Review: FESS® Sinu-Cleanse Gentle Cleansing Nasal & Sinus Wash Kit

Fess for sinus is working like magic. Can’t go wrong, give it a try.

The fess Netti pott nose rinse is very easy to use.First boil some water then let cool to warm as not to burn sinuses. OK add salt then warm water in Netti pot. Squeeze up nose and blow nose on each side.I do mine 2 times on each side.It clears the nose,makes you breath easier and less congested I do mine twice a day. Would highly recommend this nose rinse as it is easy and simple.

Ok, so - FESS sinus cleanse was amazing. It did the job. Yes, there were a few minor hiccups to get started. Like, getting used to the liquid coming out of my other nose and some, in my throat. It was hilarious opening my mouth and watching all that happen. My kids were laughing so hard watching my mouth wide open, something up one nostril, and something coming out of the other. BUT, was it worth it? Absaloutaly! I felt so much better afterwards, and every time I used it. And not only was it a spontaneous and quick fix, it lasted. YES YES YES, If you have sinus problems, get Fess Sinus Cleanse. Much better, in my opinion, to get a little water down my throat, then a tablet every few hours. And if nothing else, it is a hilarious start to your day IF you choose to look in the mirror and watch yourself open your mouth as you stick it up your nose :)

So this is my third and final review and this week I decided to run a little experiment with the FESS Sinu-Cleanse Wash Kit. For the first week I was using it every day and thinking while it is super effective (as I have previously posted about) it's somewhat inconvenient to fit into my busy lifestyle every day. I decided to use it one day and then not use it for a few days and see how long the positives effects lasted. I suffer from heavy sinus congestion, asthma and hayfever so for the average person the results should be even more beneficial. I found that the positive effects of having clear sinuses, being mucus free and having reduced hayfever & asthma symptoms lasted around three days until I felt I needed to use it again. This means the product lasts longer. Those on tight budgets who put their family's needs before their own and don't buy this product for that reason can now afford to breathe again! This is great news for me as I can now just use it every three to four days and still feel on top of of my game, smell the air and have more time for me!!!

I had a very persistent Sinus infection that just would not budge. After taking antibiotics off and on for some time I was about to give up and thankfully I was selected for this trial. All I can say is "Bye Bye Sinus Infection" as it completely got rid of it. Must say, it started off pretty horrid, lots of thick green hardish lumps but, HELLO, it instantly gave relief. After two weeks of only using it once a day no more pain, blocked nose and no more Sinus Infection. I would rather use this than antibiotics any day and it's just so easy to use.

I suffer badly with sinus and blocked nose quite severe so i was glad to get the opportunity to review Fess Sinu-Cleanse Wash Kit . Wow from the first time i used the wash kit there was no more blocked nose and more importantly my sinus headaches have gone .i love that this is a natural way at clearing a blocked nose without using any harsh chemicals so i have no problems at recommending to my family and friends.

So I’ve had this system for a couple of weeks and am still in love with it when it first arrived I was suffering from a cold and sinus it was instant relief so over the last couple of weeks I’ve continued to use it and found the same relief and it’s cleared sinuses for 2 or 3 days. I’m happy I’ve tried this and will continue to use instead of medicated nasal sprays.

Am really surprised how well this is working. Was a bit sceptical at first but after using how found some relief. Love that it is easy to use and that you can just buy refills without buying the whole kit. So far so go would recommend to give it a try.

I love love love this product as I really am benefiting from it. I purchased the Fess Sinu Cleanse Refills 25 Pack for Deep Cleansing to use with this too, and noticed those satchels were stronger and seemed to do a deeper clean of my sinuses. I think the option of the stronger cleansing satchels is a great option, as I benefit from both strengths. I could feel the sinus cavity had been cleansed with the stronger ones too. Last week I used the product and it actually made my nose run like a tapo afterwards.. I persisted and did another clean on Saturday night and it was all fine.. maybe my sinuses have to get use to having such a great clean out! (also, my polyps and enlarged turbinates were pretty bad when the clean made my nose run, so I think that's what made that happen!). From my experience, practice using this makes it easier to use. I worked out to relax and breathe through my mouth as im squeezing the bottle, and it was a lot more glamorous than the previous times lol. Practice certainly does help and once I worked that out, it was so much easier to use! I will be using this as a preventative ever few days and when my sinuses are really bad, I will be using it nightly- either the deep cleansing or the gentle cleansing sachets depending on how bad my sinuses are. I also noticed that when my turbinates are enlarged, this sinus wash actually reduces the swelling which helps so much- sometimes I cant breathe through my nose due to the turbinates! This really does help when Im suffering bad sinus! I love this product and on the medical side of things, is really beneficial to someone like me who not only suffers sinus, but had polyps and turbinate problems. I used this when I had my surgery a few years ago, and I will now be using it every few days to help keep my sinus at bay. Thank you so much for allowing me to trial this product. I really do recommend it for people who require sinus relief- just remember to breathe through your mouth and relax when you do it. :-)

I used this not expecting much to happen but was pleasantly surprised. My son suffers terribly from allergies & always has a blocked nose & this product helped him a lot. Will definitely use again.

I was looking forward to trying the Fess Sinu-Cleanse Gentle Cleansing Nasal & Sinus Wash Kit and I am very happy I did. I have been struggling more just lately from hayfever, allergies & asthma so I found when used it helps alot with nasal and sinus congestion. Instead of taking tablets for relief, this is a much better option. The whole kit come packaged very neatly with simple directions making it easy and convenient to use.

With this combination of heat and rain stirring everything up my sinuses would normally be causing havoc, often antibiotics are needed as the antihistamines don’t work. Don’t even need antihistamines right now!!! I am loving the FESS sinu-cleanse. I’ve used it twice so far at the first sign of sinus issues and it has been brilliant! Have already recommended it to my hay fever suffering friends.

I wouldn't put it up there with marriage or kids, but it is up there. As a result of sinus pain from allergies, I was suffering from headaches which caused neck and back tension (and lots of osteo appointments), asthma, trouble sleeping, facial swelling which always made me look angry, fatigue, and because I was taking a truck load of meds, there were a host of side effects..... and more. I am not exaggerating when I say that after a few weeks of using this every few days, literally all of these issues disappeared. In fact, some of the most dramatic differences were experienced after the fess sinu-clearance. Another positive to all of this; I haven't been able to smell this well since I was a child!

