buy certainly true to name BEST EVER BURGER yet.

I've gone off the ready made burger patties you buy in the supermarket, no longer like the taste. These are great, you can make them fresh, know exactly what's going into them and no need to chop up any extra ingredients, and they tasted great. Will definately try again.

This is our second round of the burgers, and honestly, they were just as good as the first time. The taste, the aroma is gorgeous. I really love these burgers and they can be so healthy depending on what you have with them. I love a nice crunchy lettuce leaf, egg, cheese, a bit of sauce on the meat. I just love them. The flavour was great and so easy just to add to the mince and mix together. I didn\\\'t add anything else and was pleasantly surprised that they held together when cooked on the BBQ. Will definitely purchase these in the future.

I loved these burgers. They were so easy to make, and were so delicious! I can't wait to make (and eat) these again. I found that my toddler and husband loved them also. I added an egg to the burger as well which made it even better. I would recommend this one so go out and get this one today!

Our family, 2 adults & one 4yr old (very fussy eater), loved these. The packet was so easy, great for a quick meal. You could easily have the rissoles / patties just on their own without the burger, but either way - they are a must! Was really tasty, would definitely buy again :)

These were so easy to make! Not having to guess how much herbs and spices I needed to add. They were perfect tasting. Kids loved them with chips and salad. Hubby and I had them on buns with salad, egg, onion and bacon. Perfect burger!! They had just the right amount of everything. YUMMO!!!!

I loved these! The Maggi mix gave my usual burger mix a totally authentic burger shop flavour. Took it up a level! Made them with beetroot, rocket, red onion and pineapple and the kids loved them too. Definitely will buy again!

I was really impressed with the simplicity and tastiness of Maggi's Best Ever Beef Burgers! The burgers turned out moist, juicy with a delicious herbed and spiced meat flavour that the whole family enjoyed! I loved that you could see the dried herbs throughout the packet, making me feel more confident that it has more of the good stuff in it! I enjoyed the chilli and nutmeg throughout and that gave the whole dish a lift! Burgers are a quick and easy meal, Maggi makes it delicious!

I made meat burger patties and my kids loved them, they said this recipe tasted better than my normal patties. Have already bought this Maggie mix and now keep as a pantry staple. I served the beef patties up as a meal (not a burger) with mashed potato and vegetables. To my surprise everyone at the table commented positively on the taste and left nothing on their plates which is great because usually it's a struggle to get them to eat anything good for them. My kids loved these. I make my own burgers normally, and the kids love to help. When I told them that we were making them a little differently they weren't too sure. But one taste and the wanted these special burgers again. Can't ask for better than that. Will definitely be buying this again.

Flavoursome, simple, quick, no thinking. My kind of meal. I did use an egg to bind the mixture but it's possible my mince was a little on the dry side to begin with. We didn't make the traditional round burgers, I shaped them into short sausage lengths and flattened slightly. Served on a tortilla with lettuce, tomato, beetroot, cheese, mayo and a drizzle of tomato sauce they were a hit with young and old. I will certainly be using this product again!

The Best Ever Beef Burgers was the most easiest and tastiest addition I have used to prepare with mince for burgers. The kids even helped prepare them and they were a real hit with the kids. The base added real flavour to the mince and didn't rely on the onion or sauce for flavour. I would recommend this base to all families who enjoy burgers.

Having bought Maggi Hamburger mix, my husband said it would never be the same as Holbrooks which we used years ago until it went off the market. imagine his face when I made the hamburgers . They were spicey, juicy, tasty and looked delicious when put on the bun with lettuce,beetroot, fried egg (my favourite) cucumber,raw onions and a little mayo.I'll certainly make them a weekly meal.

We all really liked the burgers. I personally don't eat a lot of red meat but I went back for a second! One of my kids is rather fussy with red meat too and she made them...makes all our patties/rissoles.....she really enjoyed them aswell. Big hit in our house without all the individual ingredients we normally put in our patties.

I am always making burgers and adding sauce pepper garlic herbs and whatever else. This packet is so easy to buy throw into the beef mix and off you go. Tastes great.

I was surprised at how easy they were to make and cook. And when I normally make beef patties, they always fall apart but these didn't. They held their shape and cooked well. Added tomato sauce, onions, lettuce and tomato. Delicious! Even my 3 year old son enjoyed it - though his was a deconstructed burger! Ate everything on the plate! Will be using this again!

Tonight we trialled the Maggi Best Ever Burger mix. Wow! it really added a heap of flavour and turned an ordinary beef burger into something gourmet with no trouble at all. Just combine the meat and the mix. My family loved it also.