This is my second review and I’ve now been using this product for a few days now. Well, I thought this product was good on the first day but now I think it’s amazing!!!! Absolutely nothing has been able to clear my very bad chest and sinuses like this product has and I feel like a different woman this week. Initially I thought I may have to use it twice a day to make it work effectively, but I was wrong. Once a day has been fine and each day is an improvement on the next. I’m so surprised that such a simple, natural product can work miracles like this. My hay fever has settled down immensely - partly I suppose because there is less places for dust and pollen to get caught and also because the dust and pollen is being washed away effectively each day. I thought this would be one of those gimmick things that don't work. I was so wrong! This is amazing and something I have been using a lot during a recent cold! I have gotten my Mum and friends onto it too!

Firstly, thank you for allowing me to trial this product!! I have severe sinus problems- I suffer from nasal polyps and enlarged turbinates and have had surgery previously to remove them, but the problem returned and again, I am a candidate for surgery, but due to my fear of going through it again, I am doing everything possible to avoid it- Including air purifiers. salt pods, salt fan, antihistamines and nasal sprays, and now I have this great product! It was a rather interesting experience and feeling to use it (was funny for those watching too!). The instructions were easy to understand and after letting the water cool, I gave it a go. What a strange sensation cleaning out your nasal cavities that way- but it sure works! I felt instant relief and my sinus certainly felt relieved, and my swollen turbinates actually decreased in size (the wash removed any allergens) and I could actually breathe! I really like this product as I don't like using too many antihistamines and nasal sprays- this is such a great product! I have continued using this when I feel my sinuses are blocked and its really helped! I love this product. and my breathing and increased sinus issues loves it too!! It really does relieve the symptoms and I feel so much better after each time I use the Fess- thank you so much for letting me trial the sinus wash!!

I am in love with this non medicated way of cleaning out my sinuses. I have used it 2 days in a row now and for most part of the day have been able to get some kind of air through my nostrils which for the last 2 weeks has only happened when I have used a medicated spray. Which I used for longer than the recommended duration. I don’t feel guilty or worried using Fess even though I have only used it once per day. I love it and have already recommended to a friend today!

So I trailed this over the course of a few days where my nose has been stuffy due to the ever changing hot and cold weather we are facing. I was like a kid in a candy store being able to trial something that has been noted as Australia's number 1 saline range. At first attempt, mixing the solution with boiled water was as easy as the instructions included. The hard part was making sure I was able to squirt the liquid solution correctly without getting it everywhere. A few squirts to test how the liquid comes out and I was ready to give it a go. Head tilted back and mouth open as per instructions. It was a funny sensation at the start and weird seeing liquid pour out the other nostril but once I got into it, I got into it. It can be tricky to get right but it only takes a few tries till I became a pro. It was easy and did not irritate. My nose felt cleared almost immediately. I can see why this is voted number 1 in Australia. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone fed up with allergies, congestion, sinus pain. No nasty chemicals and safe to use everyday.

I received kit today and tried it out immediately (after letting the water cool) instructions were clear and easy to understand the individual sachets were easy to open the bottle top is easy to unscrew and screw back on. I have had a cold and sinus for over week and this cleared it in the first use I usually battle with sinus and hay fever for weeks at a time and am forced to use pain relief and and sinus sprays. No one has ever suggested I use a sinus wash before but now this will be my first port of call before medicating. It is easy to clean and pack away my only annoyance is having to boil water and wait for it to cool if you want instant relief otherwise I was happy to go about my day and let the kettle boil and cool. I have used twice today already we will wait and see what the week ahead brings.

This product is amazing! But be warned; the first time can be a little weird - imagine the inside of your face being filled with warm water. But it is truly so effective at clearing sinuses and relieving congestion. must have in our household. I love this product.

This is just a update from my first review.... So i have been using FESS Sinu-cleanse cleansing nasal and sinus wash for a while now... Yeap as soon as the wind whips up and dust is flying rampant, my sinus's just block up with acute tenderness around my nose and checks, tears flowing and major sneezing attacks.Normally it is a trip to the doctors for my to be prescribed antibiotics. But not this time. After using FESS i havent had to make my regular Doctor trips. FESS Sinus kit totally cleans out my sinus's after i use on a daily basis. I am totally amazed at how well it works. It does take a bit to get use to the odd feeling of the sinus wash going through my nasal cavities but now i know at the end of each process i can breath easily again. The pain reduces. Totally recommend this product. Works a treat.

Was hesitant to use as never used before but was pleasantly surprised. Blocked nose was gone instantly when I used the product regularly. Was able to breathe easier during the day and as I use a cpap machine at night I used product before bed and got a better nights sleep as was easier to breath through my nose. Life saver for me. I was having a serious problem with recurring sinus infections. I was on antibiotics for two years straight before seeing an ENT doctor. I was told by my doctor to do a nasal cleanse at least once a day and use a nasal spray so I bought a battery operated nasal cleansing system and it was too much for me. I tried the FESS Sinu-Cleaner Gentle wash Kit and it works amazing for me. It is not too much pressure but I am able to clean my sinuses. I use it in the morning and at night along with nasal spray. I haven't had any sinus issues since using this product. I highly recommend this nasal cleanser.

I must admit i had my doubts before trialing Fess Sinu-Cleanse wash kit as I have had issues with my sinuses for years but i am happy to report it works! I was a little intimidated by the bottle and having to wrap my head around squirting this thing up my nose took a few minutes lol. Yet now it has just become a part of my routine with no issue and no discomfort. I can breathe so much better and my sinuses dont constantly feel blocked and sore. This review came at the perfect time as we've had colds going through the house which finally caught up with me. I was a bit scared to try the sinus wash to be honest, I hate nasal sprays and didn't think the was was going to be very comfortable to do. I was very surprised, didn't hurt at all (which I feared it would a little) and it made breathing through my nose so much easier the first night I did it! Will definitely be keeping this on hand for future colds!

When I received the Fess Sinu-Cleanse my sinuses had been blocked for a week! Almost immediately after using it they were flushed and clearer! I was even able to smell and taste again which was just magic! I would highly recommend it to all!

How amazing, my father and brother have always sworn by the fess sinu-cleanse but there was something that always held me back. Always using fess products for my children, I knew it would be a good product and am glad I finally decided to try it. Living in the country, there are a lot more dusts that have been flailing my sinus issues and after trailing the sinu-cleanse I wish I'd tried it earlier. I can defiantly can breathe easier now!

I would normally take sinus medication (decongestant spray, sudafed etc). I was excited to try Fess Sinu-Cleanse. I suffer from chronic sinusitis. I found the whole process so easy to do. I was really surprised by how much my sinuses were cleared out. I would definitely recommend this product.

I received this product to review and was sceptical at first. I put off using it as it sounded messy and inconvenient to use but today my sinuses were quite bad so I thought it was a good day to start giving it a go! I have an ongoing sinus issue and was very excited to try this all natural product. FESS® Sinu-Cleanse Gentle Cleansing Nasal & Sinus Wash Kit may look difficult to use at first but to be honest it’s very easy once you have done it the first time. I found that the wash helped dislodge the congestion in my sinuses after the first time I used it. This stopped the sinus aches I get quite regularly!!! I still use the product regularly and plan on buying it once the one I have runs out!!! The fact that it’s all natural really helps me as the over the counter medication used for sinus clashes with my regular medications. Solved a huge life problem for me and now I can breathe easy!

My six year old struggles constantly with allergies. I was given a sample of this from the doctor and it was the best thing to clear her sinuses! It is gentle and easy enough for her to do it over the sink. I am Likely to have one of these in my cupboard permanently

I was lucky enough to be given these as a free sample from my pharmacist. After I got over the initial weird sensation of having warm water travelling up and around my nasal cavity, I was very impressed; it really works. Once my free sample is finished I will definitely pay for more.

My sinuses are so full whenever I get cold or flue and it takes such a long time to be able to breath normally again. My sister who is a gp introduced this sinus wash to me and it was such a relief! I know the lawns generally at our house. Usually for days afterwards, I'll have a runny nose thanks to the grass, pollen, dust and dirt. The dust masks don't really stay on well so generally cop what comes my way. Oh my goodness. If you saw all the junk that was flushed out of my nose in my sink, you would be at disgusted and amazed all at the same time. That afternoon and the following days, breathing through my nose especially whilst sleeping has been nothing but a breeze.

I found FESS Sinu-Cleanse great, so easy to use and effective too. Maybe a bit unpleasant and disconcerting when shooting the solution up one side and watching it come out the other but as long as you read and follow instructions and don't panic, it is very satisfying . Also knowing that it is natural is such a great feeling. Since using FESS my sinus build up feeling has eased. Great value with what you get the squeeze bottle and powder sachets all you have to do is add water. Definitely will continue to use.

Very happy with this product. I regularly suffer from allergies, hayfever, sinus etc and Fess was great! As soon as I started feeling a little "sniffly", (which isnt great with 2 kids) I got the Fess out and it worked wonders. I was looking forward to trying the Fess Sinu-Cleanse Wash Kit. I was happy to see that it is an Australian Made product as the only other sinus cleanser I have been able to find was an American Made product,( which I am weary of due to their excessive use of GMO products) so it was awesome to see this is an Aussie product. I have been having some chronic allergy reactions to the change in seasons and due to my chronic allergy to dust. I started scratching like a mangy dog so I saw this was a perfect opportunity to give this product a whirl. And it was great. Easy to make solution, good wide opening in the bottle (so easy to clean and air dry). The application of the solution was easy and gentle. It didn't feel like I was drowning (which I found with the other product) the solution wasn't as harsh as I was used to, it also didn't feel like I was cleaning out my ear canals from excess pressure like my previous product. It gave a nice, even, gentle flow. Cleared my sinus's up a treat!

i used this product because i have have really bad allergy's to everything i work in an animal shelter and get hay fever from the cats this product really helped me clear my sinus after working with all the cats i almost felt instant relief from what felt like a nose full of cat hair

I loved this! I'd heard about these kits before but always been apprehensive about using one but now that I've tried this I won't go back. You know how when you take cold and flu tablets or antihistamines you still get dry scratchy snot? With this you don't, it flushes all the mucous away making it instantly easier to breathe and relieving any sinus tension you have. Definitely make sure the water is the right temperature before using, warm is definitely the way to go!

I love this product! It took a few goes to get used to using but I the relief from congestion was immediate! Having just given birth to my second child I was unable to use any of my usual hayfever medications during my pregnancy. This great product came to my rescue! Safe to use whilst pregnant and breastfeeding it saved me so many headaches and meant I was able to stay active and chase after my active toddler!

I have used it a few times now. Overall I have decreased what was my daily intake of antihistamine, which are required for my chronic dust allergies. Instead of running to the box of antihistamines, I have been doing a sinus wash first. Which has relieved the itching and stuffy symptoms. I will be buying this product when my sample runs out. I really like it.

Have used another brand in the last 6 months as nasal irrigation was recommended by the GP thanks to a horrible respiratory infection and sinus issues flaring up my Hayfever in turn flaring up the asthma. It has become a regular thing for me. I like to use nasal irrigation after some particular days at work (dirt and dust being the main culprits). I like to use it while in shower particularly as it washes everything away and it can be messy (the solution ending up all down the front of your clothes). Usually after work, I just do it over the bathroom sink. The Fess bottle is much more user friendly. It has grip around the outside of the bottle for easy handling, clear markers for where to stop pouring the water and the saline sachets are also user friendly making them easier to pour and nothing escaping out the side like other brands. The nasal tip also fits your nose quite well compared to other brands (I have a deviated septum which can make it hard to position). The videos make it easy to follow as the idea of it can be a bit on the scary side. I was quite happy with my first experience using Fess. I actually felt cleaner and able to breathe much better. I'll be writing another review shortly where it was used after mowing the lawn.