I usually have plenty of sauce with my burgers, but these Maggi Best ever Beef Burgers do not need sauce. They smelt beautiful whilst cooking them, they were easy to make and easy to put together and delicious to eat. Both my hubby and I were really impressed with them. The burgers were juicy to eat an the juice just runs down your chin. Overall, I give them 5 out of 5 for taste, ease of use, Odour. Very impressive. Good onya Maggi. I am looking forward to the next meal.

These are absolutely delicious!! I couldn't wait to tuck in. After the first bite, I was hooked and devoured 2 burgers :) They taste as good as my fav I buy from the butcher (not buying from butcher again!) If you haven't tried these.. WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?!!

I love these burgers, we just went and purchased more sachets as they are super easy and make for a great meal, we even took a few sachets to England n february so they could try and we could cook our favorites while there. i'm not even sure if they sell this there but still id happily send more. I love how easy they are, no need for any extra ingredients, no mess, and I cook them im my Grill machine. fat free and tasty.

I really enjoyed making these for the family, my partner really enjoyed so did I a little spicy for our 1 year old but he still tried. We coked them on the barbecue and made enough for lunch the next day!they were easy to make and the combination of ingredients really worked well. I will recommend these to friends and family as a quick easy meal, and will buy the packet again to make for my family over the warmer months. not the best pick but looked and tasted yummier in person

Tried this but instead of making burgers used the mix in my bolognaise and served it as an open sandwich on toasted bread. Quick and easy friday evening meal, enjoyed by all and comments from everyone was that the taste was "yummy". No leftovers so definitely a winner in my home. Definitely a thumbs up and worth a recommendation.

Everyone loves these burgers, I cooked them for my parents and siblings.. A huge hit in the kitchen. Super Delicious and easy, what a mum needs!! The thing I'm most impressed with is my daughter finally finishing her whole meal. She is a very fussy eater. Now i am keen to try more Maggi meals.

This is the second time I've used this product and again I loved it. I made a meatloaf, and used the best ever burger mix as a substitute for breadcrumbs and beaten egg. It worked a treat. Quick, tasty and oh so convenient. Easy to use, just add mince and a bit of imagination.

I made rissoles with my sample of this as there was not enough sent for more than one burger each and my family would have liked at least two burgers each. It was really good and yummy just not enough it was a tease as we all wanted more of it! I served with wedges and salad.

First time ever all the kids ate their entire burgers, and not a bit here and there, or picked at it, they ate it all!!! The taste was great and so simple to use, we will definitely be buying in the future and using in burgers, knowing the kids will actually eat them!

Was a nice surprise to get home from work and see this Maggi pack waiting for me. I had aready gotten mince out this morning and quickly changed the menu from spaghetti to burgers, raced to the shops and got dinner on the table in 25 minutes! This really added a big punch of flavour into the burgers, mr fussy 10 year old was my big worry, but he ate them and loved it! Definitely will be adding this to our recipe and menu plan more often! I decided to try this one first and what a great choice! My 7 yrold loved being able to help mix the seasoning through the mince and making the patties. They were super easy to make and so quick even with my son helping! Once they were cooked the burger were amazing. And thebonus was for a change the kids went back for seconds and thirds and even impressed my husband who loves a good burger. So thank you Maggi for another easy meal to add to the menu rotation!

I was lucky enough to be a mom tester told me to review before Friday but only got them on Friday so had to review today. We made these beautiful burgers for lunch today this mix made the patties taste sensational , and with some egg lettuce beetroot and tomato it made a great hamburger kids devoured it . I'd recommend these for a delicious tasting patty

Very easy to use and end results were good. The younger kids loved their burgers but I found the flavour a bit bland. Possibly needed another 1/4 pack to increase the flavour. Definitely a good item to keep in the store cupboard and will purchase and recommend to friends.

So delicious. I made these Beef Burgers for my son and his friends and they loved them so much. I'll be definitely purchasing this again.

I was a bit apprehensive at first, as I usually like to mix my mince with onion and other veggies like zucchini and carrot, and my kids still don't eat much of the patty. When I cooked these up though the kids and hubby loved them! Even my 4 year old who is the pickiest child on the planet!! I did find the patties were a bit thick at first, but if you make it in smaller batches the mince can stretch out to 6 burgers rather than 4. Definitely will be adding this to our weekly meal!

this recipe base was easy to use and everyone loved it.the kids love hamburgers so of course they were pretty happy with the meal. it was easy to follow as well.