I have now been using Fess Sinu-cleanse gentle cleaning nasal and sinus wash for a couple of weeks. It's super easy to use and does not feel uncomfortable at all. Actually, it really feels like a nice clean. I love how you feel like you can breathe really easy after using it. I have only been using it once a day but will start to use it twice a day to see if I can get off my hayfever pills.

Takes a bit getting used to-learning to relax. But once that is achieved-easy peasy! It's great knowing the Sinu-cleanse wash kit is all natural and is safe for the whole family to use. Will definitely recommend to family and friends and wil be using this kit again as it's just so easy to use.

As Someone that gets severe sinus infections and lives on nasal sprays like be nasonex all year round as do my children (5yrs and 15) to what the drs believe how our genes we were born with bad facial misalignment of jaws and structures such as no cheek bones and they believe it causes issues. I usually find these devices almost pointless as they don’t do the job well enough for me well I’ve waited so long to post my first review because I’ve waited for the cookie to crumble it hasn’t. As long as I maintain using it, then there’s no issues, the price is so affordable and for my family I’d happily go out and get one for everyone even the 5yr old if they sell them that young Esp as it would be easier then the sprays numerous times a day. I’ve tried so many products that feel like acid and I like that it’s not that bad and doesn’t affect my other health issues with my migraines and intercranial hypertension ( too much spinal fluid in brain ) and postural orthostatic tachycardia ( extremely fast heart rate and blood pressure issues). I’m always a bit weary even when says gentle or anything but if it goes anywhere near my head I’m always worried what will occur but this one was great others I can’t take :-)

This product is just amazing, natural and easy to use. I have used regularly since receiving my trial pack with wonderful results. No rebound congestion or spacey feeling like other over the counter sinus medications. I will make sure I always have this product on hand and use regularly as part of my health routine.

I have been using Fess Sinu- Cleanse for a couple of days now and have already seen a huge improvement in my nasal congestion and sinusitis. I have to admit the idea of squirting something up my nostril was a bit scary at first but was actually not so bad once you do a couple of times. Will review again in a few more days.

During the colder months I suffer a lot from a blocked nose. So for me FESS Sinu-Cleanse is a wonderful and very new way to find relief from a blocked nose. I usually use a sinus spray, bu FESS Sinu-Cleanse offers a really gentle and easy solution to a blocked nose. It feels like a real alternative to other products on the market. And even though it’s a very natural way to unblock your nose, it’s also fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend this product.

This trial arrived just as mr 3 managed to pass his shotty nose germs onto everyone. Safe to say I began using that night and felt an instant relief from the congestion of my nasal cavities. Very easy to set up and use plus safe makes it a great congestion relief product. So far I have used the last 2 days and like the product. As weird as it feels to flush the sinuses the relief afterwards is great and a welcome product in our household.

Was excited to trial the Fess Sinu-cleanse pack as I have seen videos of people cleaning their noses with this solution before. I always wondered how it would work. The product itself comes with simple instructions to follow and individual sachet solutions to mix with boiled water. The only let down is you would need to have boiled water that is room temperature ready to go otherwise it would take a while, especially when your nose is already not feeling the greatest. I put this to the test over the next couple of days when my nose plays up. Test review to follow.

Okay so after i trialled this I put it in the cupboard and havent looked at it since until yesterday when the dreaded head cold got me down. With my sinuses blocked and head fuzzy I remembered I had this with a few packets left so out it came and boy did it help. Cleared alot of gunk from my sinuses and in the end I slept better then the previous nights. Highly recommend having this on hand for cold season. Definate life saver!

Getting to trial this while having a cold and having issues with my sinuses right now was extremely lucky. I had no idea just how much better and clearer I would feel after using this product. It felt really weird the first time I tried it, I was actually a bit scared as it can appear daunting seeing the diagram and where the sinuses go around inside your face. But! It is absolutely worth it. I followed the instructions and used it on my right nostril first. Such a strange feeling but the stuff that came out.... Gross yes, sorry to anyone reading if you get sickened out by this sort of thing, but to put it bluntly, the snot and mucus that came out the very first time was very satisfying. Haha it really needed to be done and I'm very excited to know this Sinu-Cleanse exists so I can breathe easier and feel clearer and not all clogged up and congested and overall yucky like I have been too many times over the years. Before I tried it, I had that concern that it might hurt, like when you accidentally laugh while drinking and snort some liquid, that hurts...but the first time I tried it, it actually felt great. The solution just pour out of your other nostril and after I used it felt clean that you have full use of your nose again. However, I don’t really know if me having a bad sinusitis that night can be attributed to me using this Fess... in saying that I normally suffer from bad sinusitis. Overall, I would highly recommend this for everybody to try.

I was pleasantly surprised with this product. I must admit I was sceptical and I wouldnt normally buy this sort of thing as I didn’t like the idea of ‘flushing’ but I have been won over. I was nervous about using it but found it surprisingly easy to use and not at all the level of discomfort I was expecting. Most of all I got results immediately and lasting a couple of days. I was happy with the Fess Sinu-Cleanse and will definitely purchase again!

Fabulous! I suffer badly from allergies and hayfever and Melbourne had a windy weekend when my tester pack arrived. Just in time! I have used one other similar product and found this to be far superior! Once you get past the unusual sensation of water flowing from one nostril to the other that is... I would definitely buy this, especially in spring time! No pain, all gain!

I was a little hesitant trialing this as its very foreign to me. It looks a little intimadating too. Had to watch the videos a few times and also some videos from youtube of real people doing it. To my surprise it works!!! I can finally breathe a lot better. I will definitely continue to use this in the future. I love that its non medicated and so gentle to use.

I have used this product a few times now and am still very impressed with it. It never fails to give me a thorough cleansing through the nasal and sinus passages. Yes it's scary at first, but once it's done you just want to keep doing it to give yourself a really good clean out. I will definitely continue to use this product as will my husband, because he's very impressed with it also. Unfortunately, it didn't stop my snoring, but I suppose you can't expect miracles.

Fess sinu-cleanse is a natural & easy way to unclog nose & sinuses. It initially seems like a strange idea but it is not at all painful or uncomfortable. The water goes in one nostril & out the other washing out any blockages on its way. A great natural, non medicated way to deal with nasal & sinus congestion.

I've never been a fan of putting anything up my nose so have avoided it at all costs. Recently I have had sinus issues before, during and after colds and on doctor's orders I tried fess sinu-cleanse and it really helped my recovery and how I generally felt. The feeling is definitely tolerable. We also ensure we have a fess sinu-cleanse on hand!

Unfortunately I often have sinus issues and end up with horrid headaches but this product really helps relieve the symptoms. I really like that its easy to use and is much more "natural" than constantly having to take medications and I can use it more than once a day if necessary. I'm a bit of a nasal wash convert! When I was pregnant I needed to find an alternative to antihistamines, anti-inflammatories and the like, that I had previously relied on. A lady at the salt therapy room recommended a nasal wash and I haven't looked back. There is nothing like it for clearing out sticky, clogged up sinuses. But don't think you can just do it with normal water - that leaves your nose sensitive and sore. The special saline solution means it is gentle on your inflamed sinuses too. Ahhh.... the relief from the pressure, the constant blowing, the gunk!

As soon as I received my Fess kit I got prepared to use it. I suffer from sinusitis frequently but have currently been fighting the flu ???? I have been using a medicated spray for way longer than I should have been! Anyway prepared my Fess easily with nice warm water and up I sprayed. Weirdest feeling ever - I could feel the warm circulating around behind my eyes and then running out both my mouth and nose. It just tastes like salty water. The chunks of snot that are out was pretty disgusting but the feeling of being cleared out was amazing! I used nearly the whole bottle with maybe a centimeter left which I will used before the two hours is up. But I can breathe! Through my nose!!! Love it! Amazing product.

Thankgod for this product. I was unfortunate enough to score a winter cold including blocked nose. This product was a life saver and made me feel.so much better. My nasal passage was blocked up and forcing pressure on my sinus resulting in a headache this relieved those pressure symptoms thus relieving my headache.

I found this product very easy to use. I instantly had relief first time using it i could breath out of my nose again after being so blocked up and congested. I will definitely be buying this product again and have already been recommending it to all my friends. Its also really easy to use on the kids and they get a giggle out of it.

I found the Fess Sinu-Cleanse was a little scarey to use at first and it was a little bit of a battle to work out how to use it correctly. The liquid did its job but for me it also burnt a little at the time but afterwards I did find that my breathing was wonderfully clear. Normally I find that every night when I lie down to sleep by nose blocks and so I become a mouth breather which I really hate as that then leaves me with a sore throat. After using the Sinu-Cleanse I would get into bed and not have any issue with a blocked nose. This would last me most of the night and I would find by morning I would wake with a slightly blocked nose on one side which is a major improvement.

I wasn't looking forward to pumping the liquid solution up my nose, and it did feel uncomfortable to do, especially when it started to fill and come out. I won't lie, I didn't enjoy it!! I could taste it down the back of my throat. But I was very happy with the effectiveness of it, I have had a blocked and stuffy nose, and I've had some trouble blowing all the gunk out. The Fess nasal kit really helped to soften and loosen all the mucus in there and I felt so much clearer.

Upon discovering I would be flushing my sinus passages out with water I was slightly worried, the images in the instructions look a little displeasing but i'm willing to give anything a go to get rid of of sinus problems! I actually got this for my husband. He suffers a lot from congestion and allergies. I wanted him to use something non medicated as they shouldn't be used everyday. He first tried it after mowing our 5 acres which despite using a mask and eye protectors always sets of his allergies and puts him out of action. I've experienced nasal congestion all my life and have been diagnosed with chronic sinusitus, so I thought this would be a good product for me to review. It's certainly been a worthwhile experience albeit a little scary at first (once you've done it it's no problem), but the first time you don't know what to expect. Well, the sensation was rather like drowning, but was very rewarding because a lot of mucus came out and it really stirred things up. I have used it again since and will use it again.

My 9 year old son had a blocked up nose. After using the fess sinu-cleanse kit, he was instantly relieved. It was easy to use.

I was keen to try a non-medicated method of helping to relieve sinus congestion. The product gives simple and easy instructions to follow device is uncomplicated. Following the instructions I prepared the solution and allowed to cool properly before use. The first time I used it was a bit uncomfortable, more in the thought of it than the sensation, however, with subsequent uses you get used to it. I found that it does not clear the nose or sinuses immediately, but you start to feel the benefit after about 30 minutes. After using it for several days, I find that my sinuses are clearer than before. I did notice that it was necessary too make sure the top was screwed on properly to avoid leaking.

After feeling blocked up and full of the flu for a couple of days i remembered I had this in the cupboard. Omg instant relief. Clears blocked sinuses and congestion quick smart. Easy to use and gentle.

The fess Netti pott nose rinse is very easy to use. FESS sinus cleanse was amazing. you can just buy refills without buying the whole kit.

I suffer hay fever and seasonal allergies. This summer, it had been pretty bad and Dr didn't suggest anything to help apart from reduce exposure and drowsy anti histamines. Pollen counts are still high or extreme, and still hot days, but a week of using this, my allergies have reduced in severity. I can breathe a lot easier with congestion gone and my dry chesty cough almost completely gone. Water is regularly boiled in this house, so it's just the time waiting until it cools is time consuming. It can also feel a little odd while using, but its easy to get used to. It was also oddly satisfying feeling my sinus draining.

I suffer from hayfever and the odd sinusitis outbreak every now and then. Trialling this nasal wash is such a great and natural tool! At first I thought it was so weird to push water up my nose but it really works! It relieved the massive pressure I had with the sinus pain. I instantly felt like I could breathe a bit better without the pain I would normally feel with a sinus pain/headache. The best bit was that I didnt need to take drugs!

I was so excited to trial the Fess Sinu- Cleanse. I live in Canberra and since moving here I have suffered constantly with sinus and allergy related symptoms. I don't like using the usual sprays and tablets as I find they make me feel unwell and the relief in particular from some of the nasal sprays is very short lived and then I suffer rebound. Sinus is debilitating with headaches, nasal congestion, facial pain and post nasal drip -YUK Fess sinu- cleanse is easy to use and can be used when ever required to give instant natural relief without side effects. It does take a little getting used to as it feels a little strange to irrigate your sinus passages. The extra effort is well worth the result. I will continue to use and update as I go :)

Fess Sinu-Cleanse is natural product which after the second application was relieving my blocked nose and my sinuses felt less irritated. It is good value for money and I would recommend its use particularly if one suffers from continuous hay fever and allergies which irritate your sinus passages.