I'm not one for quick meals in a packet, but jumped at the chance to review these new items from Maggi. And I was pleasantly surprised. The burgers were easy to make, quick to get it all prepped and cooked and the entire family ate their dinner that night. What more could you want?!?

I always put different things in to my hamburgers but I saw this and it was very very nice didn't think it would but u did and the kids just love eatting them

We have cooked these burgers a couple of times now and each time my kids love getting involved with the making and cooking! They love the taste and always eat the whole burger. We enjoy adding different fillings too so we aren't just having the same burger every time. These really are a yum meal that are simple to prepare and cook for the whole family!

To be honest on my first review with just making regular burgers, it wasnt the most amazing if all as I felt it was too spicy and salty for a burger in a bun. So I thought of making a salisbury burger as well to try if it was going to be a bit better with some tweaks and a nice gravy sauce. Turned out really well. The spicy salty burger combined with rice and gravy with mushroom wasnt too bad and is really good. Hope I find more interesting burger use.

I love making burgers and my family loves having "Special Burger" nights. Even though i wasn't part of the free trail I actually bought a packet and experimented myself! All I have to say was YUM! It was so easy to use and the flavour was delicious! I made a Mediterranean twist and added chunks of feta into the mix, so they melted whilst it cooked into the meat and infused with the Maggi Best ever beef burger.. making the meat so tender! Hubby asked for seconds.. so that's a big positive! Will definitely be buying this in the future! Not only is it quick and easy.. but tastes absolutely beautiful too! And HEALTHY!

This meal was by far the easiest to make and the one the kids enjoyed the most too! We just had the beef burgers with some salad and it went down a treat. Will be fantastic for when the weather heats up and I just need to cook something fast and fresh.

I usually only 'salt and pepper' my hamburgers when making from scratch, and I was delighted to be given the opportunity to try the Maggi Best Ever Beef Burger Mix. It was so easy to use, and you could see it was made of quality ingredients that you could see. The burgers tasted delicious and most definitely home made (not store bought) and came up so juicy. Will be definitely buying this in the future

Definitely some of the best home made burgers I've tried. The whole family loved these with hubby and our eldest asking for seconds lol. I think this recipe base is definitely going to be asked for again in the future and with them being so easy to make I'm more than happy to oblige :)

Loved by one and all. Master 4 polished it off and was looking for more. Once miss 3 dissected the burger into each individual component and was happy with the flavours. Hubby stumbled over his words while eating trying to say this is so good!

I decided to make these as i had rolls sitting there that needed to be eaten. It was quick, easy and reminded me of homemade patties. Will be buying again for sure!!!

Super easy to make up, great flavour and the kids loved them. We omitted the beetroot but added some mushrooms and cheese melted on the burger patty. What more can I say but we will definitely be adding this to our favourite easy meals

These are so easy to make my 5 yr old loved getting his hands in there and mixing and en shaping the burgers, he had so much fun. We got 2 meals out of the recipe, which was great and it is the only burger that my 2 yr old will eat. Would be great to take to a picnic so easy to do.

I usually like to make my own marinades and flavour combinations to add to meats. It was with great surprise that Best Ever Beef Burgers recipe base was quite flavoursome without the aftertaste some recipe bases can leave. My daughter who is the fussy flavour queen loved them so that says a lot to me!

It was fun receiving the pack. My daughter helped to cook, she loves burgers. Only need the pack and some mince and all ready to go. Easy to cook, tastes great, doesn't take all that long. I give it 5 stars and will definately be purchasing in the future. Maggi rules. Now that I know how easy it is will be trying some other products too.

I loved the flavour of the burgers I made and so did my kids. As a busy family it saved us so much time and was so easy. Usually when making hamburgers we do use fresh ingredients but the magi satchel is just as good I would definately recommend it to anyone.

Very simple to make, little effort for good results! The only thing I could fault would be that it was a little bit dry, maybe adding a tablespoon or two of smokey BBQ sauce might do the trick! Overall a yummy dinner that the kids loved and will be making it again for sure!

I love easy meal bases, but when it comes to making burgers and such i usually add my own ingredients. This was so easy to use and make and tasted delicious!highly recommend it!

We had a great time making these burgers my 4 year old and 8 year old both got to help which made eating them even more exciting. We used to make our own but the flavor of these was pretty good so will be using them again.

I was very impressed with this product. Easy to make. Held together well and nice flavour. I used pork mince rather than beef mince and it was excellent. My son ate everything on his plate a sure sign they were good. I would definitely recommend this product and will definitely buy it.