Sorry a bit late coming to the party on this one, my hayfever has been much better through Autumn when the product arrived so only just got round to using it . I actually had a head cold for last 3 days then remembered I had this in the cupboard! I was a bit dubious reading the reviews and also wondered how fiddly it was going to but actually the instructions were pretty simple and I swear the relief felt almost instantaneous! I’m loving fess Sinu-Cleanse kit. I suffer constant sinus infections as well as hay fever and asthma. Since I tried this product the result was immediate. I love that it’s natural and no chemicals and the kit is very easy to put together and use. Instructions are simple and easy to follow. I’ve used Fess baby for my kids when blocked up with colds and so I knew this product was high quality and would work. The relief is immediate for my sinus. It’s also great on windy days as with my asthma it can be triggered by pollen. Washing out my nose with Fess Sinu-cleanse means I can clear out my nose and avoid some pollen setting off an asthma attack. I recently had a serious sinus infection caused a lot of pain and needed antibiotics. Using Fess multiple times a day cleared it up quicker than ever before. The only slight downside is sometimes the liquid goes down your throat, but it’s nothing compared to having clear sinuses. And not having to rely on medications & knowing Fess is chemical free makes me feel a lot better about using it. Sinu-cleanse kit for me, combined with Fess babies spray means my family is set for winter colds and spring allergy seasons.

Great product! I was really hesitant trying this product after reading the instructions but due to the weather I was quite blocked in my sinus’ so I had nothing to do. Apart from the tases in the back of the mouth I felt this product was pretty amazing. Seemed to make my airways feel clearer and not so heavy. I was pleasantly suprised

Having ongoing sinus issues nasal wash is not new to me, however this is the first time using fess wash kit. The bottle shape is better than others, very comfortable to use and gentle. I also find this very good to prevent cold etc, use this at the first sign of a cold and it seems to really prevent it going any further. Will use again for sure, especially coming into cold and flu season

I suffer from hay fever and always have a blocked nose and at the same time facial pain from sinusitis. When I tried Fess sinu-cleanse It felt like all the mucus has been cleaned out. Its just a relief not having to sniff or blow your nose often. I will definitely use and recommend this product.

I originally was a bit grossed out by this product but after having sinus that even medication wasn't helping I decided to give the rinse another go and it gave me almost instant relief. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding and have sinus or hay fever this is an essential for your cupboard.

I was amazed by the product of how it rinsed everything out and unblocked me it really took me by surprise it arrived just in time as I got a really bad cold and it worked a treat no sore nose from blowing it all the time I just rinsed it a few times a day and it made a massive difference highly recommend if mucas blocked noses

Love the product. I have used it twice a week and found that to be pretty effective in keeping my stuffy nose under control and a lot more comfortable. But I think the product is a little pricey to buy if you need to use it regularly, my local Chemist Warehouse sells the kit for $10.99 but they didn't have Gentle Cleanse refills. Refills of the regular Sinu-Cleanse (purple pack) were $13.99 for 25 refills. Still - cheaper and better than antihistamines or other tablets. I did try to add photo but had trouble doing that, so no photo, sorry!

I love this product. It is not the nicest feeling during the washout but wow the results are amazing. My sinuses have not been this clear ever! I was skeptical at first, but this product is definitely worth a try. Not sure kids would be able to use it without choking, but adults would!

Would highly recommend this as a cupboard essential coming into winter. Worked great at clearing my blocked sinuses and relieved the related congested head feeling. Also hubby noted my snoring was reduced so may have helped eleviate that as well. I will be buying to have in my cupboard for the cold/flu season and into spring for allergy season.

I got this specifically for my husband as he works in a mill where lots of dust particles get trapped in his sinuses and often he gets allergies from being in contact with plant pollens etc working in the agricultural sector. Nothing so far has worked to clear up his nose and he had been losing a lot of sleep. We had already tried medicated nasal sprays but that did not help. He has been using this for a week and it has helped immensely. It was easy to use, instructions clear and we love it is only a saline solution without any nasty side effects.

Having never used anything like this before I was slightly aprehensive however the whole process was a lot easier than I expected. The slution was easy to prepare and the bottle was very ergonomical. The instructions were very easy to follow and it cleared ul my sinuses wonderfully. It's been a while since I've been able to breathe this well. A great product.

Constantly waking up with a dry, blocked, stuffy nose I’ve always wanted relief. Well fess has definitely helped. Fess sinus cleanse is simple & easy to use, great for the whole family, mess free & I love that the bottle is reusable & each pack comes with a number of sachets. Would definitely recommend fess to anyone with sinus issues.

My partner used this as he suffers from nasal congestion and sleep apnea he said he felt his nose was really clean afterwards. Hopefully his sleep will improve. He is looking forward to using it again.

My mother in law recommended this product to me when I had a fairly persistent nasal issue. It was very easy to use but I didn’t like the sensation I felt while using it, like when water gets up my nose in the pool or at the beach. I found it borderline painful and uncomfortable but it surprisingly helped very much with my nose! Also, don’t make the water too hot, the discomfort is even more then!

I suffer from hayfever and dust allergies and my nose blocks up at night. It took me a while to get the hang of it and felt really weird but was a great relief.

This product seemed hard to me at first but after I have used it and understand what I'm doing it's much easier. This product is less convenient than sprays but more effective at providing a thorough flush to irritated sinus. Definitely something worth trying if you are having ongoing sinus irritation particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding and can only use natural products.

I was so happy to be picked to try this. I often suffer from sinusitis and the Fess Sinu-Cleanse wash has been good at keeping my sinuses clear and clean, reducing the possibility of an infection. But the Nasal and Sinus Wash bottle really came into its own over the weekend. I could feel a cold beginning, with a sort throat and slightly runny nose. After 2 days of morning and night rinsing, the sore throat has receded and my nose has stopped running. With regular preventative use, I’m looking forward to a cold-free winter! ( I do wonder why a box of 25 refills of the sachets costs more than the kit which includes the bottle and 60 sachets).

This year has been rough for allergies. There seemed to be more extreme or high pollen count days, as well as hot dry days. Being pregnant, I've been limited to what I can take, which led to the congestion and seasonal asthma causing a long drawn out dry cheery cough. So the fact I could use this while pregnant was a big plus, even though I've never used anything like this. After 3 days, I can feel my chest starting to clear. I also had a cold at the start and was great to clear some of the congestion. Pretty sure it helped me avoid sinus headaches. Would definitely recommend as an alternative to traditional pills to relieve symptoms of a cold, flu or allergies.

First use didn’t go so well I got the solution all on my shirt using the bottle not easy second time wasn’t as bad but still some solution on my shirt. I liked it better than sinus sprays or tablets cleaned my sinuses with out drying them out or a horrible taste definitely recommend to others with sinus problems

This solution actually works. i have always had a slight blocked nose and the Fess sinu-cleanse cleared my nostril. it was great to be able to breathe through my nose. I was a little sceptical at first but couldnt believe it. It really clears nasal congestion. Would definitely use this solution again. Thanks for letting be in this trial.

At first I wasn’t overly excited about using this but I won’t look back now. My nose and sinus feel the best they ever have been. It’s not uncomfortable at all.

I have a boy with sinus issues and he has blocked nose most of the time which is really frustrating, we/ve tried a lot of products over the years and most of them are either too harsh, or drying out too much, or have a lot of chemicals, I am happy that Fess is all natural and not harsh for his sensitive nose, we've tried Fess sinu-clean for a week now and so far so good, his nose is much better and he started to sleep well at night

As a sufferer of sinus congestion, I found Fess Sinu-cleanse to be, if I'm honest, a little bit of a godsend. At first I was a little hesitant about squeezing the mixture up my nose, thinking it would run down the back of my throat and choke me, but I just relaxed and followed the directions and voila! It worked! It was a gentle warm sensation and about 5-10 minutes after I finished both sides, i felt like like I could breathe a whole lot easier out of both nostrils! Wonderful!!

Tried this once or twice and didn't really notice much change but i wasn't clogged up then. Now the cold weather has hit with a vengeance and the inevitable blocked nose and headache has followed. I can now fully appreciate this product. A couple of applications later I can definitely breath a lot easier. Its easy to use and fast acting! I've had a few sinus infections over the years. They are so painful, there's no relief until the infection clears. I remember the first time I had an infection, the doctor suggested I do rolly polys in the ocean. Not good for someone who doesn't swim. Then she suggested nasal rinses with salt. Perfect. FESS is already made up ready to go, so easy to use

My son has used netty pot type nose cleaners for a few years now so was keen to try the Fess Sinu-cleanse. He found it gave fairly instant relief, and a relief that lasted for a good period of time. The application process is also fairly clean and not as 'wet' as netty pots. Both he and I will use the product again for hayfever and sinus issues as needed.

This was a fun and different why to clear my sinuses, My youngest child watched me and freaked out a bit when the water started coming out the other side of my nose, but it felt good, and she walked away after telling me i was a bit gross....it cleared me up and I had a much better day being able to smell things without my nose running..or blocking up, I will use again, and my Hubby will use it as well as his sinuses, as his gets bad and he gets headaches from it. so he is looking forward to using it.

The first time I used it, I didn't find it very helpful. My sinuses still felt quite blocked and I was still having sinus headaches. Not to be disheartened I tried again the next day. Success this time! My nose instantly felt clearer, headache gone and I could finally smell. The process is easy and I had no issues in doing it. tried this last week and I found it to completely unblock my sinus passages. it was like being on top of a mountain breathing in pure mountain air. I feel so much better and I also feel more energetic by getting more air to my lungs for less effort. i will be buying this from now on.

I tried Fess and at first i was a little sceptical. It turned out to be a great product it helped clear my nose of congestion after the first try, i will be trying again tomorrow to help my nose more. I love FESS! We use FESS saline nose drops, eye wipes and now the FESS Sinu-Cleanse Gentle Wash Kit will be part of our family too. My daughter has issues with breathing her nose and regularly needs to use nose sprays, these were causing her to get headaches and were just awful! Knowing that FESS Sinu-Cleanse Gentle Wash was natural was such a relief, she was able to breathe clearly and sleep properly and without all the chemicals and headaches. Definitely recommend this!

I tried fess again as my nose was feeling stuffy. Such a quick easy thing to do and within 5 minutes my nose was feeling clear again . This is the second time i have tried and i am now impressed with Fess nasal, my nose felt clear for days afterwards which shows it really is an effective product I would recommend fess to people as it is easy to use, It can feel a little weird to use at first but considering it is a good product it is worth it I will be trying fess again when i feel stuffy or have a cold over winter too.

I suffer from allergies and frequent nasal congestion which is a massive pain! I've always used nasal spray to deal with it but that requires very frequent use to be effective. The Fess Sinu-cleanse wash has been great. It really clears out the nasal passages and gets me breathing again. I will continue using it as a preventative measure and hopefully will have fewer sinus problems in the future.

I would recommend FESS® Sinu-Cleanse® Wash Kit to other people, it worked really well and for the price it is good value and it was quick and easy to use, and with a few samples in it was great being to actually use something that wasn't a single/one use and throw out product where it feels like money is going down the drain.

After having now used this product i initially thought it wasnt as effective as others i had used in the past. While it worked, I felt it didn't last as long. However, after having used it over an extended period of time I now realise that it is just as good, if not better then the others. In an ideal world I wouldn't need this, but unfortunately for me, I do. Hence i can comfortably say this will definitely be on the shopping list in the future.

I am glad that I had the opportunity to review this product. I was skeptical about using a nasal cleanser even though I have watched so many videos about it. The instructions on the box were easy to follow. It takes practice before I can say I can use the product comfortably though. I thought I had a pretty clean nose the day I tried the product but I was amazed by how much it cleansed inside. I totally recommend this.

I have been using Fess Sinu-Cleanse for a couple of weeks now. It was a little strange to be squirting so much water up my nose but I'm definitely getting used to it. I have been breathing so much easier at night after using it morning and before bed. The real test will be when the cold and flu season kicks in so I will continue to use Fess as a preventative measure to avoid any nasty bugs.