Used this on the weekend when made burgers for a BBQ.. Very easy to use, and tasted really good!.. Pleasantly surprised, and the kids loved them!.. Will use again, Not too spicy or over powering, just gave the burgers a good all round flavour. Could also probably use sprinkled over steak for a bit of extra flavour too!

What a great time saving yummy recipe base! I can create yummy burgers, whether it be to pop in buns, or to serve with vegies! This is something that my whole family will eat, no mean feat as my kids can be fussy!!

I made veggie burgers which went down a treat. These were a complete hit! As a burger, my 3 year old found it a bit challenging but he loved the veggie patties. The spices are really tasty & flavoursome. We will be getting this again, easy to prepare, we loved them.

My kids helped me with this recipe as it was so easy to make! They mixed the patties & then rolled them into balls which they loved doing... This product was easy to use an get the kids involved in cooking dinner. My husband and 3 kids (My 4th is only 6 weeks old) all ate the burgers without saying word. They didn't hit the sides and there were no leftovers on the plates.

While hubby scoffed at the title of "Best Ever Beef Burgers" and claimed his were better, which they probably are this was a great little mix that resulted in a yummy burger. My only complaint was it was near impossible to get the meat "squished" down to 1cm as they were a bit uneven and started to break apart so I ended up making them a bit thicker. We opted for lettuce rather than the baby spinsch and also added some cheese, mayo and honey bbq sauce. Mr 6 who is super fussy just had cheese, meat patty, tomato sauce and lettuce. He started the meal with cries of "oh do I have to have meat" when Mum said " yes you eat meat on burgers from Hungry Jacks and McDonalds" he promptly ate and the burger had almost disapeared by the time I had got the adults ones together and snapped my pic. Would I recommend these to a friend? that would depend on my friends confidence in the kitchen. It is probably not something I would go out and buy as both hubby and I are quite confident adding our own seasonings which would work out a lot cheaper but I can see it would be a great product for those less experienced in the kitchen or who lack the confidence to play with flavours. We certainly enjoyed them :)

So easy to use & made the burgers the taste even better

I bought this yesterday to make for dinner last night, except I made rissoles. YUMMY! Hubby (who is usually the fussy one) even commented on how flavoursome the food was. Easy to use & adds some much needed flavour!

The children loved making these up and only needed help with the cooking part. Even the toddlers had a go at shaping them. These are now on the weekly shopping list.

The beef burgers were so easy. I loved the easy instructions and the taste was just great, My kids loved the burgers which is great as I have made burgers before and they said they were not very nice, so was happy with the thumbs up from the kids. I have purchased this since and made them for the family on the barbie. Just really fuss free and tasty.

Well to start with this was a really easy recipe to make. Simply mix the mince and flavour together and it's ready to cook! The patties held together easily and we loved the taste - even the kids. We would buy this again.

As a busy mum with 3 kids and a husband that works away in the mines 6 months of the year i found these burgers very easy to prepare and cook! They were full of taste, healthy and very filling. My 11 year old son ate the whole burger and said he really enjoyed it and my 3 year old picked at it which he does most of his food as he isn't a big eater but didn't say he didn't like it. I loved it, i had the spare left over one the next day for lunch and will definitely be buying this to have for lunch or dinner again!!

This one was fun for the whole family. Hubby whipped up the burgers and then we put out the salad for everyone to make their own. It was fun and the kids ate a whole burger each!

I couldn't believe how easy these were to make! I separated the meat into smaller burgers as our youngest couldn't have eaten a whole one. They were all yummy and not too dry which is a great start to a good burger. :)

Using this made my home made burgers takes delcious, the best burgers i ever made. The packaging is perfect sizing and the flavours tastes great. Adding a little cheese made the burgers more enjoyable. Will be looking for this in the isle

Easy way to flavour the burgers.

at first i thought it would be an overpoweringly strong taste as there is quite a lot of flavoring in the packet for the amount of mince needed. however even thought it has a very strong aroma on opening, the taste is actually quite mild. it held together quite well for a recipe that didn't an egg for binding, and was certainly very easy and quick, just add, mix and cook. my teenager ate the burger without fuss and she doesn't like strong seasonings, but there was enough flavour to be a nice change to the usual plain burger.

What a great idea to flavour up an ordinary hamburger. We made the burger patties up and cooked them on the BBQ which added a nice char grill to them. It was great to have the actual pattie contain so much flavour instead of just relying on other fillings and sauces to add taste. Definite winner for us and will purchase again.