A simple but effective and natural way to clear your sinuses . The container is simple to empty the sachet into and is only quite small to add to your nose to help clear. Not a strong smell of salt like other nasal rinses.Easy to store with the small sachets and less fuss to use than some other rinses.

My FESS® Sinu-Cleanse Gentle Cleansing Nasal & Sinus Wash Kit arrived in the mail last week. I am not currently congested so I haven't been able to use it yet however I can tell you my first impression. I have had a similar product before which was shaped like a teapot. I found this shape to be very awkward and tipping my head over was difficult. The FESS® Sinu-Cleanse Gentle Cleansing Nasal & Sinus Wash Kit is a lot easier to handle and I like the way you administer the product, it looks so much easier! As someone who is allergic to many anti-biotics I'm excited to have a natural and easy alternative for when I suffer from sinus.

I found the FESS Sinu-cleanse an extremely effective and easy to use product. Firstly it was very simple to use once you got the right "Breathe and Squeeze" action going and results were instantaneous. it just felt so clear and free to breathe and even left me feeling very alert and clear headed.

First impression is that the kit looks intimidating and hard to use but in fact it is quite the opposite. I have found it relatively easy to use the kit and most importantly it worked. It cleared my blocked nose. I would recommend this product

Well, were do i start..i personally could not do it.. i would vomit everywhere when i had flushed my sinuses out...so i also got my partner to do it..he had a little chuckle too, BUT he got to flush his nasal passages out with success! And he had bad allergies this day too, so it really helped him to breath again until the blocked nose came back again...and he used it again, and boom, he could breath again...so it works for my partner but not for me..(gag reflexes) so i would recommend this to anyone who suffers sinus problems.

Makes it easier to breathe

At first glance of reading the packaging it seemed a little scary as you put the solution up one nostril and it comes out of the other but after actually trying the product my sinuses and airways were much less clogged up and breathing became much easier once more.

It does what it is meant to do! It clears everything out and so easy to use. I think it can be used by kids too as it is natural and there is nothing bad about it. Anyone with sinusis or blocked nose i will recommend this product to them for sure.

Oh, I wish that I had found this product sooner. Fess sinu cleanse nasal sinus wash is really great when you have that really annoying nose - whether it be stuffiness and the symptoms of that (headache etc) to a runny nose. The relief that you get is just out of this world. I didn;t get to trial this product, but I really wish that I had.

While I love this natural alternative to clear my normally congested sinuses... I decided to compare it to our Neti-pot. I love the solution that comes with Fess cos I felt like it unblocked my head congestion more... the only problem I have with the Fess system is it gets a little difficult to get the last bit of the product out which is a bit annoying because you want to know you’ve used the same amount of wash up each nostril. This is a bit different to the Neti pot which allows you to pour the solution a bit easier/ more freely. Other than that it’s a great product to use, especially knowing how safe it is for you!

My 16 year old used this when he had a severe cold last week. He found it easy to use and very effective for unblocking his nose. He was surprised at how much gunk actually came out of his nose.

There were some clear things I liked immediately. * Separate nasal & sinus wash sachets make this easy to use as needed, for travel and for storage. * Long expiry date on sachet is great * non-medicated/preservative free so it won't interfere with other medications * gentle and safe enough to be suitable for entire family (although I would exclude infants/toddlers)*instructions on box, bottle and leaflet* easy to prepare*helps relieve nasal and sinus congestion due to colds, flu & sinusitis, hay fever & allergies, nasal surgery. I tried the product and I guess there is a knack to using it properly as I got the saline solution on my top and down my throat. It says to lean over sink but in order to have the solution move through the nasal tract properly you need to lean your head back, and then of course you are not over the sink. So did it work - I definitely feel my nasal passages are clearer but the salty solution is irritating my throat. I also believe there is way too much solution and that you should be able to get results with less liquid. I am keen to try it again as I see positives and some negatives. I will provide an update after next use.

Seems like a quality product. The idea of it all is great although i had trouble working it. Overall i would recommend to others.

A good product

i didnt do a thing for me except make it worse after having so much water flushed through my nostrils it was so uncomfortable feeling.

I found this product to be fast and effective. It took me a couple of turns to get it right as it felt quite un natural to squirt something up my nose. However once i got the hang of it, it was quite easy to do. I think this is a good product, however im not entirely sure I would buy it again, based purely on the fact it worked, but found i needed to repeat it more often then other products i have used in the past.

Sinucleanse - a bit difficult at first but once I had worked out what I needed to do it worked. Not sure I would buy again as it was a bit fiddly.

I received my Fess Sinu Cleanse kit today. I tried the product and you do need to allow time to boil water and allow it to cool to luke warm so this entire process is not a quick one. Once you mix the sachet with the luke warm water it says to put head over sink but to have the solution go through the nasal tract properly you need to lean your head backwards so I was no longer over the sink and the solution ended up on my top and down my throat. I think there is definitely a knack to using it so will persist in trying this product as it did help clear my nasal passages. I am also not sure you need the volume of solution they recommend as I used 3/4 and thought this was more than ample but I guess my sinusitis was not extreme so it would depend on the person. I will try again soon and provide another review.

I was very excited to try this product as I suffer from nasal congestion and hayfever pretty much all the time. Unfortunately once receiving the product to trial I realised it required inserting around 250mls of water in the nasal passage. I absolutely hate getting water up my nose an was not looking forward to trialing it. However I gave it a go and agreed that this product is not for me. I hated the sensation of water being washed through. However I did find the product did do a go job clearing my nasal passages and it only had a slight salty taste. If you can stand washing 250mls water through your nasal passage then give it a go.

i was given an opportunity to try this product and as i suffer from hayfever and blocked sinuses this product worked which surprised me and it had no chemicals just water. it was easy to use and unblocked my nose without the after taste of other products . i would use and recommend this product

I tried to use fess sinu-cleanse last night as my nose was blocked. But this time it didn’t worked for me because maybe my nose was completely blocked and the caution on the box says do not use when nasal passage is completely blocked.