These burgers were so easy and so quick to make and so delicious. My almost 3 yr old wasn't so convinced having never had spinach or beetroot before but for future we could substitute that for things he's more familiar with and then reintroduce them later. We will definitely be having these again. Perfect for a quick throw together meal when you're short of time.

My family and I LOVED the taste of these burgers! Super quick and easy to prepare, I love that you don't need an egg or breadcrumbs just the mince and the packet. This is the first time I've used a packet to make hamburger patties (I usually make my own) but it definitely won't be the last time, I'm stocking up on this little beauty!

Great ,easy & no fuss meal.The taste of the beef patty was nicely flavoured. I found that the patty was a bit too thick for my liking & I ended up cutting one in half for the kids. I made an adult & child's version. Ours had caramelised onion relish, cheese, tomato & mixed greens. Hubby ate it but prefers a more traditional burger with egg & bacon. I was hoping these would be a healthy fast food alternative. The kids version really only had cheese, tomato sauce & lettuce.Surprisingly our 4yr old enjoyed it but the 11yr old was far from impressed.

I am rubbish at cooking...BUT this product made it so easy. Mince and Maggi mix and BAM you are done! It was easy peasy to make and cook and they were delicious. My family ate them so quickly that I didn't get a chance to take a photo for this review. These burgers are lovely with burger buns and salad but would be lovely with steamed veggies, mash potato and gravy too. I will definitely purchase this as a staple for the pantry, as it turned mince from being boring, into something new and tasty.

I have always used maggi, I have always been able to use be confident and It has never disappointed me. Easy and inexpensive, always tastes good. Always a good staple food to have in the cupboard for an easy meal. I would buy in future for pantry stock. Can be nice for something different.

I let my son make them with his friends and they had them for lunch in a roll and some salad sauce and cheese, every plate was licked clean. will buy again. Ill have to or ill never hear the end of the nagging to have the best burgers EVER.

The Best Ever Beef Burgers was super easy to use, no messing around with eggs, breadcrumbs and spices. They tasted good as they were but next time I would probably add a bit of chilli to half the mix.

The family loved these burgers. I added shredded carrot zucchini and spinach to mine to add some veges. I will definitely be buying these again, great for having friends and family over for bbq's easy and inexpensive, but taste amazing. I will be recommending this to friends and family. Thankyou

This mix was so easy to use - just pour it in and mix it up! It took just minutes to have burgers on the grill. They also smelled amazing while cooking! My toddlers aren't big red meat eaters, but they did eat half a burger each - which is awesome for them! Would definitely use again.

Maggi best ever beef burgers took my hamburgers to the next level. It gave them great extra flavor that my whole family enjoyed. The herbs weren't too overpowering and matched really well with the beef mince I used. The burgers seemed to hold together a lot better than they usually do too. I will definitely use this product again, however the only minor complaint I have is the amount of salt it contains. I don't like adding extra salt to a meal especially for my kids. Otherwise it was very enjoyable.

These were so easy and quick to make! It added so much flavour to the mince, hubby and I loved it. Mr 3 year old wouldn't eat it, but we think that's more to do with him being in a mood than the flavour!

The kids enjoyed making this with me. We substituted the beef mince for kangaroo as we are trying to eat leaner meat. The flavours still worked with this. It is great to have handy in the pantry and I would buy this again. So I notice I'm substituting a lot these days. I seem to always forget everything I need in my weekly shop and end up 'improvising'.....so far very successfully. On this occasion it involved cutting everything up for tacos, before realising I had no taco flavour sachet in my pantry. But I DID have Maggi's Best Ever Beef Burger Mix.....so I threw this in with a bit of chilli for spice and voila! Best ever beef tacos. (kind of like burgers I suppose - just with taco shells instead of buns!) A good staple to have in the pantry

Not usually a fan of using recipes bases but I must admit Maggi best ever burgers was quick and easy to use. Thought I'd be a bit different and made meatballs instead of rissoles. The meatballs held well and the kids enjoyed them. I would use definitely use this recipe base again.

Extremely easy to make. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavour. Different to my homemade rissoles. Definitely more burger-like. Hubby and I loved it and so did his mate who joined us for dinner. Miss 2 didn't try it but she's not eating much at the moment. I'll definitely buy this again.

Very easy to throw together, flavours are nice, not overpowering which I was worried about when I saw how much there was for 500grams of mince, but it's quite mild really. Very handy to have on standby when you need a quick meal.
